Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran kepala sekolah di SDN 233 Ussu dimana kepala sekolah sebagai menejer, pemimpin, adminstator dan supervesor. Peneliti ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, data diperoleh dari sejumlah informan di SDN 233 Ussu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru di SDN 233 Ussu Kabupaten Luwu Timur dapat dikatakan telah baik sesuai dengan kriteria dan sasaran kerja guru yakni telah menpersiapakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan menilai hasil belajar serta melengkapi administrasi pembelajaran yang wajib dimiliki oleg guru. Selanjutnya untuk peran kepala sekolah sebagai menejer, pemimpin, administor dan supervesor, kepala sekolah SDN 233 Ussu telah menjalankan perannya dengan sangat baik, meskipun ada sebagaian kecil yang masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan namun secara keseluruhan kinerja guru dan peran kepala sekolah telah terlaksakan sesuai dengan aturan dan uraian tugasnya.\u0000This study evaluates teacher performance and describes the performance of teachers at 233 State Elementary School Ussu. Teacher performance based on the duties and responsibilities of teachers in preparing students to learn and educating students with character, preparing the learning process, implementing learning, and preparing assessments. This study also aims to describe the role of the principal at 233 State Elementary School Ussu where the principal is the manager, leader, administrator, and supervisor. This researcher used a qualitative research type, the data was obtained from a number of informants at 233 State Elementary School Ussu. The results showed that the teacher's performance at SDN 233 Ussu, East Luwu Regency could be said to have been good in accordance with the criteria and targets of the teacher's work, namely preparing learning, implementing learning, assessing learning outcomes, and completing learning administration that must be owned by teachers. Furthermore, for the role of the 233 State Elementary School Ussu principal as a manager, leader, administrator, and supervisor, has been carried out very well, although there was a small part that still needed to be improved. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil tempat di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari guru dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik-teknik kualitatif seperti wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Alat analisa data menggunakan deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang, pelaksanaan pembelajaran sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari penyajian pembelajaran di kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru sudah menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik serta kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi digital pada penggunaan media pembelajaran berupa alat peraga digital sudah dalam kategori baik. Sehingga siswa dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik dan menyenangkan serta mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang berujung pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Adapun kesimpulkan dari penelitian ini adalah Penerapan Era Digital 4.0 terhadap pendidikan Pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya motivasi siswa karena siswa merasa tertarik dengan penyajian pembelajaran yang berbasis digital yang sangat menarik yang diberikan oleh guru.\u0000This research aims to analyze the application of the Digital era 4.0 (Industrial Revolution) in Education in SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang. The method used by researchers in qualitative research methods. This research took place in SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang District Malili East Luwu Regency. Samples in the study were taken from teachers and students. Data collection methods used qualitative techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis tools used qualitative descriptive. The results showed that in SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang, the implementation of learning had been carried out well. This was seen from the presentation of classroom learning conducted by teachers already using interesting learning media and the ability of teachers in using digital technology for learning media in the form of digital props already in the good category. It made students could follow the learning well and had fun. The use of digital props were able to increase student learning motivation which led to improve student learning outcomes expected. The conclusion of this research is the application of digital era 4.0 to education in SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang has been implemented well. Sumber data utama adalah: kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai administrasi. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kinerja guru di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang mengalami peningkatan, dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pembelajaran tersebut mengacu pada proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi pada proses pembelajaran, guru mampu menghadapi kendala dalam situasi apapun dalam lingkungan sekolah. Guru di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari sejumlah informan kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum 2013 di sekolah dasar telah dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui peran kepala sekolah dalam persiapan implementasi kurikulum 2013 dengan mempersiapakan pemetaan KD, silabus, RPP, sampai instrument penilaian, sarana dan prasaran sementara pelaksanaan implementasi kurikulum 2013 kepala sekolah telah membimbing guru dalam pelaksanaan pendekatan saintifik, lingkungan belajar serta penerapan karakter dalam pembelajaran sementara untuk Penilaian kurikulum 2013 kepala sekolah telah membimbing guru menyusun instrument penilaian sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka secara keseluruhan kepala sekolah telah berperan dengan membimbing guru mempersiapan implementasi kurikulum 2013, melaksanakan kurikulum 2013 serta melakukan penilaian pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013.\u0000This study aims to determine the role of school principals in implementing the 2013 curriculum and to find out the mechanism for implementing the 2013 curriculum in State Elementary Schools, Malili District, East Luwu Regency. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from several principals and teachers. