Scott and Gramsci's hegemony. This research explored information through informants by conducting in-dept interviews, participant observation and documentation. This study found that the presence of students carrying symbolic resistance to drug eradication carried out by the National Narcotics Agency in the form of feeling uncomfortable, rejection body language, pouting officers and looking for excuses when counseling was conducted. This research uses quantitative methods. Research subjects were 186 respondents who were selected using random sampling. In collecting data, researchers used a Likert scale. The analysis of data in this study uses simple linear regression. In this study, researchers used the Sociopsycholog theory from Little Jhon. The results of the research conducted, it is known that (1) the level of online game addiction in adolescents among communication science students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra is in the medium category with a percentage of 69.4%. Specifically, the contribution of this research is expected to contribute to: (1) the lecturers in developing learning that is able to develop and educate student characters, (2) the students of UIN of North Sumatra Medan to have the character as expected by UIN of North Sumatra Medan curriculum, and (3) UIN of North Sumatra Medan in developing character-based learning program design. When character education is taught with an integrated approach in the curriculum, it is a strategic concept to strengthen the values of goodness for the students. Rahmadina, Efrida Pima Sari Tambunan","doi":"10.30829/tar.v26i2.484","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30829/tar.v26i2.484","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this study was to determine the process of developing block resin media in the Magnoliopsida class Chrysanthemum plant and also the level of feasibility of the resin media as a biology learning media using development methods based on Borg & Gall combined with Dick & Carey learning in 5 stages, namely: (1) Stage of needs analysis, formulating instructional objectives, product validation, product trials, and revisions. Analysis of data in the form of a Likert scale to determine the feasibility of the media analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the block resin media ware suitable to be used as a learning medium based on the results of validation tests from material experts (79.1%), media experts (84.1%) and trials on lecturers and Peer Reviewers (84.05%), and product trials in individual trials (81.6%), small group trials (83%), limited field group trials (79.5%). This study uses qualitative research using descriptive-analytic methods. To get the data, researchers went directly in the field (field research). In analyzing data, researchers gradually use data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Besides, in analyzing the performance of teacher-researchers using data indexing procedures. The results of this study indicate that the school principal in his role as the highest leader in this institution has a positive impact on improving the performance of elementary school teachers in Muhammadiyah Karangturi. This is evident that (a) The teacher is ready to implement the new curriculum. (b) The teacher uses learning strategies that are more creative and innovative. (c) The teacher can evaluate student learning by applicable curriculum requirements, namely in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This research was library research which is one type of qualitative research. The fundamental characteristic in this study was that the data studied was written literature in the form of documents namely books or literature. This study analyzed the English material taught in PGMI Study Program, then integrated with Islamic values on some material in English courses. The approach used a quantitative approach by using Regressive analysis models to test hypotheses that have arranged, including 1) Motivation effected positive and significant on teacher performance, 2) Work stress had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and 3) Motivation and work stress had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The data were collected by conducting questionnaires with the number of questions 10 items for each variable to be examined.
