This experimental research uses data collection techniques with random sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is in the form of parametric statistical analysis using the Paired-Sample T-Test. This research method aims to determine the influence of cognitive behavior counseling with self-management techniques in increasing student learning independence. The design of this study was the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design which was carried out on students in the control class and the experimental class. The focus of this research is on the changes produced by cognitive behavior counseling services with self-management techniques to increase student learning independence with data collection techniques used, namely questionnaires. 摘要
提供自我管理技术的服务,以提高新加坡管理学院酒店管理X班学生的学习独立性。本实验研究采用随机抽样技术的数据收集技术。使用的分析技术是以参数统计分析的形式使用配对样本t检验。本研究旨在探讨认知行为辅导与自我管理技巧对提高学生学习独立性的影响。本研究的设计为非等效控制组设计,在控制班和实验班的学生中进行。本研究的重点是认知行为咨询服务与自我管理技术所产生的变化,通过使用数据收集技术,即问卷,来提高学生的学习独立性。通过显著性检验,我们发现显著性值为0.000,其中0.000的依据是:0.05,表明在新加坡SMK Negeri 1中学,认知行为理论与自我管理技巧的结合对于提高学生的学习独立性是有效的
