The results of the study shows that (1) There is a positive and significant influence between X1 to Y 0.9%. It meant that if individual teacher's behavior is getting better in teaching, it will be followed by the increasing of teacher performance in doing their main tasks; (2) There is a positive and significant effect between X2 and Y 7.1%. It is meant that if the behavior of a teacher group in SMA Negeri 3 Medan gives a good example for students, teachers, and the school environment, it will be followed by the increasing of teacher performance in teaching learning process (3) there is a negative effect between X3 to Y -0.9%. It can be said that if the work team is good and solid it will not affect the improvement of teacher performance; (4) there is a positive and significant influence between X1, X2, and X3 together with Y, the correlation coefficient value is 0.303, R Square 0.092 and Adjusted R Square 0.057. 摘要
本研究探讨(1)个体行为对SMA 3 Medan地区教师绩效的影响;(2) 群体行为对SMA 3 Medan项目教师绩效的影响;(3) 团队合作对SMA 3 Medan项目教师绩效的影响;(4) 个体、群体和团队工作行为对SMA Negeri 3 Medan地区教师绩效的影响。研究结果表明:(1)X1~Y0.9%之间存在正向显著影响,即教师个体在教学中的行为表现越好,教师在完成主要任务时的表现也会随之提高;(2) X2和Y 7.1%之间存在积极而显著的影响。这意味着,如果SMA Negeri 3 Medan的教师群体的行为为学生、教师和学校环境树立了良好的榜样,教师在教学过程中的表现会随之提高(3)X3至Y-0.9%之间存在负效应。可以说,如果工作团队良好、坚实,就不会影响教师表现的提高;(4) X1、X2和X3与Y之间存在积极而显著的影响,相关系数值为0.303,R平方为0.092,调整后的R平方为0.057。结果表明,X1、X2和X3对Y的影响为5.7%,其余94.3%受本研究未包含变量的其他因素的影响。
