Tangla Kabupaten Enrekang. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif. Tipe studi merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek studi yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas di Kelas III SD 131 Bt. Tangla Kabupaten Enrekang, jumlah siswa 29 orang. Instrumen studi terdiri dari observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Berlandaskan studi yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil studi yakni terdapatnya kenaikan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia dimana hasil belajar pada siklus I mendapatkan nilai dengan persentase 25% serta pada siklus II mendapatkan nilai dengan persentase 86% serta dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil riset bisa disimpulkan kalau pelaksanaan model pendidikan Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bisa tingkatkan hasil belajar siswa di Kelas III SD 131 Bt. Tangla Kabupaten Enrekang\u0000This study aims to improve Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes through the Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) education model in Grade III SD 131 Bt. Tangla, Enrekang Regency. The approach used is the approach. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this research were students of SD 131, class III, Bt. Tangla, Enrekang Regency. The sample of this research were 29 Students. The research instrument were observation, documentation, and tests. Based on the study obtained from the research, namely the increase in Indonesian learning outcomes where learning outcomes in the first cycle get a score with a percentage of 25% and in the second cycle a score with a percentage of 86% and is categorized as very good. The results of the study can be key if the implementation of the Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) education model in Indonesian subjects can improve student learning outcomes in Grade III SD 131 Bt. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian ex post facto. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Variabel bebas terdiri dari pola asuh orang tua dan bimbingan guru sedangkan variabel terikat terdiri dari perilaku sosial. Populasi penelitian yaitu jumlah keseluruhan. Sampel penelitian adalah berjumlah 21 anak usia dini, Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kontribusi peran pola asuh orang tua terhadap perilaku sosial anak usia dini di taman kanak-kanak Kabupaten Paniai Papua. Terdapat bimbingan guru terhadap perilaku sosial anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Kabupaten Paniai Papua.\u0000The research aims to this study aims to find out how the role of parenting parents contributes to the social behavior of early childhood in Kindergarten in Paniai Regency, Papua. And  describe teacher guidance on early childhood social behavior in Kindergartens, Paniai Regency, Papua. The type of research used is the type of ex post facto research. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of parenting and teacher guidance, while the variable consists of social behavior. The research population is the total number. The research sample was 21 early childhood. The sampling technique in this study was using the purposive sampling technique. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian ex post facto. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Variabel bebas terdiri dari peranan orangtua dan guru sedangkan variabel bebas terdiri dari motivasi belajar. Populasi penelitian yaitu jumlah keseluruhan siswa kelas IV, V, VI adalah 261 siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SD Negeri Beroanging berjumlah 85 siswa, Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. terdapat pengaruh peran orang tua dan guru terhadap motivasi belajar pada pembelajaran daring siswa UPT SPF SD Negeri Beroanging.\u0000This study aims to: 1). To find out whether the role of parents and teachers in increasing student learning motivation through online learning. The type of research used is the type of ex post facto research. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of the roles of parents and teachers while the independent variable consists of learning motivation. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian adalah Kelas IV di UPT SPF SDN Mamajang I dengan jumlah siswa 18 orang dan sumber data penelitian yang dipilih yaitu buku cerita rakyat Bugis-Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang terdapat dalam cerita rakyat Bugis-Makassar sebagai upaya pembentuk karakter siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SDN Mamajang 1 yaitu penguatan nilai-nilai karakter dalam cerita rakyat dan penerapan budaya lokal yang sesuai dengan nilai kebangsaan. Beberapa penerapan budaya lokal yang diterapkan seperti budaya tabe’, pacce’ dan abbulo sibatang. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan nilai kebangsaan Indonesia yaitu nilai-nilai saling menghormati dan menghargai serta bermusyawarah. Adapun nilai-nilai yang termuat dalam cerita yaitu sikap peduli, bijaksana, berinisiatif, berhati lembut, hemat, bersyukur, sopan santun, tanggung jawab, musyawarah, gigih, sopan, pemaaf, sabar, toleransi, rasa malu, tolong menolong, cerdas, terbuka, berani, cerdik, kerjasama, patuh, empati, berani berbuat benar, patuh, bersyukur, baik sangka, ksatria, mawas diri, sabar, jujur, pemaaf, berhati lembut, dan terpuji. 