Key technologies are studied to implement the system framework. It combines the technologies of embedded test instrument and web access, utilizing test agents distributed in different production lines as basic service providers. Additional to UDDI registration mechanism, active service availability polling mechanism (ASAP) is implemented to make sure the service available.