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in elementary schools had been carried out well through the role of the principal in preparing for the implementation of the 2013 curriculum by preparing the KD mapping, syllabus, lesson plans, assessment instruments, facilities, and infrastructure while implementing the 2013 curriculum the principal had guided teachers in the implementation of the scientific approach, the learning environment and the application of character in temporary learning for the 2013 Curriculum Assessment, the principal has guided teachers to develop an attitude, knowledge and skill assessment instrument. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil belajar peserta didik SD Inpres Panaikang I/1 Kelas IV B Kota Makassar, (2) Untuk mengetahui penerapan materi ajar IPA berbasis Digital Content dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik SD Inpres Panaikang I/1 Kelas IV B Kota Makassar, (3) Untuk menganalisi penerapan materi ajar IPA Digital Content dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik SD Inpres Panaikang I /1 Kota Kelas IV B Makassar. Metode penelitian yang adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV-B SD Inpres Panaikang I/1 tahun ajaran 2021/ 2022 Jumlah peserta didik dalam kelas ini 26 peserta didik. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan materi ajar berbasis Digital Content untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA materi bagian tubuh hewan pada siswa kelas IV/B UPT SPF SD Inpres Panaikang I/1 menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif dan menyenangkan. Dari hasil observasi, penerapan materi ajar berbasis Digital Content dapat berjalan baik. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil observasi aktivitas siswa juga menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model materi ajar berbasir Digital Content terbukti berhasil baik, pada siklus I sebesar66,19 berkategori cukup menjadi lebih baik pada siklus II dengan skor sebesar 83,4 menunjukkan kategori baik.\u0000This study aims (1) to describe the learning outcomes of students at SD Inpres Panaikang Makassar I/1 Class IV-B, (2) to find out the implementation of digital content-based materials for science teaching in improving student learning outcomes at SD Inpres Panaikang Makassar I/1 Class IV-B, (3) to analyze the implementation of digital content-based materials for science teaching in improving student learning outcomes of SD Inpres Panaikang Makassar I/1 Class IV-B. The research method was Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were students of class IV-B SD Inpres Panaikang I/1 academic year 2021/2022. The number of students in this class was 25 students. After conducting research, the researcher concludes that the implementation of digital content-based teaching materials to improve science learning outcomes for animal body parts in grade IV-B UPT SPF SD Inpres Panaikang I/1 create active and fun learning. From the results of observations, the implementation of digital content-based teaching materials can run well. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang telah menjalankan peran kepala sekolah secara maksimal. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari motivasi mengajar guru di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang sudah menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Peran kepala sekolah pun sudah terlaksana dengan baik pula meskipun masih ada sebagian kecil guru yang masih kurang dalam hal peningkatan kinerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi mengajar guru pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur adalah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya kinerja guru karena adanya motivasi kerja yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan perannya secara optimal.\u0000This research aims to find out the role of principal leadership in increasing teacher teaching motivation. The method used was qualitative research. The results showed that the principal of State Elementary School 228 Lagaroang had carried out maximally the principal’s role. It could be seen from teacher teaching motivation that had shown good results. The role of the principal had also been carried out well though there was still a small percentage of teachers who are still lacking in terms of improved performance. To conclude, the leadership role of the principal in increasing teacher teaching motivation in State Elementary School 228 Lagaroang Malili District East Luwu Regency is good. Sebab dengan adanya pengelolaan manajemen pendidikan maka akan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen terkait dengan fungsi perencanaan, fungsi pengorganisasian, fungsi kepemimpinan dan fungsi pengawasan. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan pada TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Malili dengan pendekatan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa 1. fungsi perencanaan memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Karena fungsi perencanaan sangat menentukan arah dan tujuan sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik dalam pembelajaran 2. Fungsi pengorganisasian sangat menentukan kinerja guru di TK Negeri Pembina, Kecamatan Malili. Karena pengorganisasian berperan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran khususnya dalam menyusun skema tahapan kegiatan (alur kegiatan pembelajaran). 3. Fungsi kepemimpinan memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Sebab, Guru merupakan pemimpin ketika ia sedang melaksanakan pembelajaran di kelasnya. dan 4. Fungsi pengawasan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Sebab, Pengawasan merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengukur keberhasilan pembelajaran, melalui penilaian proses belajar, penilaian hasil belajar dan program tindak lanjut.\u0000The effort to support the implementation of education is to develop educational programs. Therefore, to support the smooth running of educational programs, it is necessary to have better management of education. The solid implementation of education management will have a significant effect on the teaching and learning process in schools. The purpose of the study is to determine the application of management functions related to planning, organizing, leadership, and supervisory. The research was carried out for two months at the Pembina State Kindergarten in Malili District using a descriptive qualitative approach.
