This study uses qualitative research using descriptive-analytic methods. To get the data, researchers went directly in the field (field research). In analyzing data, researchers gradually use data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Besides, in analyzing the performance of teacher-researchers using data indexing procedures. The results of this study indicate that the school principal in his role as the highest leader in this institution has a positive impact on improving the performance of elementary school teachers in Muhammadiyah Karangturi. This is evident that (a) The teacher is ready to implement the new curriculum. (b) The teacher uses learning strategies that are more creative and innovative. (c) The teacher can evaluate student learning by applicable curriculum requirements, namely in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. 摘要

本研究旨在分析学校校长对日惹市小学教师绩效提升的作用,以及对日惹市小学教师绩效提升的支持与抑制因素。本研究采用描述性分析方法进行定性研究。为了获得数据,研究人员直接进入实地(实地研究)。在分析数据时,研究人员逐渐使用数据简化、数据呈现和数据验证。此外,在分析教师科研绩效时,采用数据索引程序。本研究结果显示,校长作为该机构最高领导者的角色,对提高穆罕默迪亚·卡兰图里小学教师的绩效有积极的影响。很明显(a)老师准备实施新课程。(b)教师使用更具创造性和创新性的学习策略。(c)教师可以根据适用的课程要求评价学生的学习情况,即在认知、情感和精神运动方面。教师不仅传授物质知识,而且传授道德责任。