2) penerapan budaya lokal Bugis-Makassar sebagai upaya integrasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran pada siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SDN Mamajang 1 yaitu a) menyiapkan buku cerita rakyat di kelas/dipojok baca b) membaca sekitar 10-15 menit, c) mengidentifikasi nilai moral yang terdapat dalam cerita tersebut, d) melakukan penguatan nilai-nilai karakter cerita rakyat dan penerapan budaya lokal yang sesuai dengan nilai kebangsaan.\u0000The study aims to determine the values and application of local culture contained in the Bugis-Makassar folklore to form the character of the fourth-grade students of UPT SPF SDN Mamajang 1. The type of research is qualitative research. The data in the study is from Class IV at UPT SPF SDN Mamajang I with 18 students, and the research data source selected is the Bugis-Makassar folktale book with the names of the book authors Isnaeni Wahab and Nurhadifah Amaliyah, white cover, published the year 2019, published by JL (Jusuf Ariyani Learning) and consists of 173 pages. The research instruments used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, note-taking, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. Jenis penelitiannya adalah eksperimen dengan bentuk desain pre- exsperimental designs one group pretest-postest Design. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswa Kelas IV Di UPT SPF SD Negeri Maradekaya 2 Kota Makassar sebanyak 36 siswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan berbicara berpengaruh terhadap dialog cerita anak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data independent sampel test sig (2. Tailed), diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikasi 0,05 yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh kemampuan berbicara maka H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima. simpulannya yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berbicara berbasis dialog cerita anak Di UPT SPF SD Negeri Maradekaya 2 Kota Makassar pada siswa Kelas IV\u0000This research aimed to determine the effect of the sociodrama method toward speaking ability based on children's story dialogue at UPT SPF SD Negeri Maradekaya 2 in Grade IV. This type of research is experimental with pre-experimental designs one group pretest-posttest design. While the sample of this research was students of Class IV at UPT SPF SD Negeri Maradekaya 2 Makassar. 36 students as the sample of this research, and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results showed that speaking ability had an effect on students' story dialogue. Based on the results of the independent sample data analysis of the sig test (2. Tailed), a value of 0.000 was obtained, which is smaller than the 0.05 significance level, which means that there is an influence on speaking ability, so H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yaitu menggunakan penelitian korelasional. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah sebuah penelitian dimana data penelitian yang dikumpulkan berbentuk angka-angka dan bermaksud menguji hipotesis yakni perbedaan linieritas pendidikan guru yang mengajar di SD Kecamatan Bontoala, perbedaan kompetensi antara guru yang berasal dari kependidikan dan non kependidikan di SD Kecamatan Bontoala, pengaruh linieritas pendidikan guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD di Kecamatan Bontoala, dan pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD di Kecamatan Bontoala. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru SD Kecamatan Bontoala Kota Makassar sebanyak 60 guru. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh mengatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh linieritas pendidikan guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan kompetensi pedagogik guru juga berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD di Kecamatan Bontoala Kota Makassar. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh linieritas pendidikan dan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Melalui analisis regresi linier ganda dapat diketahui bahwa kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Kelas IV di UPT SPF SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2 Makassar sebanyak 40 orang yang terbagi dalam 2 kelas yaitu kelas experimen sebanyak 20 orang dan kelas kontrol sebanyak 20 orang. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh desain kelas terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa di UPT SPF SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2. Hal ini bisa saja disebabkan karena siswa sudah terbiasa dengan desain kelas sebelum dilakukan pengujian sehingga desain kelas yang dilakukan tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikant dalam pemberian motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji paired sample test diperoleh Nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) dari hasil penelitian untuk kelas eksperimen ini adalah 0.000 (p < 0.05). Sehingga hasil test awal dan test akhir mengalami perubahan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan statistik deskriptif tes awal dan tes akhir terbukti test akhir lebih tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain kelas dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar untuk kelas eksperimen.