The purpose of this study is to analyze the challenges and strategies for human resource management in education to maintain teacher performance and motivation. The research uses a systematic literature review method. The database used in this study is Scopus. Data collection involves 260 publication documents in total. Limitations are made to select better data, in which case only documents form final articles using English. Data was obtained after the limitation of 196 publication documents. Data analysis is performed using NVivo software. Results show that efficient human resource management (SDM) strategies in the process of maintaining educational performance and motivation are essential and difficult to execute effectively. To succeed in overcoming these obstacles, human resource management must adopt strategies that include all of them and demonstrate sensitivity to the specific requirements of each educator. This study aims to design and analyzing the effectiveness of blended learning-based science learning modules on sound material to improve learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students. This study is a research and development (R D) by Borg and Gall, with an operational test design using a pretest-posttest control group design. There are 33 students in an experimental class and 31 students in a control class in grade IV. The results showed the module is valid and effective with good criteria, for the experimental class with pretest results of 53.5 and posttest of 71.5 with n-gain of 0.47 medium criteria. Meanwhile, in the control class, pretest results were obtained of 53.1 and posttest of 61.8 with n gains of 0.19 low criteria. Compared to the control group, the experimental group saw a greater improvement in learning outcomes in the test of the materials' efficacy. Hybrid learning includes both in-person and online meetings that are planned ahead of time so that learning goals can be communicated directly during face-to-face learning. So, the goal of this study was to look at how the hybrid learning model could be used as a way to get post-pandemic students interested in learning and improve their understanding when using full distance learning mode. This was a descriptive, qualitative study that used an open-ended survey method with a Google Form questionnaire that was sent out online through a WhatsApp social media group. There were 126 students from the 11th grade at a state senior high school in Denpasar who took part. The results showed that when the mixed learning method was used to get students interested in learning Indonesian, math, and religion, and when it was used in the learning process in class, the average learning outcomes changed for the better. This is because of a new way of learning called \"hybrid learning,\" which makes it easier for students to catch up if they miss class for some reason. The distance to school saves a lot of time because they don't have to go every day. In practice, though, the online method had some problems, so the government came up with a plan to use the mixed learning method. Then, this study was done to see how offline, online, and blended learning models affected learning results and how happy students were with them. The qualitative method was used to do this study. The information used in this study came from 28 students at X University who filled out surveys and were also interviewed. Overall, the results of this study showed that the face-to-face learning approach was the most effective way to learn. This is because students can understand the lessons better and feel more satisfied with this way of learning. This research was conducted at an Elementary Public School in Klari District, Karawang Regency, using quantitative methods with a path analysis approach. The population in this study was all 278 PNS Elementary Public School Teachers in Klari, and the study sample was 165 people obtained by simple random sampling. The results of the survey at the significance level of 5% showed that: (1) transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on professional commitment (βy1= 0.190), (2) POS has a direct positive effect on professional commitment (βy2 = 0.251), (3) achievement motivation has a direct positive effect on professional commitment βy3= 0.094, (4) transformational leadership had a positive effect on achievement motivation (βy31 = 0.208), (5) POS had a direct positive effect on achievement motivation (βy32 = 0.276), (6) Achievement motivation effectively mediated the transformational leadership and POS on professional commitment. The research method used was research and development (RD), with the ADDIE model. The media was then implemented in class XI students, with a total of 20 students. The research sample was selected purposively with consideration of the material in the media and the ease of research. Media demands, student profiles, and the learning environment were observed and interviewed for study. The media was planned and developed using Articulate Storyline 3, validated by 3 media and 2 material specialists (Expert Judgement), and analysed qualitatively. Student and instructor responses to questions on media practicality and usefulness were quantified. The entire ADDIE circuit was evaluated at each stage. The results of the analize stage prove that students and teachers need support media for material related to economic statistics. The design and development of media was carried out by researchers by providing several advantages including simple and interesting, interactive media that can be used in offline and online modes. Its excellence gained the recognition of eligibility from validators. Student response at the limited trial and implementation stage showed the media had a practicality level which is high and very useful. In fact, economics teachers at both schools gave a perfect assessment (maximum score) for all indicators of the teacher response questionnaire statement. It can be concluded that the media was needed by students and teachers based on economic statistics. The media was designed and developed with advantages based on needs analysis. The research approach used in this study was a quantitative research design. This study explores the integration of digital technology in students through quantitative data and enriches the data with qualitative analysis. The samples of this study were students of the education faculty majoring in elementary education at a university in Halu Oleo who were selected through convenience sampling. The first phase of the research is to conduct a problem-solving-based lecture process and then be given a standard scale and open-ended questions. Then the second phase, students are given a questionnaire given through a Google Form, which is sent along with all the information and an invitation to participate. The results of the study show the provision of digital technology-based learning content, especially in the problem-solving process, should consider quality, meaningful, and user-friendly materials. including spreadsheet applications, graphics processing; multimedia arrangements; mind/concept mapping; digital video processing; online class management, and online publishing; and the main reason for the inability to complete tasks is dominated by unsupported smart devices; inadequate programs or applications (software); inadequate internet connection; and the ability to operate the application is not supported.
