The results of the study shows that (1) There is a positive and significant influence between X1 to Y 0.9%. It meant that if individual teacher's behavior is getting better in teaching, it will be followed by the increasing of teacher performance in doing their main tasks; (2) There is a positive and significant effect between X2 and Y 7.1%. It is meant that if the behavior of a teacher group in SMA Negeri 3 Medan gives a good example for students, teachers, and the school environment, it will be followed by the increasing of teacher performance in teaching learning process (3) there is a negative effect between X3 to Y -0.9%. It can be said that if the work team is good and solid it will not affect the improvement of teacher performance; (4) there is a positive and significant influence between X1, X2, and X3 together with Y, the correlation coefficient value is 0.303, R Square 0.092 and Adjusted R Square 0.057. This research applied Guided Question and Answer to increase PAI learning achievement at State Junior High School. Based on all the discussions and analyzes that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is the improvement in every cycle for the PAI students’ achievement by using guided question and answer. By applying this method, the critical thinking of the students is improved as well. Moreover, learning achievement with the quidded question and answer method has positive impact on improving student learning achievement which is marked by increased student learning completeness in each cycle. In cycle I, the percentage of students learning minimal completeness criteria is 35.56%. In cycle II, minimal completeness criteria is 49.22%. Last, in cycle III, minimal completeness criteria is 85.20%. The variables of this study consisted of the dependent variable and the independent variable. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. This study applied correlational research. The population of this study consisted of all students of SMA Negeri 16 Medan, 900 students, in 2020. The sample of this study was set to be 100 students, and the sampling was done by using of Slovin technique. The techniques of data collection in this study were a Likert scale questionnaire and pre-test and post-test. The research instruments were arranged according to variable indicators based on the direction and guidance of the Thesis advisor, then tested on students of Medan 16 High School. All data collection instruments for the first independent variable consist of 40 items from the second independent variable, consisting of 40 items. The requirement test for the first independent variable data and the second independent variable used data normality test, comparable data, and linearity. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test to look for correlations on each variable and a partial correlation test with the product-moment formula or SPSS version 20. It is, therefore, teachers are often illustrated into some animations, videos, or pictures on websites and other internet sources. This research aimed to investigate how teachers’ identity is represented on Instagram. 10 Instagram posts related to this issue with the help of Instagram hashtag about #teacherlife were used as the data to get the finding. This research applied the theory and method of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) with the perspective of multimodal discourse analysis and social semiotics. The data were analyzed using the sign model of Saussure. Initial coding was also used to analyze the data. After that, the data were then thematized to categorize the data analysis results. The findings of this study revealed that teachers’ identity represented on Instagram provides meaningful insights and offers rich perspectives. It was evident that many ideas of teachers’ identity are against the teachers’ expectations. Four major themes were revealed; they are the teachers’ responsibility, teachers’ commitment, teachers’ authority, and teachers’ needs for recognition. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method and the instrument was an attitude questionnaire. The samplein this study was 143 students at SMPN 6 Batanghari. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics. The results obtained showed that the attitudes of students in SMPN 6 Batanghari on the indicator of attitude of interest in increasing the amount of time for learning science can be said to be quite good, and for attitudes the social implications of science can also be said to be good. From the overall results of the data, there were many factors that influence the positive or negative attitudes of students in the science learning process. The discussion will be elaborated into four problems of the study, namely: 1) How is the traditional Islamic book ( kitab kuning ) as academic reference in syllabus?; 2) How is the traditional Islamic book ( kitab kuning ) as academic reference in lecturers’ book teaching?; 3) How is the traditional Islamic book ( kitab kuning ) used in teaching and learning process?: 4) How is the traditional Islamic book ( kitab kuning ) as academic reference among students of Sharia and Law Faculty (FSH) and Theology and Islamic Studies Faculty (FUSI)? This study uses qualitative method with data collection which covers the interview, observation, and a documentary study. The data analysis was conducted on Miles and Huberman. The study concludes that the traditional Islamic book ( kitab kuning ) was used as scientific reference in syllabus and lecturers’ book teaching. In teaching and learning process, the traditional Islamic book ( kitab kuning ) was used as reference but many students did not read and understand it. It is due to their educational background commonly from public schools. In addition, most of the students used the traditional Islamic book ( kitab kuning ) as reference in their thesis. Quraish Shihab. The method used in this research is the character study method, which is a study of the concept of thought of M. Quraish Shihab related to science. This type of research is library research. The approach used in this research is the historical approach. There are three aspects of science found in the thought of M. Quraish Shihab, namely ontology, epistemology and axiology. Related to the concept of science ontology, M. Quraish Shihab argues that the most real thing to be used as an object of knowledge is God, because God is the cause of all causes. Whereas the epistemology of science, he argues that the five senses, mind and heart are tools as well as sources or tools that can be used by humans in seeking knowledge. There are scientific methods in seeking knowledge, namely the ijbari and ‘irfāni methods. In the ‘irfāni method there is intuition, lad ladunni science, hunches, dreams and revelations. The measurement of the truth of knowledge obtained by various methods is revelation. This study implemented a phenomenological approach and data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that, the motivations of PAI students in IAIN Salatiga choose to nyantri nyambi lectures namely to fill their free time outside of lecture hours, to study religion more deeply, to continue their Islamic boarding school study, to consider the Islamic boarding school to be in line with the study program taken, to get a mandate from Kyai (religious authorities preferred by Javanese community) to study while mondok (living in Islamic boarding school), and their parents do not allow them to continue their study to college if they live in homestay.
