Thus, in this paper, an automatic evaluation algorithm is proposed to combine semantic similarity based on synonym lexical forest and text similarity based on vector space. Meanwhile, Sentiment analysis was used to obtain the emotional score of the reference answers and students' answers in the subjective questions. Finally, the final score of students' answers was obtained by combining text similarity and emotion scores. In this paper, logistics professional education is the experimental object of the experiment. Empirical analysis results show that: blended learning satisfaction is positively and significantly related to learning support service; blended learners have a higher degree of demand for learning support services; female students have significantly higher demand than male students; non-history and art majors have significantly higher demand than history and art majors; the number of blended courses significantly affects the demand; but there is no significant difference in demand across grades. This paper analyzes the impact of information technology investment on customer satisfaction, tests the moderating effect of environmental turbulence and marketing intensity, and carries out a robustness analysis to ensure the reliability of the research results. The results show that: (1) IT investment has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. (2) Environmental turbulence negatively moderates the relationship between the two, but IT investment still positively affects customer satisfaction. (3) Marketing intensity positively adjusts the negative adjustment relationship between IT and CS caused by environmental turbulence. In short, increasing marketing intensity under the condition of environmental turbulence can alleviate the new negative adjustment caused by environmental turbulence. The study found that in terms of Chinese characters, the two editions of textbooks performed better in the coverage of commonly used Chinese characters, and the PEP textbooks have higher requirements for children's literacy skills. In terms of words, the vocabulary richness of the THP textbooks is relatively stable, and the vocabulary distribution is strongly linearly related to grades, while the PEP textbooks lack a reasonable gradient.
