Permasalahan yang muncul pada PD Ayam Ras diakibatkan oleh perancangan tata letak antara departemen yang kurang terencana, jarak perpindahan material yang tidak efisien dan Ongkos Material Handling (OMH) yang belum diperhitungkan. Hal ini menyebabkan departemen-departemen yang memiliki urutan aliran bahan yang berhubungan erat ditempatkan berjauhan. Selain itu terdapat aliran balik (backtracking) sehingga terjadinya pergerakan bolak-balik pada proses produksi. PD Ayam Ras masih memiliki ruang kosong yang belum dimanfaatkan sehingga pemanfaatan ruang yang kurang optimal mengakibatkan aliran material pada proses produksi bubuk kopi tidak efisien sehingga menambah jarak dan ongkos material handling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tata letak awal pabrik PD ayam ras, menganalisis tata letak pabrik PD ayam ras berdasarkan jarak material handling, ongkos material handling dan hubungan keterkaitan antar departemen serta menghasilkan perancangan tata letak usulan pada PD ayam ras. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode yang digunakan untuk perancangan ulang tata letak fasilitas pada pabrik PD Ayam Ras adalah metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) dengan bantuan software Blocplan. Proses rekrutmen di setiap industri manufaktur sebagian besar dimulai dari pembuatan iklan sampai proses training skill. Proses rekrutmen yang terjadi pada industri manufaktur Pro Audio (PA) adalah Lead Time (LT) dan Process Time (PT) yang panjang dan adanya limbah kertas mencapai 191,6 kg per bulannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengurangi LT proses rekrutmen pada industri PA dan mengurangi limbah pemakaian kertas untuk memberikan perhatian penuh terhadap kelestarian lingkungan pada industri manufaktur. Metode yang digunakan untuk menanggulangi dampak terhadap permasalahan lingkungan yang ditimbulkan oleh industri adalah Integrasi Lean Manufakturing (LM) dan Green Manufacturing (GM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LT rekrutmen mengalami penurunan dari 17,9 hari menjadi 16,4 hari atau terjadi penurunan rasio sebesar 8,37%. Limbah kertas (berkas lamaran) dapat dihilangkan dari 191,6 kg/bulan menjadi 0 kg/bulan. PT mengalami penurunan dari 76,21 jam menjadi 74,20 jam turun sebesar 2,63%. It makes the computation time becoming longer as the number of data increases. This statement is in accordance with previous research which solved the VRP for the rice distribution system in Bandung which consisted of 40 demand points in the form of traditional markets using the optimal method. The computational time required is 167 hours 52 minutes 38 seconds. Therefore, a heuristic method is needed to solve VRP with a more efficient computation time and an acceptable solution. The purpose of this paper is to complete the VRP by using an annealing simulation to design a rice distribution system in Bandung. Simulated annealing (SA) is a local search algorithm (meta-heuristic) that is able to get out of the local optimum. Its ease of implementation, the use of hill-climbing motions to avoid local optimal, and the convergent nature, have made SA a popular technique over the past two decades. After comparing the results to the ILP model, the computational experiments show what the SA algorithm developed in this paper is able to produce a relatively small gap in terms of total transportation cost, which is 1.26%. The purpose of this research is to examine the advantages and disadvantages and provide improvements to the content marketing strategy run by the marketing team of PT. Saudagar Buah Indonesia. Six Sigma is an industry-accepted and proven methodology used for business process improvement. This methodology is known as a disciplined methodology for defining, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling the quality of products, processes, and transactions of every company, with the goal of almost all defects being eliminated through a stage known as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). Six Sigma methodology is carried out qualitatively by analyzing problems and controlling or improving each issue. Planning for finished product requirements is one of the important points for companies in making strategies in the business world so that companies are able to compete in the market. ARC USK is one of the leading research centers in Aceh that has produced commercial patchouli products, one of which is the Neelam Parfum product. The problem faced by ARC USK at this time is that the need for the amount of export production of Neelam Parfum itself cannot be determined with certainty, this is because ARC USK has never exported Neelam Parfum products and so far only distributes it domestically so that the amount of commercial production is only made for meet the needs of the domestic market. This study aims to create an export production schedule for Neelam Parfum using the SARIMA method and determine an implementation strategy to maximize production activities for Neelam Parfum ARC USK. Data processing is carried out using data on the number of Neelam Parfum export production targets for 2020-2021 with the help of the Eviews10 software. The validation process for forecasting is carried out using MAPE calculations. The population used is 100 respondents, and the number of samples taken is 96 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. Identifikasi masalah sebagai hasil kerja lapangan menemukan bahwa cacat produk telah dianggap sebagai masalah yang signifikan dalam mengelola kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor penyebab kecacatan dan memberikan saran perbaikan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan walk-through survey dan wawancara mendalam. Kemudian menggunakan alat-alat ini dalam mengidentifikasi masalah menggunakan 5M. Selain itu, alat yang digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi sebab dan akibat menggunakan diagram Ishikawa. Tahap selanjutnya adalah merancang kuesioner dan kemudian diisi oleh pemilik dan kepala bagian kendali mutu. Hasil kuesioner ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi keparahan, kejadian, dan deteksi. Studi ini menemukan tiga jenis cacat: Cacat Jahitan dengan nilai RPN 343, Cacat Aksesoris pada RPN 336, dan Cacat Robek dengan RPN 253. Selain itu, mendesain ulang dan memperluas bengkel merupakan rekomendasi utama yang diperlukan untuk perbaikan. PT MBG Putra Mandiri adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang memiliki delapan departemen untuk proses produksinya, dimana di dalam tata-letaknya terdapat kekurangan karena adanya gerakan bolak-balik yang secara tidak langsung menyebabkan total ongkos material handling yang sangat besar dan juga energi yang dikeluarkan juga semakin besar. Di dalam pemecahan masalahnya algoritma yang dipakai adalah algoritma CRAFT dan BLOCPLAN karena berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh G. Anisa K. (2002), algoritma yang terbaik untuk memecahkan masalah tata letak fasilitas yang memiliki jumlah departemen kurang dari sepuluh departemen adalah algoritma CRAFT dan BLOCPLAN. Based on the legal aspects of OSH which have been stipulated in Law No. 28 of 2002 concerning building construction, the importance of comfort, safety, health and convenience must be owned by a building. This research is about the evacuation route in the Faculty of Industrial Technology Building, Muslim University of Indonesia, Floor IV Using the Floyd Warshal Algorithm. Pendistribusian produk rantai roda tipe-428 ke beberapa customer. Pendistribusian produk rantai roda tipe-428 ke beberapa customer dengan permintaan masing-masing customer yang berbeda dan jumlah yang besar dengan rata-rata permintaan terbesar customer adalah 234.609. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menemukan solusi optimal untuk menemukan biaya transportasi yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini metode North West Corner (NWC), Least Cost, dan Vogel Approximation (VAM), dengan metode yang terpilih adalah Least Cost dan VAM karena biaya yang dihasilkan oleh kedua metode tersebut yang paling optimum dan menghasilkan total biaya yang sama. Kemudian, mencari solusi optimum dengan membandingkan biaya yang optimum menggunakan metode Stepping Stone dan metode MODI (Modified Distribution). Hasil dari pencarian solusi optimum dengan kedua metode ini didapatkan hasil yang sama sehingga dipilih metode stepping stone untuk mencari solusi optimum. Kemudian dilakukan pengecekan dengan menggunakan software LINGO untuk mengetahui hasil yang didapatkan dari perhitungan manual sudah sesuai.
