The company is run by a family and is engaged in the business of making bread and also marketing it. Challenges are always there, with cafes & bakeries already having brands and interests. Of course, the challenges are difficult and a problem for business people. This study uses quantitative methods to obtain the relationship between variables and to test existing hypotheses using samples obtained from the existing population. The preparation of the data was taken by means of observation, question and answer and questionnaires. The sample in the study was 98 people. The questions posed to the entire sample amounted to 20 questions. The report uses three free variables and one bound variable, so that each variable can have 5 questions asked. Of all the questions that exist, all of them are declared valid. Coastal tourism needs to be mapped to find out the coastal area. The purpose of this study is to make a mapping of coastal tourist areas that are often visited by tourists using a Geographic Information System based on data on the level of tourist satisfaction with the beach using the servsqual method. based on the results of the study, there are three beaches that are frequently visited by tourists, namely Mirota beach, Melayu beach and Vio-vio beach where based on the level of visitor satisfaction for Mirota beach from the five dimensions using the servsqual method are in the satisfied category, for Malay beach there is one dimension in the dissatisfied category is tangible (-1.005), while for Vio-vio beach there are 2 dimensions in the dissatisfied category, namely tangible (-1.014) and empathic (-1.077). for mapping using a geographic information system where on the map of tourist attractions the coast for the Malay coast is indicated by a red triangle, Mirota beach is indicated by a pink triangle and for Vio-vio beach is indicated by a black triangle. To find out the potential for increased productivity and effectiveness of using excavators, it’s necessary to do an analysis using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. OEE is a performance measurement tool that has the ability to identify the root of the problem and it’s causative factors so that improvement efforts are more focused. The parameters used in the calculation of OEE value are: Availability, Utilization, and Productivity Index. Based on the result of data processing, the OEE value were 56,00% for excavator EX2313 and 34,19% for excavator EX2325. This means that the OEE value hasn’t been able to meet the world class standard OEE value in medium category, namely 60%. Improvement are made by reducing lost work time but obstacles can be avoided, so as to increase utilization. The proposed improvement provide increased in the OEE value were 12,73% for excavator EX2313 and 11,61% for excavator EX2325. This shows that the OEE value of PC800 with number EX2313 reaches the world class standard in medium category or productivity can be considered reasonable, namely 68,73%. The coffee roasting process is done manually by using a fire stove as a heater. Workers with standing posture stir the coffee beans continuously, and it can take 4 hours for 20 kilos of coffee beans. Standing work posture is required for stirring the coffee beans but can cause fatigue in workers due to long-standing times and high heating temperatures. This situation causes the roasting process to be less efficient and can cause the roasting process to be uneven. The purpose of this study was to identify musculoskeletal complaints of standing work posture in the manual coffee roasting process and provide an evaluation of corrective work posture when using the design results of an automatic digital roasting machine. The methods used in this study were the Nordic Body Map (NBM) and the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) to assess the level of risk of posture for musculoskeletal complaints. The results of the identification of body points that experience fatigue were carried out by distributing NBM questionnaires and evaluating the worker's posture using RULA on CATIA V5R20. Based on the existing NBM, the risk score is 78, and the final RULA score is 6, which means that immediate corrective action is needed because the work posture is categorized as dangerous and does not meet ergonomic principles. Improvement of working posture is made by designing a roasting machine that is digital and automatic. So the workers do not need to mix the coffee beans manually. Based on roasting machine implementation results, there was a significant change in the NBM score and the final RULA score. The NBM results obtained a score of 55 which means that the risk is moderate with the risk of fatigue in the neck, right leg and, left leg. It allows various companies including financial institution to improve services for their customers. Mobile wallet is a cashless payment system that is carried out with a mobile phone. Since 2010, The Central Bank of Indonesia has been encouraging the adoption of cashless payment system, including mobile wallet. Despite the efforts made, the use of cashless payment system in Indonesia is still low. This paper investigates the determinants of customers’ intention to adopt mobile wallet using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) Model. It offers theoretical contributions by extending UTAUT2 with social connectedness and culture. Empirical data from 139 Indonesian customers were used to test the proposed model using partial least square structural equation modeling. It was found that performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, price value, and habits significantly influence customers’ intention to adopt mobile wallet. This study also found that social connectedness significantly affects performance expectancy and effort expectancy. There are still queues for registration, payments, length of academic service, parking capacity, lecture room, library access, security, and etc. This study is conducted to find out the service quality of XYZ high school towards the students' satisfaction. The methods used in this research are the integration method of Servqual, Kano and Quality Function Deployment (QFD), using 5 Servqual dimensions, those are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The gap value of all service attributes provided is negative. It means that the service performance still can't fulfill the students' expectation. Based on the integration calculation of the Servqual, Kano and QFD methods, there are 16 of 31 service attributes need to be improved. Scheduling is a resource allocation arrangement for completing tasks that involve work, resources and time. With the scheduling, all work can be completed according to priority and can minimize processing time, so that makespan is minimal. In addition, it can reduce idle machines and reduce the inventory of semi-finished goods. Maryati Small Micro and Medium Enterprises (IKM) is a business that is engaged in the manufacture of clothing that produces various types of products such as baby clothes, teenage clothes to adults. So far, IKM Maryati is in the process of machine scheduling by determining the order of Job execution based on the longest to shortest total Job processing time. Scheduling with this method creates problems for the company, as evidenced by the accumulation of semi-finished goods at several work-stations. Another problem is when orders arrive at a certain period with a large variety and number of products, causing Job completion that exceeds the target time (due-date). The size of the makespan causes the production time to increase, so the company is late to start production of orders in the following month. In this study, the Non-delay algorithm is used to solve the problems that arise in IKM Maryati. The result obtained is the scheduling using the existing method by IKM Maryati which produces 44 days makespan value. Meanwhile, by applying the Non-delay compound engine algorithm, it produces a makespan of 42 days. This shows that the compound machine Non-delay Algorithm method can minimize the makespan value in IKM Maryati. As a traditional business, the company still largely rely on the handiness and crafting skills from their workers. Whilst the business competition increases, PT X requires to strengthen the business by improving product quality in an efficient way. Besides high level of defects, PT X has also non-value-added activities in their production resulting in high overtime hours of their workers. Although PT X considers the overtime is acceptable to achieve the production target, there is room for improvement to reduce the defects as well as to shorten the production lead time. This paper aims to tackle the inefficiency and quality of the company. Lean six sigma is proposed to improve the condition and change management is implemented to ensure the commitment and participation of all staff for the success of change. Hence, this paper proposes the combination of change management and lean six sigma to improve production quality, lead time and staff participation. Combining DMAIC methods with change management, a methodology called DMA(C)IC is used with the middle C is for change. In producing those kinds of products that mostly using tires, there is a process area to do mounting truck tire. Based on interviews and direct observation results, there is a symptom of Cumulative Trauma Disorders (CTD), especially in the low back area. The low back pain experienced by the operators is caused by an awkward posture that resulted from Manual Material Handling (MMH) in this process. Lifting and holding the tire that is located on the floor with diameter 1.2m, height 0.3m, and weight 90 Kg also the reasons why the awkward posture appears during the mounting truck tire process. Using Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), Nordic Questionnaire, and followed by the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach for product design are used to do the improvement for the process. In the end, these ergonomics issues are solved by developing material handling tools that can minimize the risk and symptoms of CTDs. This study uses 397 data collected from undergraduate students of Andalas University. The data is analyzed using structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 3.0, because of its ability to evaluate the measurement as well as the structural model. The results of this study show that service quality, organization culture and reputation significantly affect the student satisfaction. It is also found that service quality has the highest effect on student satisfaction, which means that increasing Andalas University service quality would significantly improve the satisfaction of its students. The results of this study also show that the organization culture nor reputation do not have moderating effect on the relationship between service quality and student satisfaction. This finding implies that organization culture nor reputation would not strengthen nor weaken the relationship between service quality and student satisfaction.
