Asdar","doi":"10.35965/bje.v3i1.1880","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial pengawas sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, kinerja pengawas sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat efektivitas pengawas sekolah dasar dalam supervisi manajerial pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial pengawas sekolah dasar di masa pandemi COVID-19 yaitu: (1) Langkah perencanaan, proses bimbingan dan pelatihan melalui kelompok kerja guru (kkg), pengawas sekolah memantau langsung di sekolah dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan, (2) Langkah pelaksanaan, pengawas sekolah mendampingi kepala sekolah dan guru pada pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial dengan cara tatap muka di sekolah, (3) Langkah evaluasi, pengawas sekolah memberikan solusi dari ta yang dihadapi guru, kepala sekolah, dan tenaga kependidikan di masa pandemi COVID-19 mengenai administrasi sekolah. Kinerja Pengawas Sekolah Dasar Dalam Pelaksanaan Supervisi Manajerial Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial pengawas sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, kinerja pengawas sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat efektivitas pengawas sekolah dasar dalam supervisi manajerial pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.
