Tata letak pabrik yang baik ditandai dengan pola aliran perpindahan bahan yang lancar dengan jarak minimal. Semakin pendek jarak perpindahan material maka ongkos material handling yang ditanggung oleh pabrik tersebut akan semakin kecil. Selain itu, penggunaan area pabrik yang tersedia secara efisien juga merupakan ciri dari tata letak pabrik dan fasilitas produksi yang baik. Pada saat pandemi Covid-19, pengaturan tata letak pada suatu pabrik juga harus mempertimbangkan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang telah ditetapkan. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatur layout dan pola aliran dan juga menerapkan aturan social dan physical distancing selama pandemi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Triangular Flow Diagram dan pengukuran jarak dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Rectilinear. Penelitian merupakan suatu studi kasus pada PT. Citra Nusantara Mandiri (CNM) yang merupakan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang mengolah bibit jagung hibrida. Dari evaluasi yang dilakukan, teridentifikasi terjadinya back tracking dan pola aliran yang tidak beraturan pada proses produksi di perusahaan ini. Model pendeteksi kemiripan dokumen menggunakan metode algoritma Hellinger yang ditujukan untuk menghasilkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Proses Pra Perhitungan hellinger dilakukan tahap-tahap tokenisasi, penyaringan dan pembuatan akar kata. Penyaringan menggunakan stopword tala dan proses pembuatan akar kata menggunakan metode rule base stemmer bahasa Indonesia. Proses uji alat pendeteksi kemiripan didahului dengan uji persepsi menggunakan kamus besar bahasa indonesia untuk menetapkan kata yang dicari relevan atau tidak relevan. Sampel ditetapkan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh 95 responden. Protokol kesehatan saat ini didukung oleh 1 pemeriksa suhu otomatis dan 4 bilik semprot desinfektan otomatis. Belum ada evaluasi yang dilakukan mengenai efektivitas dan efisiensi utilitas fasilitas. Terdapat permasalahan antrian terutama pada waktu kritis pada shift pagi dari pukul 07.00 WIB sampai dengan 07.30 WIB dan keluaran sistem belum mampu mencapai sekitar 650 entitas dalam waktu 30 menit. Sistem ini termasuk dalam terminating simulation, dengan replication length 30 menit. Perancangan simulasi dilakukan untuk mencari solusi sistem terbaik yang mencapai target keluaran jumlah entitas, dengan evaluasi berdasarkan waktu tunggu antrian, jumlah antrian entitas, biaya, dan utilitas fasilitas. Sistem simulasi dibuat dengan software ARENA. Solusi rancangan diperbandingkan dan diberi peringkat, untuk kemudian dilakukan seleksi pemilihan rancangan terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada waktu kritis pukul 07.00 WIB - 07.30 WIB diperlukan 2 buah alat pengecek suhu otomatis dan 3 buah bilik desinfektan (Multi Channel - Multi Phase). Rancangan ini menghasilkan output sekitar 687 entitas, waktu tunggu 0,75 menit, jumlah antrian 8,46 entitas, dengan biaya Rp. 88.411,64. Pada waktu reguler diperlukan 1 buah alat pengecekan suhu otomatis dan 1 buah bilik desinfektan (Multi Channel - Single Phase). However, whether there is an ET indicator capable of detecting fatigue closely related to vigilance decrement is unknown. This study aims to determine which ET indicators are sensitive in detecting changes in vigilance due to sleep restriction (4 and 8 hours) in different gender. Fifty-six participants (28 men, 21.32 ± 1.16 years and 28 women, 21.5 ± 1.2 years) were involved in this study. Using an eye tracker device, participants were asked to simulate inspecting defects (dirt, scratches, missing parts, and poor assembly) at 50 flashlights. In addition, vigilance assessment was carried out with the Psychomotor Vigilance Task (PVT) and the Karolinska Sleepiness Scale (KSS). The results of ANOVA showed that sleep restriction affected the mean RT (p-value = 0.001), minor lapse (p-value = 0.036), mean 1/RT (p-value = 0.001), saccadic velocity (p-value = 0.001), and KSS (p-value = <0.001). Gender influenced the mean 1/RT (p-value = 0.016), pupil diameter (p-value = 0.022), and saccadic velocity (p-value = 0.030). The Pearson correlation test shows a weak relationship between the ET and PVT indicators. However, saccadic velocity has the potential to be able to detect changes in vigilance because it is influenced by sleep restriction. CV Anugrah Jaya Sejahtera merupakan sebuah industri manufaktur otomotif yang memproduksi produk cutting steel pipe, bagian dari sparepart motor. