A quantitative approach was taken for this investigation. Up to 200 students will participate in this survey. Questionnaire surveys were used to compile the data. Using a quantitative approach, the collected data is poured into a tabular data and matrix format for analysis. The findings show that raising students' consciousness of the importance of self-discipline in the classroom is a top priority. They must also participate actively in class in order to succeed. Students require content integration, English skills, and language aspects pertinent to course themes. In order to successfully complete the General English Course, students must have a firm grasp of all facets of the English language. In the framework of a General English Course, students will find the most success with the Student-Centred Learning Approach. Strategies like this include autonomy, curiosity, and self-control. The research method used is a survey. The population is students of the faculty of economics consist of 164 students as accessible population, and by using proportional random sampling, we choose 110 respondents. The data is linearly related and has a normally distributed distribution, according to the results of the requirements test. The classical assumption test has been passed by all variables. In the multicollinearity test, there is value tolerance from Instagram as an online shop media and financial literacy of 0.7090.01 and a VIF value of 1.41010. The regression equation obtained is Ỹ=14.588+0.808X1-0.110X2. Based on hypothesis test F test (Fcount Ftable), that is equal to 410.146 3.0811. Second, based on the Instagram t-test as an online shop media (tcount ttable), which is equal to 22.830 1.9823 and financial literacy of -2.102 1.9823. Based on the coefficient of determination, Instagram as an online shop media and financial literacy simultaneously affect 88% of impulsive buying behaviour. This study aims to analyze the legal basis in the field of education and its implementation in Indonesia. The formulation of the research problem includes how the foundations and policies of education in Indonesia are and how the legal position (specifically in the field of education) is in hacking educational irregularities. This study uses an approach to the literature study method in the form of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review (PRISMA). A systematic literature review is systematic by collecting some relevant evidence according to specified criteria to answer several questions. The results of this study conclude that enacting laws, government regulations and regulations of the minister of education regarding the \"legal umbrella\" of education policy has become a positive step for fulfilling people's rights. However, the reality in society is that there are still deviations in management, behavior and code of ethics during the implementation of the educational process, including the practice of cheating by individual units of educational institutions in graduating students to meet student graduation standards according to Permendikbud No. 23 of 2006, the unpreparedness of schools or madrasas to facilitate the rights of students with disabilities in accordance with education management standards (Permendikbud no. 19 of 2007), determination of individual principals based on bribery practices that violate Permendikbud no. 13 of 2007 concerning school principals, and marginalization of treatment of education in schools. remote areas that violate PP number 19 of 2005 on national education standards. Descriptive qualitative research is conducted in the form of a literature review that objectively examines the process of developing Ki Hajar Dewantara's attitude evaluation instrument (tetep, antep, mantep). The purpose of the descriptive method is to provide sufficient background information for further analysis and conclusion drawing. Analysis and recording of studies serve as the basis for the data collection. Books and articles are gathered for research at libraries. Data collected from documentation and field data poured in a thorough and detailed report description form the basis of the interactive model analysis. A summary is created at the outset of data gathering, which is when data reduction occurs. The next step is trimming the data and field reports to the essentials, highlighting the most relevant information, and looking for recurring themes or patterns. Data is reduced in complexity by selection, classification, and abstraction. Data visualisation aids researchers in gaining a better understanding of the whole or of specific subsets of their data. Fourth, by categorising the data, researchers are able to draw meaningful conclusions. The study's findings indicated that the sensitivity index value was the most reliable predictor of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's tetep, antep, and mantep attitudes towards his students' academic progress. Many researchers believe that both of them are independent entities, but many researchers also argue that there is potential for combining the two. This study aimed to investigate the knowledge and skills as well as the perception of teachers on how to integrate science and religion. This qualitative study was conducted in Bengkalis Regency. Thirty-one in-service teachers from four different junior high schools were recruited as the participants of this study. The data were collected by administering open ended questionnaires and interviews to the participants. To analyze the data, the researcher used the three stages in qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data verification, and data display. The findings reported that teachers’ competence on the integration of science and religion