First, describing the procedure of writing the text of a class VII junior high School 14 Padang before using modelling techniques. Second, describing the procedure of writing the text of Class VII in SMP Negeri 14 Padang after using modeling technique. Third, describing the influence of use of modeling techniques to the skill level of writing the text procedures class VII SMP Negeri 14 Padang. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods. This research draft is one group Pretests and posttest design. The population in this study is a grade VII student at SMP Negeri 14 Padang enrolled in Lesson 2018/2019. The samples in this study were determined using purposive sampling techniques. This research variable is the skill of writing the procedure text before and after using the modeling technique of class VII SMP Negeri 14 Padang. This research Data is the test score of the text writing procedure before and after using the modeling technique of class VII SMP Negeri 14 Padang. The Data is analyzed with a percentage formula, average count formula, and test-T. The research instrument is a test of work, which is the test of the text of the procedure before and after using the modeling technique. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive method. The design used in this study is design contribution. The population of this study was the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 35 Padang who were enrolled in the 2019/2020 school year, namely as many as 134 students. The sample in this study was determined by proportional random sampling of 25% of the population, namely 35 students. The data of this study were in the form of scores on the results of the test skills for reading fable text and tests of fable story writing skills. The data was obtained through two types of tests namely objective tests to measure the skill of reading fable story texts and performance tests to measure the writing skills of fable stories. The results of this study are three. First, the ability to read fable story texts in class VIII Padang Public Middle School 35 is in good qualification (B) with an average value of 77.55. Second, the skill to write fable story texts in grade VIII Padang Public Middle School 35 is in good qualification (B) with an average value of 73.97. Third, there is a contribution to the contribution of fable's text reading skills to the fable writing text skills of Grade VIII students of Padang State Middle School at 67.57%. It was concluded that the skill to read fable story texts contributed to the skill of writing fable story texts. This research type is quantitative descriptive method. The design used is a korelasional design. Population research is grade VIII MTs.N 2 southern coast that are listed in the 2018/2019, i.e., 223 students. The research sample is determined by proportional random sampling of 20% of the population, namely 45 pupils. The results of the research there are three. First, mastery of the vocabulary of the field of the environment students of class VIII MTs.N 2 located on the southern coast of qualifications either (B) with an average value of 78.81. Secondly, the text of the news writing skills of students of class VIII MTs.N. 2 located on the southern coast of qualifications either (B) with an average of 79.54. Third, there is a correlation of mastery of the vocabulary of the field of the environment with the text of the news writing skills of students of class VIII MTs.N 2 southern coast on a 95% confidence level with n-2 degrees of freedom. the value of thitung > ttabel (5.01 > 1.68). The data of this study were the score of questionnaire about receptive experience of short story literation and students essay about students skill writing short story. The primary source of data were written test of students in second grade of SMP 6 Solok. Data were collected by (1) giving the questionnaire in form of five possible answers. (2) giving the essay test about short story. The findings of this study about the students receptive experience in short story literation and students writing skill of short story of second grade of SMP 6 Solok were in good classification (80,02%) and average (55,55%). The method used is descriptive. The approach in this research is the stylistic. Based on the research conducted the type of language style based on sentence structure found 4 types of language style, namely climax, anticlimax, repetition, and antithesis. The type of language style is based on whether or not direct meaning is of two kinds, namely rhetorical and the style of figurative language. The rhetorical style of the language is found in 7 types of language styles, namely apostrophes, asindenton, polisindenton, euphemism, pleonasm, rhetorical questions, and hyperbole. The figurative language style is found in 4 types of language styles, namely equality, metaphor, personification, and cynicism and sarcasm. The language style function contained in the anthology of the “Cermin Waktu” short story is found in 5 types of language style function, namely concreting 25 speeches, asserting 88 utterances, beautifying 24 speeches, smoothing 2 speeches, and insinuating 4 speeches. The sample of this study amounted to 42 people who were determined using proportional random sampling technique. The research data was obtained through two types of tests, namely objective tests and performance tests. Objective tests are used to collect data on the skills to read the text of the observation report while the performance test is used to collect data on the skills to write the text of the observation report. This type of research is qualitative using descriptive methods. The data from this study are student texts. The data sources used in this study are documents. The instrument of this research is the researchers themselves. Data is analyzed by describing, analyzing, and discussing data based on theory. The results of this study are as follows. First, in writing the text of the report on the observation results of class VII students of SMP Negeri 4 Pariaman, they have used three text structures from the observation report. The structure is a general definition, part description and conclusion. This is evident from all the report texts on observations that have been analyzed, most students have written observational report texts fully using general definitions, part descriptions, and conclusions. Second, judging from the use of diction, students have used diction correctly. From the text analyzed students are more dominant precisely in diction writing, although there are also errors in formation, wrong writing, and the use of incorrect meanings in the observation report text by class VII students of SMP Negeri 4 Pariaman.
