In today's world, non-profit organizations play an important role in solving social problems and achieving sustainable development, but they often face dangers and challenges. Management of sustainable development projects is an effective tool for achieving the goal and mission of non-profit organizations in conditions of risk and instability. It includes planning, implementation and control of projects aimed at achieving social goals and ensuring sustainability of results. This paper will consider models and methods of management of sustainable development projects, which help to reduce risks and maximize the positive impact of projects of non-profit organizations. Risk management strategies, use of innovative practices and stakeholder engagement will also be considered. A review and analysis of the main principles of sustainable development, such as interconnectedness, long-termism, satisfaction of needs, preservation of ecosystems, preventive approach, participation and cooperation, was carried out. Defining and understanding these principles allows organizations to implement sustainable practices, ensuring balanced development and taking into account the needs of future generations. Understanding these principles also helps organizations avoid negative impacts on the environment and society, contributing to a sustainable and prosperous environment for all. Which, in turn, leads to the need for rapid transformation and provision of conditions for digital transformation in various spheres of human activity. The IT industry, like most other spheres of human activity, actively and effectively uses models, methods and tools of project management methodology. Considering the fact that the planning and implementation of any projects, including IT projects, takes place in conditions of variability and uncertainty, which in turn are characterized by a large number of risks, therefore it is urgent to develop and improve the project manager's tools for risk management, taking into account threats and opportunities. In this paper, a method of risk management of IT projects is proposed, taking into account threats and opportunities. Research by scientists on IT project management in various fields of activity and IT project risk management was also considered, which showed that existing works can be used to develop models, methods and information technology of IT project risk management, taking into account threats and opportunities. but do not fully take into account the peculiarities of this sphere. The authors have developed a method of planning risk management of IT projects taking into account threats and opportunities. This study examines project risk management, including the components of the risk management process, as well as strategies for responding to uncertainty, threats, and opportunities. Improving the quality of information technology development services and the need to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of the management system of IT companies requires a thorough study and analysis of the application of the project approach to risk management of IT projects. The growing needs of practice and the introduction of new composite materials require further improvement of the calculation methods of shell structures of inhomogeneous structure. Therefore, the problem of developing an adequate method of analyzing the behavior of shells made of composite materials with a multilayer structure is relevant. The work is devoted to the application of the developed method of finite elements for the analysis of geometrically nonlinear deformation and stability of elastic shells to the problem of the study of shells, the layer materials of which are composites of a fibrous structure. The method of structuring materials through the shell thickness and plan by using a universal 3D finite element is applied to model the thermoelastic properties of a ingomogeneous material. Determination of the effective characteristics of the composite material is realized by the structural micromechanical parameters of its components based on known methods of predicting elastic constants for this model of the composite material. The multilayer finite element, created within the framework of the developed approach, can be exploited to the problems of calculating thin elastic shells from both traditional and composite materials. The results of investigation of a multilayer composite panel using various micromechanical techniques are presented. The results of the study of a multilayer composite panel obtained by various micromechanical methods are given. These results are consistent with those obtained using the NASTRAN software. This is due to the complexity of the problem and the peculiarities of enterprises in various spheres of activity. The purpose of the work is to build and test a model for assessing the competitiveness of e-commerce enterprises. The work summarizes the classification of methods for assessing the competitiveness of enterprises, proposes a methodology for assessing the competitiveness of an e-commerce enterprise, which is based on a multi-criteria model for assessing competitiveness. Based on the analysis of factors affecting the competitiveness of e-commerce enterprises, a system of indicators of the competitiveness of an e-commerce enterprise is proposed, which include indicators of the efficiency of the enterprise's functioning, indicators of the enterprise's market share and the dynamics of changes in market share, indicators of the effectiveness of the websites of e-commerce enterprises, in particular their usability, functionality, security. At the same time, the standard method for determining it, based on fixing the number of cycles of alternate freezing and thawing, does not always meet the requirements for the production of building materials, in particular those for the durability of buildings and structures, and has a number of significant drawbacks. A detailed comparison of the results of laboratory tests of concrete frost resistance and service life in real structures does not allow, in the general case, to establish a direct correspondence between them. In this regard, studies devoted to the development of accelerated methods for determining frost resistance are becoming extremely relevant. New methods should eliminate the main difficulty of this problem, which is the discrepancy between the conditions of laboratory studies and the real conditions in which this material is located in the constructions and buildings in operation. To obtain information about the frost resistance of concrete under real operating conditions, a combined conductometric method for independent measurement of the kinetics of moisture diffusion