is quite good and comprehensive because they were able to explain the importance of this integration and how to implement the combination of the two in their own area of teaching subjects, even develop the teaching materials as the implication for the practice in junior high school contexts. However, the findings also indicated the drawbacks of some teachers who found the difficulties in applying the science-religion integration in the subjects due to several reasons. In conclusion, combining science and religion is not an impossible action as long as teachers have a strong belief, wide knowledge, and a harmonious view between the two, also the ability to apply it. Diction in speaking becomes a difficulty for English teachers in classroom interactions. Especially for beginner English teachers, some of them are still unfamiliar with choosing the right/good vocabulary for describing and explaining material in teaching or using English to give some instructions. This study aimed at finding out the effect of diction used by the teachers during the interaction in the EFL class. This research applied qualitative research design and applied discourse analysis method specifically conversational analysis on the teachers’ utterances. Respondents who participated in this research were two English teachers and students respectively. The researchers collected the data through observation by recording teachers’ voices and interviews. This research found that the words or terms used by both teachers had an impact on the interaction, feedback and students’ interest in learning English.  Miscommunication, misunderstandings, as well as a few feedbacks occurred in the classroom.  There were a few learning aspects faced by both observed teachers to use proper word choice. They were a source of materials, teaching media and tools, as well as teacher training. All of them constrained those English teachers to employ the proper words during interaction in the classroom. Dick and Carey’s model was used for the concept of the development model. Formative tests were used to measure the effectiveness of teaching materials-and they were used to test one evaluation, small group evaluation, and field trial. The data collected was analyzed through mean, standard deviation, and z-test statistics. The research showed the products of teaching materials, with all being covered from Chapter 1 through Chapter 8 in order: 1) the theory of teaching and learning, 2) the basic concept learning models, 3) science-based learning models, 4) innovative learning models, 5) cooperative and collaborative learning models, 6) a model of problem-based learning, 7) contextual-based learning models, and 8) integrated learning models. The findings revealed that students with the teaching materials performed better than those without. Eighty-five students of the Psychology Department ranging from 17 to 22 years old, were proportionally selected to involve filling in the questionnaire and 10 students were interviewed. The findings show that there were several online learning activities both in synchronous or asynchronous mode including conducting a discussion by using video conference (zoom, google meet, etc.), conducting online task or quizzes, making a self-introduction video, conducting asynchronous discussion through learning platforms (canvas/LMS, google classroom, Edmodo, etc.), watching a Youtube video, making video project about a topic, and making a video about digital storytelling. Yet, the most favourable ofthe students’ preferences of online classroom activities in ESP speaking skills is discussion activities by using video conferences such as Zoom and Google Meet (Mean=3.3). Those activities were beneficial for students to improve students’ vocabulary, creativity, and speaking skills as well. In conclusion, t     he use of video conferencing such as Zoom and Google Meet was considthe most preferable learning activities for speaking skills, followed by quizzes, watching Youtube, and other online learning activities. The students perceived that online speaking activities could improve their speaking skills. Regression analysis was used to examine this quantitative study. 101 members of Jambi University's 2019 Economics Education major class served as the research subjects. Using surveys and documentation, research data was gathered, and SPSS was used to process it. The analysis's findings indicate that: 1) College students lack excitement for saving, and their excessive spending habits make it challenging for them to be wise consumers. 2) The learning outcomes attained in economic learning may be used to gauge a person's capacity to identify sensible economic activities or non-consumptive conduct. 3) Students' consumption behavior decreases when economic literacy and student learning results go up, and vice versa. According to this research, children should better comprehend economic literacy, learning objectives, and consumptive behaviour. Because of this, they require educational services tailored to the specific requirements of each student. Even with these disadvantages, deaf pupils must study mathematics. Therefore, there is a need for mathematical learning materials that take into account the specific characteristics and requirements of deaf children. This investigation is a case study of qualitative research. Deaf pupils are the focus of this study. Observation, questionnaires, and in-person interviews were employed to compile the data. In this study, we employ a validity technique known as \"source triangulation.\" The research found that because deaf children rely so heavily on visual cues for knowledge acquisition, tactile learning materials are essential for them to succeed in mathematics.
