摘要

为了分析混合式学习者学习支持服务的需求,我们在某高校进行了问卷调查。实证分析结果表明:混合式学习满意度与学习支持服务呈显著正相关;混合型学习者对学习支持服务的需求程度较高;女生的需求显著高于男生;非历史、艺术专业学生的需求显著高于历史、艺术专业学生;混合课程的数量显著影响需求;但不同年级的需求没有显著差异。因此,高校应根据学习者的需求,增强对学习支持服务的认识,确保投入,提供有针对性的支持服务,并构建评估服务质量的评价体系。
