Jumlah pendudukan laki-laki<br />pada tahun 2020 berjumlah 73.109, pada tahun 2021 berjumlah 73.296 dan<br />pada tahun 2022 berjumlah 85.282. Jumlah penduduk perempuan pada tahun<br />2020 berjumlah 74.87, pada tahun 2021 berjumlah 75.142 dan pada tahun<br />2022 berjumlah 84.361. Sedangkan penduduk dengan jumlah laki-laki dan<br />perempuan pada tahun 2020 berjumlah 147.981, pada tahun 2021 berjumlah<br />148.438 dan pada tahun 2022 berjumlah 169.643. Hasil penelitian ini<br />menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran ≤65% untuk pangan, menunjukkan indikasi<br />masyarakat masuk dalam klasifikasi rawan terhadap keterjangkauan pangan.<br />Semakin rendah persentase rumah tangga dengan pengeluaran ≤65% untuk<br />pangan, maka semakin rawan wilayah tersebut. Hal tersebut menunjukkan<br />bahwa seluruh desa di Kecamatan Medan Denai memiliki persentase rumah<br />tangga dengan pengeluaran 65% untuk pangan sebesar lebih dari 50% yakni<br />masuk dalam klasifikasi Sangat Rawan. Hal tersebut terjadi selaras dengan<br />masih banyaknya penduduk miskin di Kecamatan Medan Denai, dimana<br />penduduk miskin akan lebih besar pengeluaran yang dikeluarkan terhadap<br />pengeluaran pangan nya dibandingkan pengeluaran non-pangan. Payung<br />hukum yang mengatur pangan di Indonesia yakni Undang-Undang No. 18<br />Tahun 2012 tentang Pangan Dari segi maqashid syariah memiliki nilai dalam<br />upaya mewujudkan kemaslahatan ummat, hal ini dapat terwujud dengan dua<br />cara yaitu melalui upaya untuk menghasilkan maslahat dan kemanfaatan, serta<br />sesuatu yang diupayakan untuk menolak bahaya atau kerusakan. A Classical Guidance Service Toolkit to Increase Student Learning Responsibilities is the finished product. The 4D model put forth by Thiagarajan (1974) is used in this study's development, which goes as follows: Define, design, develop, and distribute are the first three steps. Five guidance and counseling professionals, including three professors at FIP Undiksha and two counseling teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja, participated in this study. Examples of classical guide service instruments include evaluation tools, service materials, media, and RPL. The findings of the CVR index calculation using the overall score yielded a CVR of 65 upon acceptance of the classical guiding service device, yielding a CVI calculation result of 1. As can be seen the t-test probability value or Sig.(2-tailed) on the table is 0,023 this value is less than 0.05 significance level. The classical guidance service tool is hence successful in raising student learning responsibility. Two counseling instructors participated in this study as well as 1 educational technology lecturer as an expert and 1 counseling teacher at SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja and 1 counselor from the Office of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Buleleng Regency as practitioners tasked with testing the usability, correctness, and enforceability of policies. From the assessment carried out, it proves that the solution focused counseling model guide book, imagery and visualitation technique brief counseling, meets the terms and conditions for use. Data collection was carried out with an expert validity assessment which was analyzed using the CVR (Content Validity Ratio), CVI (Content Validity Index) and t-test formulas. The results of the CVR analysis show that all statements are on average relevant, the CVI score of 1 is in the very suitable category, and the cognitive behavioral therapy counseling model guide for mindfulness techniques has met the requirements for use. Three experts and two counseling practitioners were involved in this study to test the acceptability of the guidance book. Research data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using Content Validity Ratio (CVR), Content Validity Index (CVI), Cronbach's Alpha, and t-test formulas. The CVR analysis results showed that all questionnaire items were accepted and obtained a CVI score of 1 with a very good category, which means that the guidance book for <em>self-control</em> group counseling with the teacher technique met the acceptability requirements. The effectiveness of the guidance book was tested on 10 students from 7th grade at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja using a one-group pre-test post-test experimental design.