\u0000This study aims to determine the effect of classroom design on students’ motivation and learning outcomes at UPT SPF SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach, an experimental method with a pretest-posttest research design with nonequivalent groups. The sample in this study was Class IV at UPT SPF SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2 Makassar. The total sample is 40 students divided into 2 classes, namely the experimental class consisting of 20 students and the control class consisting of 20 students. Based on the results of the t-test of this study showed that there was no effect of class design on students' motivation and learning outcomes at UPT SPF SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2. This could be due to the fact that students are already familiar with the class design before testing, so the class design that is carried out has little impact on providing learning motivation and student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the paired sample test, the significance value (2-tailed) of the research results for this experimental class was 0.000 (p < 0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh media scrapbook terhadap keterampilan menulis peserta didik dimana nilai mean kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai mean kelas kontrol pada hasil posttest, kemudian hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh media scrapbook terhadap keterampilan berbicara peserta didik dimana nilai mean kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai mean kelas kontrol pada hasil posttest.\u0000This research was conducted to know: (1) the effect of scrapbook media on the writing skills of fourth-grade students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Pannampu 2 Makassar City, (2) the effect of scrapbook media on the speaking skills of fourth-grade students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Pannampu 2 City Macassar. This study uses quantitative research with quasi-experimental research methods, and the design form used is a non-equivalent control group. The subjects of this study were students of class IV UPT SPF SD Inpres Pannampu 2, totaling 42 students. The results showed an effect of scrapbook media on students' writing skills, where the mean value of the experimental group was higher than the mean value of the control class on the post-test results. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial pengawas sekolah dasar di masa pandemi COVID-19 yaitu: (1) Langkah perencanaan, proses bimbingan dan pelatihan melalui kelompok kerja guru (kkg), pengawas sekolah memantau langsung di sekolah dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan, (2) Langkah pelaksanaan, pengawas sekolah mendampingi kepala sekolah dan guru pada pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial dengan cara tatap muka di sekolah, (3) Langkah evaluasi, pengawas sekolah memberikan solusi dari ta yang dihadapi guru, kepala sekolah, dan tenaga kependidikan di masa pandemi COVID-19 mengenai administrasi sekolah. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat efektivitas supervisi manajerial pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang yaitu, pengawas sekolah belum menguasai pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial secara online begitu juga dengan kepala sekolah dan guru\u0000This research was conducted with the aim of knowing: (1) the implementation of managerial supervision of elementary school supervisors during the COVID-19 pandemic in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, (2) the performance of elementary school supervisors during the COVID-19 pandemic in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, (3) factors -Factors hindering the effectiveness of elementary school supervisors in managerial supervision during the COVID-19 pandemic in Sidenreng Rappang District. This study uses qualitative research with a case study method. The data in this study were collected by interview, observation and documentation techniques. In order to achieve these aims, the researcher designed three main objectives: to find out students’ readiness in English online learning, students’ motivation in English online learning and student’ attitude towards English online learning. The researcher applied the quantitative method. The samples were chosen randomly from 65 students within 7 different high schools in North Makale. The data analyzed was in quantitative research involved summarizing data dependably and accurately.   The result showed that the students are not fully ready for English online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The lack of infrastructure such as internet access is the major obstacle to the implementation of distance learning in schools, especially in North Makale. Furthermore, the samples are not confident computer and internet users, and they also demonstrate low self-efficacy issue in doing online learning. The students’ motivation toward English online learning was inconsistent even thought it is categorized in a moderate degree of motivation. Some students prefer face-to-face learning process than online learning and think that the previous one will give them a better learning result.
