Considering the important uncertainty factors such as enterprise magnitude, transport capability and stockpile capability, an integrated approach (IA) based on the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) was put forward, which could evaluate the logistics efficiency of the enterprises and select the optimal logistics enterprise reliably.
