This paper presents a new two-stage fuzzy control method that is suitable to complex urban traffic intersection control. Two-stage fuzzy logic controller is easy to acquire fuzzy rules and can greatly decrease the number of fuzzy rules. It is very suitable to complex urban traffic intersection control. By this method, the phase sequences and phase lengths of traffic signals and circle, changes along with traffic conditions. From the point of view of robustness, a M-estimation regression-based is presented to improve the noise-immune capability of least square (LS) algorithm. Two sorts of algorithms for robust estimation are introduced. A robust design method of adaptive FIR filters is proposed based on the M-estimation. So a nonlinear optimal selection model based on multidimensional niche evolution algorithm (NEA) was proposed, and its parameters selection principal was also discussed. The paper addressed an abstract method to extract goal orderings. The method used unification to identify different instantiations of a predicate when dealing with predicates. In this paper, a cooperative control system is presented to search for targets by using unmanned blimps, and the conceptual system is built with two blimps and the base station. We discuss the software structure in the base station computer, and the blimp dynamic models are expressed in the form suited for controller design. A control strategy is proposed, and Lyapunov stability theory is used to guarantee that sliding mode controllers make asymptotic system stability. Although increasing concurrency control for XML data becomes an important issue, few effective methods providing high concurrency of transactions working on the same XML document have been proposed so far. This paper proposes XR-Lock, namely, XML region lock, which can achieve high concurrency while guaranteeing the serializability of transactions to the same XML document. In the proposed method, appropriate lock operation is set to nodes contained in a region, and lock compatibility can be checked at any time to assure the concurrency. Since XR-lock are set on the low-level data accesses for XML query expression and conflicts that violate serializability are detected each time a read or a write access is requested by concurrent transactions, high performance of concurrency for XML documents can be achieved. Each node is made from supply, deliver, make, transportation, inventory, and finance, and links can represent transportation route, supply and demand relationship, or service relationship. The manual way of railway boxcar safe state checking cannot adapt to the development of railage more and more. This paper proposed a computer vision based boxcar safe state real-time monitoring system to substitute manual work. Line feature is extracted from the frame. By analyse the distribution of the line feature to differentiate the car type and the boxcar safe state. The little calculating amount of the algorithm and robustness to the noise and illumination disturbance makes it have good real-time quality and dependability.
