LXI (LAN eXtensions for Instrumentation)规范为测试仪器和系统提供了一套新的功能,使基于LXI的仪器和系统能够完成更复杂的测试任务。利用这些新功能,用户可以构建更加智能化的系统架构,进一步提高自动测试系统(ATS)的通用性和性能。可执行代码下载和模块间通信是LXI规范定义的两个关键技术。本文介绍了这两种技术,并建立了一个测试系统来展示它们的优点。
Design and application of LXI instrument based on script-download and module-to-module communication
