本文对标准化专业人员继续教育的需求和内容进行了研究。本文基于392份标准化专业人员问卷调查、480份企业招聘信息、中国地方组织考试以及标准化文献，从从业人员、企业和政府的角度分析教育需求和专业人员能力要求，提出标准化专业人员继续教育的知识技能体系。网络教育是标准化专业人员更适合的继续教育形式。
