Such a tool in the conditions of the modern world is the project management methodology, which includes, among other things, tools that allow managing the organization's environment. Variability of external and internal environments can lead to uncertainty and risks. This work determined that domestic and foreign scientists pay a lot of attention to issues of risk-oriented project management in organizations. The approaches proposed by them are successfully implemented, but have their own characteristics that cannot be universal for other areas. In addition, the works of scientists in the field of business process reengineering, which are based on the introduction of a risk-oriented approach, as well as integrated anti-risk project management, were considered. The specified research results can become the basis for the development of an integrated approach to the management of operational and project risks of the organization. In this study, the authors identified operational and project risks, determined their sets, and built a mathematical representation of the organization's operational activities. In addition, the impact of operational risks on the project was determined, and a preliminary analysis of project risks was also carried out. Based on this, the application of the project management methodology shows its expediency and effectiveness from the point of view of risk management of both operational and project activities. The authors analyzed modern approaches to risk management in various spheres of human activity, as well as approaches to integrated management of operational and project risks, with the aim of their further application or improvement. Which, in turn, can become the basis for the development of models and methods of integrated management of operational and project risks of the organization.","PeriodicalId":321731,"journal":{"name":"Management of Development of Complex Systems","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139336727","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These suitcases are equipped with a multitude of advanced features, such as internet connectivity, infrared sensors, inbuilt algorithms to bypass obstacles and an accompanying mobile app designed to track the belongings' owner. A key component lies in realizing this technology in the selection of an appropriate algorithm to calculate shortest paths through challenging environments. In general, there are four main classes of algorithm that may be considered as candidates: Dijkstra's algorithm, A-Star (A*), Bi-Directional A-Star (BiA*) and Rapidly-exploring random tree (RRT). Each offers its own advantages and limitations regarding performance, memory requirements and accuracy, which must be taken into account if it is to fulfill the purpose effectively. Moreover, these smart suitcases boast infrared sensors which allow them detect and avoid obstacles present in their paths via infrared sensors that reflect off nearby objects. Base information gathered by the sensors. Then filtered through an internal algorithm that distinguishes the best possible method for escape from indicated obstacle. Overall, smart suitcases signify a cutting-edge revolutionizing trend likely bound to captivate travelers across all types who seek effectiveness and efficiency during embarkment journeys.","PeriodicalId":321731,"journal":{"name":"Management of Development of Complex Systems","volume":"28 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139336314","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The growing needs of practice and the introduction of new composite materials require further improvement of the calculation methods of shell structures of inhomogeneous structure. Therefore, the problem of developing an adequate method of analyzing the behavior of shells made of composite materials with a multilayer structure is relevant. The work is devoted to the application of the developed method of finite elements for the analysis of geometrically nonlinear deformation and stability of elastic shells to the problem of the study of shells, the layer materials of which are composites of a fibrous structure. The method of structuring materials through the shell thickness and plan by using a universal 3D finite element is applied to model the thermoelastic properties of a ingomogeneous material. Determination of the effective characteristics of the composite material is realized by the structural micromechanical parameters of its components based on known methods of predicting elastic constants for this model of the composite material. The multilayer finite element, created within the framework of the developed approach, can be exploited to the problems of calculating thin elastic shells from both traditional and composite materials. The results of investigation of a multilayer composite panel using various micromechanical techniques are presented. The results of the study of a multilayer composite panel obtained by various micromechanical methods are given. These results are consistent with those obtained using the NASTRAN software. The new modification of the developed finite element makes it possible to analyze the stressstrain state and stability of multi-layer shells made of fibrous composite materials reliably, with accuracy acceptable for engineering calculations.","PeriodicalId":321731,"journal":{"name":"Management of Development of Complex Systems","volume":"4 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139336738","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The peer review process begins with the identification of relevant criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the project's requirements. These criteria are the basis for evaluating candidates. Experts, who are usually experienced professionals in the relevant field, are carefully selected to form the assessment team. The diversity of experience within this group ensures a comprehensive assessment. During the evaluation phase, candidates are evaluated against predetermined criteria. Experts may use a variety of assessment methods, including interviews, skills assessments and portfolio reviews. Each expert provides independent evaluations and scores for each candidate based on their judgment and experience. The scores collected are then aggregated and analyzed to identify the top performing candidates. The results serve as a valuable resource for decisionmaking during candidate selection. To implement innovative ideas and tasks, it is advisable to use a project-oriented approach, which has proven itself positively all over the world. The use of PmBOK, P2M, Prince2, Agile and Kanban methodologies allow project managers to effectively build processes and manage the stages of the project life cycle, which is aimed at realizing