Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media video tutorial terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan SMK Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-eksperimental designs, One-GroupPretest-PostestOnlyDesain yaitumembandingkankeadaansebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Media video tutorial terdiri dari gabungan video rekaman maket fondasi, video materi esensial fondasi dan sloof, serta video tutorial menggambar denah dan detail fondasi dan sloof. Strategi penggunaan media video tutorial dengan membandingkan hasil pretest dan posttest. This research was conducted on the Manado State University campus in North Sulawesi. The research subjects selected in this study were 5 (five) students. This research is a qualitative type with a qualitative descriptive approach with observational and interview research types. Data analysis in this study begins with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and finally draws conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the five subjects have given their opinions subjectively about culture, where culture is the customs and way of life of a group of people that have been passed down from generation to generation and each has its own uniqueness. Then they argue about their respective cultures, where there are various uniqueness and cannot be separated from various positive and negative sides. But in the midst of their unique culture, there are various individual personality differences, in terms of language, attitudes, facial expressions, tone of voice, which have their own characteristics, so that when they mingle, they feel happy, and they can get to know each other. add insight, respect each other and even understand each other, even though they are in the midst of cultural differences, they must remain united in accordance with the Indonesian nation's motto, namely Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, and with that difference is a strength for us to complement one another. The subjects in this study were students of class IV SD Negeri 4 Danger and class VII SMP Negeri 1 Masbagik. The sample in this study was determined by purposive random sampling with superior schools and classes that had an average grade that had not yet reached the KKM. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, tests, interviews, and documents. The type of observation used by researchers is passive participation observation, that is, researchers make observations by coming to the research site, but are not involved in the activities carried out (Sugiyono, 2019). The interviews in this study were semi-structured interviews. In this study the test method was used to find out the difficulty of learning science, namely understanding the concept of science in class IV SD Negeri 4 Danger and class VII SMPN 1 Masbagik which consisted of 15 essay questions. The results of this study found several factors causing student learning difficulties including external factors. The role of the teacher, the role of peers, and the role of parents.
