Companies engaged in construction and fabrication that produce water filter tanks located in Gresik Regency, in completing requests from customers always prioritize quality first and the company will try to win the competition by focusing on customer satisfaction. So far, the production process is not optimal because the number of defects is still too many. Product defects in the form of welding defects that occur during the production process, then painting defects that occur during finishing and symmetry defects in the machining process. To improve the production process, it is necessary to identify the type of failure, the consequences of the failure, and the cause of the problem to provide suggestions for improvement. To improve the production process in the water tank using the FMEA and FTA methods. Based on the FMEA method, the selected production process to identify based on the highest RPN, namely the welding process, painting process, and machining process that causes symmetry. This is done to minimize product defects and provide suggestions for improvement. Saat ini CV Rabbani belum mempunyai unit yang mengelola sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dan pekerja-pekerjanya juga belum dilibatkan dalam upaya menerapkan K3, dikarenakan usaha ini masih merupakan usaha kecil dan memiliki SDM dengan jumlah sedikit (tidak lebih dari 10 orang), serta masih belum adanya kesadaran dalam menerapkan K3 di lingkungan kerjanya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya evaluasi dan analisis, terutama yang terkait dengan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengelolaan manajemen K3, bahaya kecelakaan kerja dan faktor penyebab kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di CV Rabbani. Samudera Oceaneering always ensures that the ROV that will be sent for underwater works is in top notch condition and has been tested prior to the project to ensure all the functions are working properly and meet the specifications set by the client. In this internship the author takes a specific topic of risk management on ROV testing at PT. Samudera Oceaneering. Hazard identification is carried out in detail on the ROV testing process using the JSEA method. The risk assessment in the ROV testing process was obtained with the majority of the testing process being at high risk level. Beberapa faktor yang dihadapi selama pandemi, mengakibatkan penurunan tingkat penjualan. Berbagai kebijakan keringanan yang diberikan pemerintah di awal tahun 2022, memberikan peluang bagi para pelaku UMKM untuk bangkit melakukan berbagai peningkatan kinerja. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan strategi keberlanjutan agar mampu bersaing pasca pandemi Covid-19. Untuk itu diperlukan analisis internal dan eksternal dengan menggunakan metode SWOT melalui pemetaan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi UMKM UD Arshaindo pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan menyusun strategi keberlanjutan pasca pandemi Covid-19 pada industri kreatif berbasis potensi daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UD Arshaindo berada pada kuadran V. Compared to filling using conventional air media, there are many advantages when consumers or vehicle users fill tire pressure with nitrogen. This is where the distribution of pump outlets and tire fillings using nitrogen began, which are mostly opened at refueling sites or gas stations. This research was conducted at one of the CV business entities in the city of Batam which is engaged in filling and patching tires using nitrogen gas which is located in the Sekupang gas station area which is an industrial area and is close to community services making Sekupang gas stations a strategic area in this line of business. In the service related to filling and patching tires with nitrogen gas, there must be some opinions, both positive and negative, about the service at the outlet. From here, researchers will examine the level of customer satisfaction for filling and filling tires using nitrogen gas. The results of the study are that for the tangible dimension all statements have a satisfied category because the quality value is positive, for the reliability dimension there is 1 attribute that has a negative value, namely statement no 6 with a value of -1.1. For the responsiveness dimension, there is 1 attribute that is dissatisfied with a value of -0.39, namely in statement no. 9. Small and medium enterprises have a very limited structure where the level of application of the supply chain form is simple but complex. Measurement of supply chain capabilities is very helpful in carrying out its business processes. The purpose of this research is to ensure the value of the ability and achievement of each company's indicators. In measuring performance, assisted by the Supply Chain Operation Process (SCOR) type 