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang tata letak fasilitas yang baru pada produksi produk cutting steel pipe untuk meminimalkan jarak perpindahan material dan momen perpindahan, serta adanya keinginan perusahaan penambahan target produksi dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan mesin. Pada perancangan tata letak fasilitas usulan ini memakai algoritma BLOCPLAN dengan bantuan software BPLAN90. Berdasarkan perhitungan kebutuhan mesin pada proses pengukuran kekurangan 1 orang, proses pemotongan dibagian mesin automatic kekurangan 2 mesin, sedangkan pada bagian mesin Manual kekuragan 1 mesin. Pada proses Manual cutting mengalami kekurangan 1 mesin. Pada quality control dan packing pada bagian mesin automatic memerlukan 1 orang dan 3 orang. Sedangkan, packing pada bagian mesin Manual memerlukan sebanyak 2 orang. Jarak perpindahan material antar departemen dihitung menggunakan metode rectilinear. Momen perpindahan material dihitung dengan mengkalikan antar jarak perpindahan dengan frekuensi. Total jarak perpindahan material pada layout existing menghasilkan 148.2 meter dengan momen perpindahan sebesar 18981.3 meter per bulan. The same applies to the university environment in student services. Amikom Purwokerto University is one of the many tertiary institutions that has implemented a web-based academic information system, including in one of its study programs, namely Information Systems. Based on interviews conducted by researchers with one of the lecturers in the Information Systems Study Program at Amikom University, Purwokerto, several problems were identified, such as the lack of regular updating of data and information on the website, the appearance of the website which was less attractive, and the lack of available content. Then, so that the company can be ready to compete with other similar websites, it is necessary to analyze the quality of the website, one of which is using the WebQual 4.0 method which is then assessed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires with 3 WebQual 4.0 variables based on the level of performance and the level of user expectations for the 85 samples that have been determined by calculating the Slovin formula. The data obtained is then assessed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method which produces recommendations to companies for actions that need to be taken on the website in order to improve and maintain the quality of the website. The results of the GAP analysis obtained 9 variables with positive values and 13 variables with negative values. Dari data pengunjung bioskop pada tahun 2019-2021, terjadi penurunan yang sangat signifikan dari 27.646.450 penonton pada tahun 2019, 12.059.127 pada tahun 2020, dan 2.586.386 pada tahun 2021. Penyebab terjadinya penurunan ini adalah tingginya jumlah kasus COVID-19 menyebabkan sebagai akibat dari pemberlakuan PPKM untuk menghentikan penyebaran virus ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengunjung bioskop terhadap pelayanan pada masa pandemi dan menganalisis tingkat kepentingan kinerja pelayanan pada bioskop XYZ Purwokerto. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) dan IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung bioskop sebesar 74,65% yang berada dalam kategori puas. Sedangkan untuk hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode IPA, rata-rata tingkat kepentingan pelayanan menurut konsumen sebesar 4,22, sedangkan tingkat kinerja sebesar 3,73.Jaminan keamanan dan kebersihan selama di lingkungan bioskop, serta komunikasi antara pengunjung dan karyawan bioskop berada dalam kuadran A, yang berarti indikator-indikator ini menjadi prioritas utama dalam perbaikan layanan. Kegiatan gudang dinilai belum optimal karena banyak proses yang tidak berjalan sesuai sistem. Hal ini mengakibatkan kegagalan dalam beberapa kegiatan operasional yang berpotensi mengurangi kepuasan pelanggan. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah belum adanya sistem manajemen risiko yang diterapkan di perusahaan. Penelitian ini melaksanakan analisis risiko perusahaan dan mengusulkan rekomendasi untuk risiko kritis yang teridentifikasi menggunakan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil perhitungan angka prioritas risiko menunjukkan lima risiko kritis yaitu: pengawasan inbound, pengawasan persediaan, pengawasan outbound, hubungan pemasok dan proses operasional gudang. The progress of the company as a business organization has increased activity, increased performance and increased productivity in the electrical system at PT Dayasa Aria Prima to take strategic steps in minimizing expenditure costs on the electrical system and developing an electrical system based on ETAP 12.6 analysis and simulation at PT Dayasa Aria Prima. Changes in the value of the power factor will have an impact on decreasing the value of cos φ. Based on the analysis and simulation of ETAP 12.6 it is known that the power factor of PT. Dayasa Aria Prima is around 0.70% where the company has to pay a fine to PLN. To eliminate or eliminate fines, an increase is made to meet the standard requirements for power factor which must be more than 0.85%.
