In this research study a simple metal-insulator-metal metamaterial structure is considered to observe the absorbance. A large wavelength band is considered from 200 to 1000 nm which covers UV-Vis-NIR region. Three insulating materials were used with four different thicknesses for the study and it is observed that only an optimize thickness of insulating material provides large operating bandwidth and high absorbance.","PeriodicalId":334609,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSC)","volume":"287 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122403473","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this context, we have considered two gates, namely, control and polarity gate; implemented using appropriate work function for the formation of p-i-n gated regions. Since, the ON state current of Tunnel Field Effect Transistor is inferior, therefore, a hetero material, GaAs-Ge, has been considered to improve the ON-state and reduce the ambipolar current. This combination of GaAs in the drain-channel and Ge at the source region, respectively, provides better switching ratio and sub-threshold slope as compared with other material combinations. The proposed structure can prove to be useful for ultra low power analog and RF applications. All simulated results have been performed using TCAD device simulator.","PeriodicalId":334609,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSC)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117030900","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Acceptance (non-repudiation) of digital messages and data origin authentication are one of the main usage of digital signature. Digital signature's security mainly depends on the keys (public and private). These keys are used to generate and validate digital signatures. In digital signature signing process is performed using signer's secret key. However, any attacker can present a blinded version of message encrypted with signer's public key and can get the original message. Therefore, this paper proposed a novel method to identify blinded version of digital signature. The proposed method has been tested mathematically and found to be more efficient to detect blind signatures.","PeriodicalId":334609,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSC)","volume":"352 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115981367","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The XOR and XNOR gates are generally used as basic logic blocks in the full adder design. In this work, the modified architectures of XOR and XNOR logic gates are used in the implementation of full adder circuit. The suggested topology of XOR/XNOR gates exhibits a full logic swing. The proposed full adder circuit is simulated using the conventional 180 nm CMOS process technology. The simulation results using SPICE simulation tool demonstrate that there are substantial improvements in power dissipation and speed of the proposed circuit compared to the earlier reported designs.","PeriodicalId":334609,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSC)","volume":"144 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123308428","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Here, Local Binary Pattern (LBP) is utilized to locate and summarize the local features corresponding to micro-regions of face image. The obtained features are classified (intra-class) by concatenating and correlating with corresponding local-statistics. After the classification of images with in same class using LBP operator, the inter-class classification is performed using fast and accurate kernel based extreme learning machine (KELM), learning algorithm. The efficacy of proposed LBP based KELM machine learning algorithm is tested and compared with other state-of-art methodologies. The objective of this structure is to provide enhance gain and the low half power beamwidth for an antenna. The antenna shows dual band characteristics. A slot shaped in spinal form is cut at the top surface of the simple H-plane SIW horn antenna. The slot act as a bandpass filter with a range of 21.95GHz to 25.73GHz. The 10dB bandwidth of the filter is 3.78GHz. The filter proposed is designed in a spinal shape with six side ribs. The antenna has a gain of 4.86dB at 21.8GHz and 5.74dB at 23.68Hz. Integrating a filter with SIW horn antenna is key technology for reducing the lumped circuit element. Hence the proposed structure is miniaturized version of the front element of communication system i.e. antenna and the signal processing elements like filters. These types of antenna found its applications in Radar and satellite communication.","PeriodicalId":334609,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSC)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131397560","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main challenges that can limit the use of junction-less SOI transistors are found out to be the high leakage current, low Ion to Ioff (on-current to off-current) ratio and sub-threshold slope. To compensate this, a new window with slightly doped p-type silicon is opened inside the buried oxide region of a conventional junction-less SOI MOSFET [1]. This paper focuses on optimizing the new windows opened below the channel area, gate length and buried oxide thickness (BOX) thickness of modified junction-less SOI MOSFET, so as to improve the electrical performance at less chip area. In the conventional junction-less transistor this reorganization form a reduction sheet on the interface of the channel area and the new window successfully reduces the amount of leakage current inside the transistor. Considering the diverse spectra of the parameters, the re-enactment of the structures referenced in the examination indicated that the optimized device has superior for the low power digital applications.","PeriodicalId":334609,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134262769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
