摘要

本文采用Web-service技术建立了分频器幅频特性自动测试的三层框架。研究了实现系统框架的关键技术。它结合了嵌入式测试仪器和web访问技术,利用分布在不同生产线上的测试代理作为基础服务提供商。除了UDDI注册机制之外,还实现了活动服务可用性轮询机制(ASAP)来确保服务可用。该框架具有布置灵活、检测效率高、检测结果利用率高、便于查询等优点。