and ice formation in the process of one-sided freezing of samples is proposed. It is shown that in concrete samples that are subjected to one-sided freezing, that is, they are in conditions as close as possible to the actual operating conditions in building structures, intense mass transfer processes take place. The rates of propagation of the front of ice formation and diffusion of moisture and the corresponding depth of freezing of concrete samples depending on the capillary-porous structure and initial storage conditions are established. In general, the conducted studies made it possible to obtain a more reliable picture of the behaviour of concrete under sign-alternating temperature loads and conditions of different initial moisture content (including in hydraulic structures) than is provided for by the current regulatory documents. The purpose of the study is to analyze possible causes of erronious identification of dynamic parameters of the plant. A possible mistake may be an unsuccessful selection of parameters, being identified. Their necessary and sufficient list includes static coefficient of transmission, the main and additional time constants, time delay. Possible strong nonlinearity of the actuator should be taken into account to compensate it in calculations. During the experiment, it is desirable not to allow large temperature deviations from the normal operating mode, to avoid the influence of possible small nonlinearity of the controlled plant. To process the results of the experiment, verified universal automatic optimization algorithms should be used. As a minimization criterion, it is recommended to use the logarithm of the mean square deviation between the experimental temperature oscillogram and the corresponding calculated oscillogram on the model. If, as the result of identification, equal or close values of the main time constants are obtained, this may be the result of a fault of the automatic search procedure, which is \"stuck\" in a local minimax. The concepts of the dynamic information space of a scientist and the subject scientific environment of a scientist are also introduced. It is established that they are accumulative in nature. As a result, a model for evaluating the influence of scientists based on the global citation network was developed, considering the age of scientific results. The introduction of the aging factor of the publication allows for increasing the sensitivity of the method for evaluating the influence of scientists. {"title":"Marketing projects of the pharmaceutical industry. It is shown that the pharmaceutical industry affects the properties of marketing projects. Analysis of marketing projects showed their dependence on the essence of marketing. Marketing is a complex and multi-component system, therefore, the marketing project will contain those components from the general aggregate of marketing that were chosen by the project owners to form the project product. The article analyzes the core of marketing, which can form the contours of a marketing project. The goal of marketing, formed by Peter Drucker, is accepted as the mission of marketing projects, namely the creation of such properties of the product, thanks to which \"it will sell itself.\" Such a state of the project product can be achieved by meeting all the requirements and expectations of the project's main stakeholders, namely, its end users. The work shows that the pharmaceutical industry brings additional properties, assumptions and limitations to marketing projects. The product of the pharmaceutical production project is medicine, and the final consumers are patients. An additional constraint that the industry brings to marketing projects is the IFPMA Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices, which should be taken into account when managing MPs. Achieving the specified mission of the MP is possible if the interests of all participants are taken into account. The work shows that there are three groups of participants: the manufacturer of medicinal products; pharmacies and medical institutions as intermediaries in promotion; the end users of medicines are patients. These three groups form the requirements for the future product (that is, for the medicinal product) that must be taken into account. Such a wide range of participants usually brings a conflict of interests and, accordingly, a conflict of requirements to the project. In this regard, the work analyzes the essence of project requirements, their collection, formation and management. Today, there is no single approach to considering the relevance of the requirements of marketing projects, which requires further analysis and research. The article may be of interest to researchers and practitioners in project management, central and local executive authorities, as well as organizations working with international technical assistance. The relevance of the study is determined by the significant increase in foreign aid to the country in 2022-2023 compared to previous years, approximately eightfold. The aim of the work is to critically analyze the effectiveness of international technical assistance utilization and identify ways to improve these procedures. The main research tasks included analyzing the existing system of managing international technical assistance to Ukraine, ethical standards, and visual content policies. Based on the identified problems, suggestions were made to enhance its effectiveness. Methods. A complex set of complementary methods of scientific cognition was used, including methods of decomposition, systematization, and integration; statistical, critical, and comparative analyses. The results of the work include a critical analysis of the coordination system of international technical assistance and its utilization effectiveness, in accordance with Ukraine's normative and legal framework. The article provides statistical data on the volume and dynamics of the growth of international technical assistance to Ukraine from 2010 to 2023, analyzes statistical data on the utilization of funds by Ukrainian recipients by categories. Ethical standards and visual content policies in working with international technical assistance were analyzed. Scientific novelty. The work further develops methodological approaches to substantiating ways to improve the effectiveness of managing international technical assistance in Ukraine. Practical significance lies in improving methodological approaches to working with international technical assistance to ensure efficient resource utilization, sustainable development, loss reduction, compliance with ethical standards and visual content policies, and an increase in the number of successfully implemented projects.
