While the mobile phone market is experiencing rapid development, we should also continue to reflect, so as not to repeat the tragedy of Nokia. In 2013, the mobile phone business of Nokia was acquired by Microsoft. This incident marked the temporary departure of the former mobile phone industry giant Nokia from the personal mobile phone market. In the past ten years, Nokia subsequently tried to make a breakthrough in smartphone manufacturing, but all attempts ended in failure. The development of networks and technology has made the mobile phone market very competitive today. The failure of Nokia has heavily increased the sense of crisis among various mobile phone brands. This article uses case analysis method to study some issues that mobile phone manufacturers should pay attention to. Taking Nokia as an example, this article analyzes related issues. Finally, some important reasons for the business failure of Nokia phone are summarized. Mobile phone manufacturers cannot be too confident to ignore the market and consumers, and they are supposed to continue searching for new core competence.","PeriodicalId":333050,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 7th International Conference on Financial Innovation and Economic Development (ICFIED 2022)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132139009","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The effectiveness of industrial policy has become an important topic in academic research, but the debate is more than consensus. Starting from the background and definition of industrial policy, this paper summarises and comments on the theoretical views on the \"effectiveness\" and \"ineffectiveness\" of industrial policy, and summarises the experience of some developing countries. This paper holds that the focus of future research should shift from \"industrial policy effectiveness\" to \"boundaries of industrial policy effectiveness\", not only to study whether industrial policy is effective, but also to study the conditions for the effectiveness of industrial policy.","PeriodicalId":333050,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 7th International Conference on Financial Innovation and Economic Development (ICFIED 2022)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133192526","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Predicting stock prices has been a difficult task for many researchers and analysts. Research in recent years has shown that Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network models perform well in stock price prediction, and it is considered one of the most precise prediction techniques, especially when it is applied to longer prediction ranges. In this paper, we set the prediction range of the LSTM network model to 1 to 10 days, push the data into the built LSTM network model after pre-processing operations such as normalization of data, and set the optimal values of epochs, batch_size, dropout, optimizer and other parameters through training and testing. By comparing with Linear Regression, eXtreme gradient boosting (XGBoost), Last Value and Moving Average, the results show that the LSTM network model does not perform better than other models when applied to a short forecasting horizon.","PeriodicalId":333050,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 7th International Conference on Financial Innovation and Economic Development (ICFIED 2022)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124234616","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Within this period of time, the factors such as advertisements from different sales person and the emergence of the live stream, the lack of sense of belonging and the feeling of isolation occurred. Therefore, the problem of impulsive consumption occurred from the beginning of 2020 to the present time. This research aims to give the introduction of the pandemic era, the dynamic effect of COVID-19 on impulsive buying behavior[1], the cause and effects of impulsive consumption, and potential solutions to diminish this problem. It used different reference books and data from Google Scholar, and the subject is all customers that bought products under this era. Specific implications of these findings are discussed. It can be concluded that there are three reasons for consumer impulsive consumption during the epidemic: marketing stimulus, emotional stimulus, and income increase.","PeriodicalId":333050,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 7th International Conference on Financial Innovation and Economic Development (ICFIED 2022)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114468494","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Metaverse will become an important public infrastructure. This paper first introduces the concept of Metaverse, including the origin and development of Metaverse, the concept of Metaverse, and the key features of Metaverse. Then, the construction of Metaverse is analyzed from various aspects such as technical support, current progress as well as feasibility, and limitations. Finally, it is concluded that Metaverse is a new windfall for the future development of the Internet, and further development of Metaverse needs to be realized from multiple perspectives, such as industrial investment, regulation, industry integration, and technological breakthroughs. The Metaverse is a virtual world that incorporates all aspects of digital technology, including video conferencing, games such as Minecraft or Roblox, cryptocurrency, email, virtual reality, social media, and live streaming.