the ideas of the final product or service. The life cycle of the formation of a civil defense team should be flexible and adaptable to external factors and influences. From the point of view of the system approach, adaptation is the process of changing the parameters and structure of the system, in particular, controlling influences, based on current information in order to achieve a certain, usually optimal, state of the system in the face of initial uncertainty in the operating conditions. A system that can adapt to changes in internal and external conditions is considered adaptive. Adaptive control is control in a system with incomplete information about the controlled process, which changes as information accumulates and is used to improve the quality of the system.","PeriodicalId":321731,"journal":{"name":"Management of Development of Complex Systems","volume":"25 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139336704","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Existing modern trends regarding the implementation of methodologies in the practice of project implementation by project-oriented organizations (companies) were analyzed. Among such trends, the following are highlighted: the construction of a corporate project management methodology based on an existing international standard, the use of several methodologies in the project management system at the same time, the emergence of IT project management methodologies, the integration of such methodologies with classic project management methodologies, the use of combinations of methodologies in one corporate system. An analysis of the most common project management methodologies was conducted, including PMBOK, PRINCE2, ISO21500, ICB, P2M. Formulated research goal. Based on the analysis, seven classes of methodological approaches were formulated: PMBOK-based, PRINCE2-based, P2Mbased, methodologies of IT companies, individual frameworks of Agile methodology, customized hybrids of Agile methodology frameworks, customized hybrids of classical methodologies. An evaluation of such approaches was carried out, among which, based on the results of the evaluation, those that are most suitable for the studied projects were selected and characterized. For the selected three classes of methodological approaches, an analysis of advantages and disadvantages was carried out. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the available classes of methodologies, as well as models of their combination, do not fully meet the tasks of restoration projects. Three main approaches (models) of combining different methodologies in one corporate project management system were also formulated: convergence of methodologies, hybridization of methodologies, syncretic approach. In order to increase the effectiveness of implementation of restoration projects, it is proposed to develop a syncretic methodology for managing projects (portfolios of projects). Model 1 clearly illustrates the fundamental difference between electrostatic interaction and gravity. In particular, it confirmed the validity of the Mach principle, the presence of a double action of the gravitational field and the huge (but not infinite!) gravity propagation speed υg ~ 1069 m/s. Model 2 made it possible to distinguish between the phenomena of the expansion of the universe and the recession of galaxies, to understand their physical essence and to obtain Hubble's law. An important achievement of the model should be considered that the interpretation of these phenomena is based on the features of gravity and does not require the involvement of ideas about additional substances – dark matter and dark energy. The most important common achievement of the models is their ability to explain the gravitational spontaneous generation of the universe – the emergence of a metastable Metauniverse, within which a large number of universes simultaneously appear. This explanation involves the whole complex of features of gravity, emphasized by the models themselves. In particular, the spontaneous generation of the universe does not run into the problem of singularities and does not require far-fetched effects such as an inflationary stage of expansion or special vacuum states.","PeriodicalId":321731,"journal":{"name":"Management of Development of Complex Systems","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139336199","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among the structural conditions, in particular, can be distinguished the contact line of the described cone with the surface that is modeled. In the case when the surface that model is the surface of the second order (quadriса), the contact line should also be a second order curve (conica). It is this additional condition that is considered in these studies. In this work is showed an algorithm for modeling the rotation surface. We want to pay attention to such a moment that the plane in which the contact line is located must be perpendicular to at least one of the two planes of the inscribed (described) cone. It is clear that in any case, the task is to find the meridian of the surface of rotation and the search for the axis of this surface. The work shows that the normal to the cone, drawn anywhere in the contact line, intersects with a perpendicular, which is made from out from the center of the circular section, if the circular section is drawn through the same contact section. The considered geometric task will be the basis of the applied task, when it is necessary to modeling the surface by conjugating the surface of the second order of the general type and surface of the rotation. Connecting of the surfaces will take place along a flat second-order curves. This task has already been considered in one of the works of the authors, but it was solved by means of 3D modeling and was implemented in the Solid Works system. The presented work deals with tasks that can occur with 2D computer modeling or manual modeling by graphic methods. A graphical toolkit is proposed, which allows solving spatial problems of constructing a surface of rotation for a given inscribed or described cone in 2D space. Namely, the task of finding the meridian and axis of the surface of rotation, including the length of this axis, is presented. The problem has an important application in the conjugation of second-order surfaces. In particular, it is shown that for a given contact section and a given cone, only one surface of rotation can be constructed. However, it can be conjugated with a one-parameter set of surfaces of general appearance.","PeriodicalId":321731,"journal":{"name":"Management of Development of Complex Systems","volume":"3 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139336646","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
