This paper brings the attitude angle information into the immckf algorithm, and identifies the target maneuver mode through the fuzzy association between the attitude angle and the current motion mode of target; then the association result is used to fuse with the model probability of imm to enhance its model resolving power. A simulation of maneuvering target tracking shows that the attitude angle aided immckf (aa-immckf) algorithm can effectively improve the tracking accuracy and stability of the original immckf algorithm.","PeriodicalId":321964,"journal":{"name":"IEEE 2011 10th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121823278","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper discusses the concept of relative equation and discusses that the phases difference of different phase current will not affect the establishment of the equation when external short circuit happens. From the view that the power exchange point works relatively independently. At the same time, it points out the relationship between whether the protection moves or not and the relative equation when internal short circuit happens. This paper analyzes the amplitude of collection current, and put forward the resolutions of the imbalanced current in the longitudinal differential protection of transformer, it draws the conclusion that it won't move.","PeriodicalId":321964,"journal":{"name":"IEEE 2011 10th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126161173","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The principles of LMS (Least mean square) and LCMV (linear-constrained-minimum-variance) algorithm are illustrated and compared in some parameters such as convergence rate, SNR (signal- noise-ratio) and BER (bit-error-ratio), and so on. These algorithms are simulated by MATLAB, and combined with the model of multi-antenna array. It is indicated that the convergence rate of LCMV is a little bit slower than LMS algorithm, but the average value of error and convergence efficiency of former is better than the latter when stabilized at last.","PeriodicalId":321964,"journal":{"name":"IEEE 2011 10th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122992877","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The electro-thermo-mechanical properties of AlGaN/GaN are simulated for reliability testing under different temperature and bias conditions. The effect of surface passivation on undoped AlGaN/GaN HEMT is investigated using SiO2. This passivation layer can increase the electron density concentration. We have also performed the electro-thermal simulations to study the effect of passivation on selfheating, elastic energy and mechanical stress. Self heating phenomenon seems to be more uniform in case of passivated device. The SiO2 passivation layer reduces the elastic energy to about 20% comparison with unpassivated device under the gate edge. The elastic energy near the gate edge is reduced which is the critical region for defect formation.","PeriodicalId":321964,"journal":{"name":"IEEE 2011 10th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122161787","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this filter, the direction of diffusion and the characters of different kinds of pixel in noisy MR images are characterized by the eigenvector and eigenvalues of structure tensor. In order to enhance edges, the shock filter based on fuzzy sets is coupled to it.
