Considering the important uncertainty factors such as enterprise magnitude, transport capability and stockpile capability, an integrated approach (IA) based on the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) was put forward, which could evaluate the logistics efficiency of the enterprises and select the optimal logistics enterprise reliably. This paper proposes a prototype of distributed traffic information acquisition based on IVC. Here, equipped vehicles act as moving sensors and form a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) which takes charge of traffic information acquisition, sharing and fusion. Road-side stations as local access points can collect distributed real-time traffic information and upload it to superior network Traffic Management Centers (TMC). In this paper, a complete analysis and comparison on traffic information acquisition based on clustered VANET and common multi-hop VANET is studied, including the total network load, routing methods etc. And we also establish a simulation platform to realize and validate all these methods or systems. There have been some mature studies on the algorithms of time-intervals split of TOD. However, these algorithms neglected the variation of traffic flow among days of week. In this research, a Nonparametric Test is applied to reflect the variation of traffic flow among days of week and classify the days of week into different categories, and then each day is divided into several timeintervals by adopting an ordered sample cluster algorithm according to the former categories. In this paper, the flame radiation intensity signal is acquired by a low-cost flame detection device. Fast Fourier transform is used to exact power spectrum of frequency domain and phase domain from time domain signals based upon wavelet de-noising methodology. The characteristic parameters??? the variance of the intensity value, the flicker frequency and the average phase, which reflect time domain, frequency domain and phase domain respectively, are extracted. A compositive assessment model for the stability of flame combustion using the grey theory is proposed which is based on the extraction of flame radiation characteristic parameters from measured data, and a stability index system for the assessment of flame combustion established. The assessment results demonstrate this method is feasible and efficient. The paper is organized as follows: Firstly, it introduces the characteristic of IDL (Interactive Data Language) and ENVI which is professional software for remote sensing, and also discusses the approaches to expansion and customization. Subsequently, software module development process is elaborated. Finally, the good result demonstrates that the proposed approach possesses considerable suitability and applicability. The research depicted in this thesis provides a software platform solution, which brings the technology of RS-Fathoming into practical applications. The proposed method first partitions each face image into two halves, i.e. the left part and the right part of the face image. The method then uses a linear combination of the left parts of all the training samples to represent the left part of the testing sample. Also, this method employs a linear combination of the right parts of all the training samples to represent the right part of the testing sample. Finally, the method combines the two representation result to classify the testing sample. The paper studies the signal optimization method that the phases have overlapped phase, the bi-level optimization method is used to solve the questions. Firstly, the critical phase is introduced in detail. Then the cycle optimization method TRRL and ARRB is described. Based on the cycle optimization method, the critical phase optimization method is given. Through an example, it is tested that intersection’s average delay is decreased by 21.37%, the average vehicle queue is decreased 10 pcu/c, the intersection capacity is increased 0.93% and the saturation of the intersection is reduce from 1.38 to 0.93.
