Z, which is engaged in palm oil processing. The case raised is the spare parts warehouse of PT. Z, where the problem that has occurred so far is the policy of random storage in the spare parts warehouse. This results in irregularities that complicate the process of receiving, storing, searching and releasing spare parts, which is indicated by the high total travel distance in the warehouse. Thus, the purpose of this study is to minimize the total travel distance in the spare parts warehouse by using a dedicated storage policy which is based on an analysis of the product storage layout (spare parts). Based on the results of data processing using a dedicated storage policy, the initial trip distance is 4257.25 meters and the proposed trip distance is 4002,5 meters. Service quality is a determining factor in satisfying customers to achieve economic improvement. Based on previous research, it was found that there is a relationship between organizational culture and customer satisfaction. The quality culture in a laboratory organization reflects the overall organizational culture. This is in line with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 which requires the application of a quality culture in a calibration laboratory. Price is also an element that needs to be analyzed to achieve customer satisfaction in a calibration laboratory. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction by moderating organizational culture and prices in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory in the province of West Sumatra. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents from government agencies and private companies in West Sumatra. Then, the data was processed using the method of Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that service quality, organizational culture, and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in a calibration laboratory. Karena permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan pengendalian kualitas pada produk tahu bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan cacatnya produk tahu bandung serta mengidentifikasi kegiatan yang memiliki probabilitas kesalahan pada pekerja dalam proses produksi tahu bandung sebagai sebagai dasar untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan dengan seven tools dan metode HEART. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi cacatnya produk tahu bandung yaitu faktor manusia, mesin, metode, material, dan lingkungan. Faktor manusia merupakan faktor yang paling dominan karena hampir seluruh proses produksi dilakukan manual, jumlah pekerja yang sedikit dengan jumlah permintaan yang banyak, serta seringnya pergantian pekerja. Seluruh kegiatan pada proses produksi memiliki probabilitas kesalahan, hal ini disebabkan karena hampir seluruh proses produksi pada Tahu NR dilakukan secara manual oleh pekerja. Namun, perkembangan teknologi saat ini secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi pola berbelanja manusia, khususnya konsumen milenial yang beralih menggunakan saluran online. Hal ini merupakan tantangan dan peluang bagi para peritel toko offline yang bersaing secara langsung dengan toko online yang menawarkan kemudahan dan kecepatan. Perancangan aplikasi berbelanja offline dapat membantu konsumen melakukan kegiatan belanja offline dengan mudah dan cepat serta menawarkan pengalaman baru yang belum pernah dirasakan sebelumnya. Proses perancangan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan tanggapan responden terkait kegiatan berbelanja offline di Yogya Department Store hingga didapatkan daftar kebutuhan pengguna. Selanjutnya, penentuan mission statement, audience modelling, conceptual design, implementation design, dan implementation dilakukan sesuai tahap perancangan WSDM. Tahap implementation design menghasilkan 3 buah konsep rancangan aplikasi, yaitu E-Store, V-Store, dan E-Shop. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian 4 orang responden, konsep desain E-Store mendapatkan perolehan nilai tertinggi sebesar 18,6 mengacu pada pemenuhan daftar kebutuhan pengguna. Konsep desain E-Store kemudian dikembangkan menjadi high-fidelity prototype dengan mengadaptasi beberapa fitur dari konsep lain dengan bantuan software Adobe XD. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menguji tingkat usability dan user experience dari 12 orang partisipan. Partisipan diminta untuk mengerjakan task list dan memberikan penilaian dengan SUS sehingga didapatkan data kuantitatif dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 79 dan data kualitatif dari tanggapan partisipan. Sementara, pengujian user experience dilakukan dengan HEART framework dan hasil kelima metrik menunjukkan penilaian sangat baik dengan penilaian di atas 70%. Pemerintah telah memiliki beberapa alternatif solusi dalam pengelolaan sampah, seperti pembuatan bank sampah, rumah kompos, pemaksimalam program 3R (reduce, reuse, dan recycle), dan pemanfaatan sampah sebagai sumber energi. Penelitian pemanfaatan limbah plasik PP untuk pembuatan cone benang daur ulang juga termasuk dalam pemanfaatan program 3R yang diwacanakan oleh pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan karakteristik mekanis (kekuatan flexural) dan massa cone benang berbahan PP daur ulang dan PP murni. Berdasarkan observasi yang telah dilakukan, produk cone dengan material PP memiliki karakteristik kekuatan lentur 0,4 – 0,8 kg/mm2 dan massa sebesar 10,5 – 11,5 gram. Studi pemanfaatan limbah plastik PP untuk dijadikan produk cone benang diawali dengan penelitian awal terkait dengan pengoptimalan parameter pembuatan produk pada mesin injeksi. Proses selanjutnya adalah pembuatan produk cone benang dengan ditambahkan material kalsium. Setelah produk selesai dicetak, langkah berikutnya adalah pengujian flexural dan pengukuran massa produk. Berdasarkan pengujian flexural dan pengukuran massa produk, material PP Murni yang ditambahkan material kalsium karbonat 20% memiliki kekuatan flexural yang lebih baik, tetapi massa yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan, yaitu 12,30 gram. OGS adalah layanan yang disediakan oleh toserba yang memungkinkan konsumen berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-hari secara daring melalui situs web. Meski layanan OGS menjanjikan banyak manfaat, tingkat penggunaannya masih belum memuaskan. Pengembangan model penelitian dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang diekstensi dengan kompatibilitas, visibilitas, pengaruh sosial, dan risiko. Model penelitian diuji pada konsumen sebuah toserba yang telah memiliki layanan OGS namun kesulitan mencapai target jumlah penggunanya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner daring. 