At the same time, the paper presents the idea of the concept of mixed continuous training is the transition from a continuous training focused on \"the same approaches for all\" - regardless of students' skills, professional interests or personal life pressures - to self-motivating continuous training, in agreement with the individual needs of professional development, therefore self-determining both in terms of individual goals and in terms of praxeology. In this context, the evolution of science and the multidimensionality of contemporary life (which can sometimes generate existential complications) become sources of adaptation and to meet the implicit needs, by capitalizing on multimedia technologies and by expanding the possibilities of communication. What seems difficult turns into an advantage, given that the continuous training of teachers brings the innovations articulated to the contemporary world.","PeriodicalId":324813,"journal":{"name":"2020 12th International Conference on Electronics, Computers and Artificial Intelligence (ECAI)","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125423116","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Poetry, the sign of culture and intelligence, could be the final test to determine if computers are capable of expressing themselves. Can a computer write poetry? This is the question whose answer could make art and science, the two spheres of knowledge that have seemed to always exclude each other, finally meet.This paper approaches the state of automatic poetry generation by studying the current achievements and the methodologies developed so far for this purpose. We propose a Romanian-based application developed by using both Markov chain and LSTM recurrent neural network models. The goal is to generate a text with metrical constraints (rhyme, number of syllables), that can be read as poetry.","PeriodicalId":324813,"journal":{"name":"2020 12th International Conference on Electronics, Computers and Artificial Intelligence (ECAI)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128038002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Numerous signal processing and analysis techniques have been proposed over time to improve detection. However, they are based on signal models that do not exactly resemble the spin echo shape obtained in real measurements. This work represents a comparative study of several signal models for obtaining a more realistic representation of a spin echo response, that can be used in the future development and simulation of signal processing and analysis techniques for nuclear quadrupole resonance detection.","PeriodicalId":324813,"journal":{"name":"2020 12th International Conference on Electronics, Computers and Artificial Intelligence (ECAI)","volume":"515 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116216872","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Current research proposes a solution of adapting a commonly used marketing process, recommendation to healthcare industry needs to healthcare industry. Optimization of the standard recommendation processes have been identified as the main point of adaptation due to the high volume of data available in healthcare systems along with the need of analyzing the complete set of available data. Caching results represents one of the most common optimization techniques used in software implementation and due to highly sensitivity of medical data appears to be non-applicable. This paper is making use of segmentation of data sets combining patient profiles in target groups that are to be passed to recommendation scenarios as input data allowing catching results for healthcare recommendation scenarios.","PeriodicalId":324813,"journal":{"name":"2020 12th International Conference on Electronics, Computers and Artificial Intelligence (ECAI)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125723503","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To meet the memory requirements for FPGA systems, the onboard memory can be used, but it cannot be expanded easily by adding some cards. More useful are Secure Digital (SD) cards that are detachable and can be replaced easily. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a FPGA controller that allows writing and reading SD cards using the SPI protocol. The main objective is to provide a storage solution for FPGAs, to store large files on large capacity, cheap, portable and easy to use storage devices. Using the SPI protocol, the system can access multiple SD cards with a minimum usage of data lines from FPGA. The hardware design and implementation are developed on a Xilinx AC701 platform with Artix-7 FPGA, using VHDL language. The FPGA controller was tested with more SD cards and the results shown that the system can run without errors.","PeriodicalId":324813,"journal":{"name":"2020 12th International Conference on Electronics, Computers and Artificial Intelligence (ECAI)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131413928","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its performance is analyzed using the sensitivity analysis of the load threshold, and indicators such as fuel economy and oxygen excess ratio. The fuel economy strategy uses fuel and air flows in a switched manner to operate the fuel cell system efficiently. The obtained fuel economy is highlighted compared to the reference strategy based on static feed-forward control.","PeriodicalId":324813,"journal":{"name":"2020 12th International Conference on Electronics, Computers and Artificial Intelligence (ECAI)","volume":"129 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132699565","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this context, the new specialized platforms for an advanced analysis and management of the energy market must be extended to the µG level, by reconsider of the actual grid infrastructures with \"smart\" µG clusters (µGC). The paper proposes a prosumers fair load sharing and surplus trading approach based on transactive energy concept in µG using an anonymous blockchain trading ledger-based clustering algorithm. In this way the trading process consider a new vision based on µGC for selection the trading peers’ priority solved with Ward hierarchical algorithm. The developed method is tested on a real µG model to check its accuracy. Finally, an analysis regarding traded quantities and pecuniary peers’ benefits is performed.","PeriodicalId":324813,"journal":{"name":"2020 12th International Conference on Electronics, Computers and Artificial Intelligence (ECAI)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134151705","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The novelty of the paper consists in how the three well-known software applications were combined to calculate the geographical center of a country. The most important step was how GIMP was used for translating the map from Google Earth to AutoCAD. An estimation of the accuracy of this method is also presented. A discussion on ways to increase the accuracy also appears in the paper. The country used throughout the paper for testing the method was Romania. The algorithm identified the geographical center of Romania in the vicinity of Făgăraş train station, South of the city of Făgăraş, in Brasov county of Romania.","PeriodicalId":324813,"journal":{"name":"2020 12th International Conference on Electronics, Computers and Artificial Intelligence (ECAI)","volume":"125 9","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132124099","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
