Pabrik gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo dengan petani mitra dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola kemitraan efektif PT. Pabrik gula Candi Baru Sidoarjo dengan petani mitra. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis usahatani, analisis biaya dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Proses pengolahan menggunakan SPSS dengan variabel dependen efektivitas kemitraan dan variabel independen adalah kinerja kemitraan, partisipasi petani komitmen dan komitmen. Faktor-faktor ini secara signifikan mempengaruhi efektivitas pola kemitraan dengan pencapaian R Square 70,1%. Pola kemitraan yang ada PT. . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi sumber daya yang belum optimal adalah bahan baku kedelai, gula kelapa, mesin, modal, dan permintaan pasar untuk kecap jeruk manis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sensitivitas nilai kendala sisi kanan termasuk kendala pasif adalah ketersediaan gula aren, pekerjaan mesin, aset, dan permintaan kecap manis oval. Jika nilai semua kendala RHS pasif ditambahkan hingga tak terbatas, nilai ganda untuk kendala tersebut akan tetap nol. The research method used SPSS by using Multiple Linier Regression Model. Data collected in this study are secondary data from 1998-2016 from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Directorate General of Estate Crops, Bank Indonesia, Ministry of Trade and other sources. The results showed that the nominal exchange rate (exchange rate of Rupiah to Dollar) and Export Price (FOB) gave insignificant influence to the export of Vanilla Indonesia, the production and consumption of Vanilla in the country gave a significant and positive influence to the export volume of Vanilla Indonesia. Vanilla export volumes have no significant and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth and export volume Rubber positively affects economic growth in Indonesia. Tukri Sobikun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Restoran Sate Ayam H. Tukri Sobikun. Metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dilakukan dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 40 sampel yang dianggap representatif dan mencerminkan karakteristik populasi dengan kuesioner. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap atribut Chiken Satay Restourant H. Tukri Sobikun oleh CSI 71,20% untuk domisili di Ponorogo dan 77,20% untuk domisli di luar Ponorogo. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap atribut tingkat kepentingan tertinggi adalah ukuran produk untuk domisili di Ponorogo dan atribut rasa sate ayam untuk domisili di luar Ponorogo. The research objectives are: 1). Analyzing the attitude of farmers' confidence in choosing Hybrid and Non Hybrid seeds in corn farming. 2). Knowing the superior attributes of hybrid and non-hybrid corn seeds that are chosen by farmers. 3). Analyze the economic feasibility of Hybrid and Non Hybrid corn farming. To find out the first and second objectives, the Fishbein multi-attribute model analysis is used, while the third objective is to use farm economic analysis, namely the analysis of the cost and revenue ratio (Return and Cost Ratio). Research results: 1). Farmers consider the most important attributes in choosing hybrid corn seeds (P-21), (Bisi-2) are Production, Growth Power, Brand, Efficiency of Fertilizer Use, Seed Availability and Seed Price. While the attribute of resistance to drought is seen as the least important compared to other attributes. The most important attributes of Non Hybrid (local) corn seeds are Seed Price, Growth Power, Production, Brand, Drought Resistant and Efficient Fertilizer Use. Whereas the attribute of Seed Availability is seen as the least important compared to other attributes. 2). The superior attributes chosen by farmers in corn farming using Hybrid seeds (P-21), (Bisi-2) are Production, while Non Hybrid (Local) corn seeds are Seed Prices. 3). The purpose are evaluate the main components of the application of GRP in handling Fresh Food Plant Origin (PSAT) products at supermarkets in the city of Surabaya. Data analysis method with factor analysis approach (Factor Analysis) and supported by IBM SPSS Ver software. 23. The results of the analysis of the five components it is known that component 1 has the highest loading value on the 'Storage' factor of 0.829. The second component places the ‘Cleanup and Sanitation appropriate factor’ wi th a loading value of 0.928, while the third component is known as 'Waste Disposal' with a loading value of 0.913. Kecamatan Kalisat adalah penghasil tembakau katsuri terbesar. Namun, berdasarkan hasil pengamatan awal di desa Kalisat, ada konversi lahan dari tanaman tembakau ke komoditas lain yang dilakukan oleh beberapa petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menganalisis efisiensi teknis dalam penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi tembakau kasturi di Desa Kalisat pada tahun 2017. 2) menganalisis efisiensi harga dalam penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi tembakau kasturi di Desa Kalisat pada tahun 2017. 3) untuk menganalisis kelayakan pertanian tembakau kasturi di Desa Kalisat pada tahun 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Kalisat, Kecamatan Kalisat, Kabupaten Jember, Jawa Timur. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Frontier 4.1c. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 39 petani tembakau kasturi di Desa Kalisat, Kecamatan Kalisat. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah luas lahan (X1), benih (X2), pupuk (X3), tenaga kerja (X4) dan hasil (Y). Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan efisiensi yaitu, nilai efisiensi teknis adalah 0,92. Efisiensi harga adalah -4.1 dan nilai R / C adalah 4.7. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil efisiensi teknis dan efisiensi harga. Hasil yang diperoleh tidak efisien, tetapi untuk kelayakan usahatani tembakau kasturi layak untuk dibudidayakan. Dalam penelitian ini disarankan agar petani memanfaatkan faktor-faktor produksi yang mereka miliki secara proporsional untuk mencapai tingkat efisiensi. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah luas lahan (X1), benih (X2), pupuk (X3), tenaga kerja (X4) dan hasil (Y). The presence of clove cigarette factory to make the production of national cloves absorbed in the domestic market so that the amount exported quite fluctuate. In addition to useful food and cooking spices, cloves in certain countries such as China and Japan are in demand for incense makers used in religious ceremonies. This study aims to identify the factors that influence and examine how much influence the amount of production, domestic consumption, domestic prices, export prices and exchange rates on clove export volume in 2001-2015. Data analyzed descriptively analytical with quantitative approach and using equation multiple linear regression. The results showed that production, domestic consumption, domestic prices, export prices and exchange rates had a 53.2% and significant effect on Indonesian clove exports from 2001-2015. Coffee is a plantation commodity that can be further processed to increase value added. This study aims to determine the processing of coffee and analyze the value added of robusta coffee. This research was conducted in Tutur District, Pasuruan Regency. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis through value added calculations using the Hayami methods. The results showed that coffee processing by coffee farmers in Tutur District began at levels a) cleaning b) cleaning and grading c) cleaning, grading into ose coffee d) cleaning, grading, and ose coffee into coffee powder. The average value added done by coffee farmers at the cleaning level is Rp. 311/Kg with a value added ratio of 5.1%, the average value added cleaning and grading Rp. 1.033/Kg with a value added ratio of 15.05%, the average value added of coffee ose Rp. 4,016/Kg with a value added ratio of 40.78% and an average value added of coffee powder of Rp. 18,725/Kg with a value added ratio of 52.50%. Thus, the greatest value added is found in the processing of coffee powder. This is because the more downstream a production, the higher the profits that can be. The problem experienced in marketing this product is perishable. This study aims to identify the internal and external factors of marketing tempe producers and evaluate alternative strategies for digital marketing. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling with 40 respondents. Methods of data analysis using IE analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM analysis. The results show in the IE analysis, the position of the company that produces tempe is in quadrant 2 with the use of a marketing system horizontally. The SWOT analysis explains that tempe is located in quadrant 1 with the use of the power possessed to achieve marketing opportunities. QSPM analysis, the highest TAS result is an alternative strategy in the form of consumer convenience in ordering tempe through social media .