108 data digunakan untuk menguji model pengukuran dan model struktural berdasarkan metode PLS-SEM. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa niat adopsi layanan OGS secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kemanfaatan dan persepsi kemudahan pakai. Berdasarkan analisis pengaruh total ditemukan bahwa niat adopsi dipengaruhi oleh kompatibilitas, persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi kemudahan pakai, pengaruh sosial dan persepsi risiko. Minimizing milling process-cost is one of the most common optimization objectives, and thus it determines the best cutting tool to be used. However, the chosen cutting tool might not bring the optimal result based on the tool’s cost. Therefore, a valuation method based on the process and cutting-tool costs results were developed and analyzed to improve the cutting tool selection process. A specific rough-milling operation was entered to the quick cost-estimation and optimization application, and several cutting-tools were compared based on the process-cost by each tool. Using a weight-based analysis on both process-cost and tool-cost changes the cutting-tool options' initial rankings. This study showed that using different weight ratios altered the order of the most suitable cutting tools. Another finding revealed in this study is how deflection constraint affected the rank of cutting tool selection. To improve the quality of customer service at REF Barbershop, a service quality analysis method is needed. An effective service quality analysis method is to combine the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method which is integrated with the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method using the House Of Quality Model. The application of the SERVQUAL method to identify strengths or advantages in the service industry, while the QFD method guarantees that services will be provided according to customer needs. The QFD method using the House Of Quality Model is a collection of matrices containing customer desires and service quality characteristics which are all generated from questionnaire processing. Service design at REF Barbershop using the Service Quality method found a gap that occurred on the customer side, namely between the level of perception and the level of expectation, namely: Availability of toilets obtained a gap value of -0.880, Having good and modern equipment obtained a gap value of -0.580, Cleanliness and completeness equipment, the gap value is -0.360, Availability of queue numbers is obtained the gap value is -0.180, Employees receive consumer complaints quickly, the gap value is -0.140, friendly and courteous service to customers is obtained, the gap value is -0.080. The use of Quality Function Deployment which makes the level of customer satisfaction as the Voice of the Customer and makes the House of Quality then gets 4 Technical Responses, namely: providing training to improve employee performance and rewarding employees whose performance has increased and giving sanctions to employees who perform poorly, providing queue numbers and toilets to increase comfort, improve and schedule regular equipment quality checks, make picket schedules for facility maintenance and cleanliness. Sermani Steel of Makassar City is one of the companies engaged in the manufacture or production of zinc-coated steel sheets (Zn) with a production capacity of 3000 tons/year, the problem that occurs is that the layout of related departments is far apart, causing large moving costs. The CRAFT Algorithm method is an improvement program that seeks optimum planning by making improvements in stages with the help of the WinQsb software. The CRAFT algorithm method can describe each department and calculate the Material Handling Cost (OMH) experienced by the product during the production process. The resulting products have good quality so that 60-70 percent of their products are exported while the rest are marketed domestically. The current production process, the application of occupational safety and health have not been fully implemented. From company data for three years, the number of work accidents is 9, 8, and 10 times. The number of hours lost was 154 hours, 168 hours, and 224 hours. Efforts are needed to prevent work accidents that can reduce work productivity. Based on the existing problems, the company needs to identify the causes of work accidents with a fault tree analysis method approach. The factors that cause work accidents can be identified, namely the work area, production process and storage and transfer. This work accident will cause worker productivity to decrease. In 2016 the productivity value was 0.99925, in 2017 the productivity level was 0.99929. In 2017 there was an increase in productivity due to the reduced number of lost hours. In 2018 there was a decrease in the productivity level to 0.99910 due to the increase in the number of lost hours of employees becoming more. The results of the \"t\" test measurement showed a decrease in the frequency level in 2017 and an increase in the frequency level in 2018. Severity measurements decreased in 2017 and increased in 2018. The safe t value in 2017 has increased. In 2018 there was a decline, so productivity in 2018 decreased. From the relationship between work safety and productivity, it is clear that work accidents cause productivity to decline.
