People with diabetes usually use a glucometer to check blood sugar levels by taking blood samples. Still, another alternative is to check blood sugar levels without using a syringe, the NIRS (Near Infrared Spectroscopy) device. In this study, data were collected using the NIRS device with blood and finger scans on three volunteers and produced the NIRS Blood Sugar Data output in the form of spectrum data. NIRS blood sugar data were grouped based on the similarity of characteristics between these objects using the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method. The researcher analyzed NIRS blood sugar data using PCA to reduce variables. So, the researcher only obtains significant variables in the study. Then Clustering was performed on PCA results using FCM. Based on the groups formed in each analysis using FCM and PCA-FCM, the accuracy of the similarity of data from the NIRS scanned Blood Sugar Data cluster to the Glucometer data was sought by comparing the cluster members. After grouping all the data, an accuracy rate of 50% was obtained. The 21st-century skills can be developed through mathematics learning. This research is a quantitative research that uses experimental research methods with the type of Quasi-Experimental to the kind of The Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population of this study includes all students of class X Negeri in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The sample studied was 71 students from classes X BDP 1 and X BDP 2. In this study, the data collection technique used an instrument of mathematical understanding ability. Hypothesis testing using t-test and yields = 3.442, which results in H0 being rejected at a significant level of 0.005 with an Effect Size of 0.224, which is relatively low. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen jenis quasi experimental dengan nonequivalent posttest-only control group design . Populasi penelitian ini mencangkup siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Muaragembong pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020 dan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 65 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel diambil dari subjek yang sudah ada berdasarkan data kelas yang sudah terbentuk. Instrumen terlebih dahulu diuji coba di SMA Negeri 1 Cabangbungin untuk 38 siswa. Uji prasyarat analisis yang dilakukan diantaranya uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil uji normalitas diperoleh data yang berdistribusi normal dari kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji homogenitas  pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol sehingga diperoleh hasil data yang homogen dari kedua kelas tersebut. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji- t dan menghasilkan  sebesar 2,652 yang mengakibatkan tolak  pada taraf signifikan 0,05 dengan Effect Size sebesar 0,606 yang tergolong sedang. This type of research is research and development. The subjects of this study were 40 students in the Mathematics Education Study Program at the Islamic University of Riau in the third semester of 2019/2020. In this study, the data used were the results of the validation questionnaire trial data that was assessed by experts called the validator. The data obtained will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of overall product trial results obtained was 91.86% with a very practical category. This means that the developed learning tool is very easy to use by students in the learning process and can also overcome student learning difficulties (learning obstacle) in this case the ability to solve mathematical problems in Linear Algebra. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan tahapan dua kali tes dan dua kali wawancara. Subjek yang diteliti berjumlah enam orang, yaitu tiga siswa laki-laki dan tiga siswa perempuan. Setiap gender terdiri dari kategori nilai awal tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Setiap subjek akan melaksanakan dua kali tes dengan rentang waktu yang sama antara tes pertama ke tes kedua yaitu dua hari. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan tidak jauh berbeda. Keduanya mampu melaksanakan tahap pemecahan masalah menurut Polya dengan baik, akan tetapi subjek perempuan masih sedikit kesulitan dalam memahami masalah soal bentuk cerita. Selain itu, keduanya pun belum mampu melaksanakan tahap pemecahan masalah menurut Polya yang terakhir yaitu tahap memeriksa kembali. Keduanya cenderung mengabaikan tahap tersebut dikarenakan sudah mendapatkan jawaban yang ditanyakan. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan proses triangulasi terhadap tiga buah penelitian terdahulu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VII-1 di SMP Genesis Medicare sebanyak 34 peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 siklus. Setiap siklus mempunyai 4 tahapan yaitu (1)Perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan dan (4) Refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar matematika, tes formatif, Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan nilai rata – rata peserta didik sebelum dilakukan tindakan 66,59, dengan persentase pencapaian kriteria ketuntasan minimal 35,25%. Pada Siklus I nilai rata – rata peserta didik 74.26, dengan persentase pencapaian kriteria ketuntasan minimal 52.94% dan pada Siklus II nilai rata – rata peserta didik meningkat yaitu 80.83 dengan persentase yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal 79.41%. Hasil pengamatan aktivitas peserta didik pada siklus 1 dengan persentase 78.25% dan pada siklus II mencapai 82.92%. Hasil pengamatan Aktivitas guru pada Siklus I 83.33% dan pada siklus II mencapai 84.17%. Fajar","doi":"10.33603/E.V8I1.3139","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33603/E.V8I1.3139","url":null,"abstract":"Fajar (2017) menunjukkan bahwa distribusi pengeluaran rumah tangga pertanian Provinsi Papua adalah distribusi Generalized Beta Type 2 (GB2), namun menurut penulis jika model kurva Lorenz diturunkan dari distribusi Generalized Beta Type 2 memiliki bentuk yang rumit dan tidak sederhana. Oleh karena itu, tujuan paper ini adalah untuk memodelkan kurva Lorenz pengeluaran rumah tangga pertanian Provinsi Papua dengan model yang sederhana menggunakan model kurva Lorenz versi Rohde (Rohde, 2009). Dalam Sarabia et al. (2010) terdapat tiga rumusan untuk mengestimasi parameter dalam pemodelan kurva Lorenz versi Rohde (2009), yaitu rata-rata aritmatik, median dan least square . Dalam paper ini, penulis menambahkan rumusan rata-rata harmonis dan trimean untuk mendapatkan nilai estimasi parameter pada kurva Lorenz versi Rohde.