12.0, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to develop the performance appraisal process in decision analysis and the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method for the assessment system. With KPI (Key Performance Indicator) that has been verified, there are 31 matrix indicators. Based on the results of the study, it was proven that the supply chain performance value in the small and medium industries got a value of 7.44 as the productivity index value, which was included in the yellow category. PT XYZ memiliki office boy, pekerjaan office boy meliputi membersihkan dan merapikan ruangan dan peralatan kantor, melayani permintaan karyawan dan tamu perusahaan. Pekerjaan mendistribusikan galon air yang dilakukan oleh office boy dari pantry ke 13 divisi tersebut merupakan pekerjaan yang berat. Penting untuk mengetahui risiko dan kekuatan yang terjadi pada tulang belakang serta analisis risiko ergonomis. Gaya yang diterima tulang belakang (L5/S1) adalah 2253,34 N, dimana gaya tersebut masih dalam batas normal, namun berdasarkan metode REBA aktivitas mengangkat galon air menimbulkan resiko ergonomis yang sangat tinggi. Risiko ini dapat menyebabkan cedera, terutama jika dilakukan dalam jangka waktu yang lama. The company wants to install a new filler machine to support their business development. There are 4 machine brands will be chosen by the company which are ITM, 3CR, IMA, MCS. This research focuses on filler machine selection for the production line. Research objectives are to determine the priority criteria and the best alternative filler machine. Using AHP-TOPSIS method where AHP method is used for weighting the assessment criteria while TOPSIS method is to sort alternative machines. The company decides there are 5 assessment criteria which are machine price, filling accuracy, filling speed, lead time availability and maintenance team; where the highest weight on maintenance team with 0,34. Based on TOPSIS method, the best alternative machine comes from the IMA brand with preference value of 0,9084. Sensitivity analysis shows machine price and filling speed could affect the selected machine. Strategi yang tepat dibutuhkan untuk dapat memenuhi tujuan tersebut dan menciptakan total biaya persediaan yang minimum. Di masa pandemik COVID-19 ini, produk kebersihan menjadi produk yang memiliki permintaan yang cukup tinggi sehingga mendorong munculnya toko-toko baru yang menjual produk kebersihan. Salah satunya adalah Toko X yang menjual produk-produk kebersihan, seperti sabun cuci, disinfektan, dan lain-lain. Masalah yang dihadapi yaitu adanya ketidaksesuaian antara besar permintaan konsumen dengan kuantitas produk yang datang. Pada saat ini, Toko X mengendalikan persediaan menggunakan Metode Optional sesuai kebijakan yang diterapkan toko sehingga menyebabkan tingginya biaya simpan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan 2 strategi pengendalian persediaan, dimana pada setiap strategi mempertimbangkan Metode Q, P, dan Optional, serta dipilih metode terbaik berdasarkan total biaya persediaan minimum. Pada strategi pertama, toko memesan semua produk kepada supplier, apabila terdapat kekurangan akan memproduksi sejumlah 50 jerigen. Pada strategi kedua, toko selalu memproduksi 4 jenis produk menggunakan metode EPQ, sedangkan sisanya akan dipesan kepada supplier. Selanjutnya berdasarkan strategi terpilih, diusulkan tata letak produk dalam gudang menggunakan Class-Based Dedicated Storage Policy. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, terpilih strategi 2 dengan metode Q yang menghasilkan penghematan pada biaya simpan dan biaya produksi, walaupun terjadi peningkatan pada biaya pesan dan biaya kekurangan. Penghematan total biaya per 6 bulan yang didapatkan sebesar Rp 3.716.543,35 atau 60,79%. In this article, the purpose is to formulate in maintenance problem for a food processing unit as a multicriteria problem and solve it using the evaluation based on distance from the average solution (EDAS) method. To attain this purpose, the authors defined a set of weighted criteria and a set of alternatives, and the solution is the alternative that scores the best in those criteria. Consequently, analysis was done based on the EDAS method and the calculated results from the literature data. Consequently, the parameters considered include the frequency of failure, MTBF, MTTF and MTTR while availability is the response. The EDAS method was used to select the best alternative (MTTR, 0.8802) and this score of 0.8802 is for an alternative. The chief novelty of this article is the unique introduction of an innovative EDAS method, which requires only two measures of the desirability of alternative (positive and negative distances from the average solution) but excluded the evaluation of the idea and nadir solutions for the key performance indicators of maintenance.
