However, the ability of MSMEs in developing their businesses is not optimal because of the limited market reach. This study aims to determine (1) internal and external environmental analysis in Local Food Based MSMEs, (2) strategies for developing local food based MSMEs. This research was conducted in Tana Lili Subdistrict, North Luwu Regency. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive and SWOT analysis. The population and sample in this study were drawn from SMEs, consumers and stakeholders related to the total number of 37 respondents. The results of this study indicate that strategies that can be carried out in developing local food-based MSMEs in the Tana Lili Subdistrict are: (1) utilizing labor from the environment to increase production, (2) increasing production of local processed food products, (3) conducting training for owners business and workforce to develop business, (4) optimize product promotion through internet media and brochures, (5) maintain product taste and improve product quality in order to compete with other products, (6) create new innovations that are more attractive, (7) increasing distributor power to minimize the potential for new competitors and changes in lifestyle and consumption patterns of the community. The results of this study can be used as a reference by SMEs and stakeholders in designing and developing the potential of MSMEs in Tanalili District, North Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi. Kualitas pangan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup seseorang. Oleh karena itu keseimbangan dalam penyediaan dan konsumsi pangan antara karbohidrat, protein, vitamin dan mineral sangat penting diperhatikan. Sumber protein yang murah, mudah dalam penyediaan dan berkualitas adalah telur, sehingga produksi telur dalam rangka penyediaan pangan sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakn ekonomi dan keuntungan usaha ayam petelur di CV. Gali Putra di Desa Tlekung Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu. Penelitain ini merupakan studi kasus yang dilakukan pada CV. Gali Putra, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan ditabulasi kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui biaya, revenue, keuntungan, sevenue cost ratio (R/C), benefit cost ratio (B/C), return on investment (ROI), break even point (BEP), pay back period (PBP), Rasio likuditas, rasiao solvabilitas dan rasiao rentabilitas. Hasil penlitian menunjukkan bahwa agribisnis ayam petelur pada CV. Gali Putra layak untuk dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator yang digunakan, antara lain menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar RP. 1.633.562 selama satu periode pemeliharaan (20 bulan). Keuntungan tersebut merupakan selisih dari revenue yang diterima sebesar Rp. 3.774.150.000 dan biaya Rp 2.140.588.771 Nilai kelayakan usaha dapat dilihat dari indikator R/C sebeasr 1,46, B/C sebesar 0,47, ROI sebesar 65%, BEP Output sebesar 135.602 Kg, BEP Harga sebesar Rp 12,974/kg dan PBP selama 10 bulan. CV Gali putra berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini juga tergolong likuid, solvabel dan rendabel, di mana perusahaan mampu membayar hutang jangka pendek, jangka panjang dan mampu menhasilkan keuntungan. In Sumenep District, a lot of apple sugar are cultivated, but generally they have not been well developed, although there are quite a lot of enthusiasts. This study aims to analyze the prospects and commodities of apple sugar as the leading commodity in Sumenep District. The research location was chosen purposively in 3 sub-districts in Sumenep District, Saronggi District, Talango District, and Sumenep City District, which are producing Srikaya fruit. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis methods in this research are qualitative descriptive analysis and Location Quotient (LQ) analysis. Prospects are examined using primary data through in depth interviews with informants using purposive and snawball techniques, while superior commodities are examined using LQ analysis. The results showed that apple sugar in Sumenep Regency has a promising prospect because of the potential of natural resources possessed was very supportive and the availability of a potential market with many requests from within and outside the region. Based on LQ analysis, for five consecutive years the LQ value of apple sugar is always more than 1. This means that apple sugar is classified as a superior commodity where production is not only able to meet their own needs but can also be distributed to other regions outside Sumenep District. The inequality of income distribution of rice farmers has resulted in income disparities between rice farmers. The problem of income inequality is one indicator in seeing the level of community welfare. This study aims to identify the diversity of sources of income of rice farmers, analyze rice farming income and its contribution to the total household income of rice farmers and analyze the income inequality of rice farmers in Jogodalu Village, Benjeng District, Gresik Regency. The research method for determining the area is done intentionally. Whereas for sampling, the method used was purposive sampling with the characteristics of rice farmers with rice farming income and other income outside of rice farming. the number of samples taken in this study were 42 samples. The analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis, analysis of income and income of rice farmers and analysis of the Gini Ratio (supplemented by Lorenz Curve). The results showed that the source of income of rice farmers outside rice farming was quite diverse. Rice farming income has a total average income of Rp. 146,707,377 with an average contribution of farm income to total household income of 52%. The income inequality of rice farmers in Jogodalu Village was obtained by the Gini Ratio index of 0.20 and was in the low category. Competition between companies is now about satisfying consumers. So the company must make the right marketing strategy. But in this KFC restaurant has a problem that is decreased profits. This study aims to find out about the characteristics and tastes of KFC BG Junction consumers as a consideration for KFC restaurants in the formulation of strategies. The study was conducted at the KFC BG Junction Surabaya restaurant. This study was included in a qualitative study with 50 respondents and the sampling technique was with an accidental sampling technique. The analysis is used to determine the characteristics and tastes of consumers with descriptive analysis. Results Characteristics of KFC BG Junction consumers are generally female respondents in high school education which incidentally as students with monthly income of Rp. 1,000,000 / month activities outside the home. While KFC BG Junction consumer tastes, generally like the spicy taste of crispy chicken upper thighs, beef or chicken burgers, and KFC bento sasus black pepper, while the most preferred side menu is french fries and drinks that are favored by float mocha and cash payment methods. So that strategies need to be made based on the general consumer. The development of the Pamelo orange plant has several problems, namely having a weak position and not being able to improve the bargaining position of farmers because it is still in the form of a social institution (ie a farmer group), and has not yet become a socioeconomic institution (cooperative). In many countries, farmer cooperatives not only increase production, productivity and product quality, but also lead to an increase in the welfare and quality of life of their members. This study specifically aims to develop the Jeruk Pamelo farmer cooperative in Tambakmas Village, Sukomoro District, Magetan Regency. This study uses a SWOT analysis used to formulate a strategy, followed by a mapping of strategies to develop a Pamelo orange farmer cooperative in accordance with its character. This method is because the population to be studied is quite large, namely 150 people. The number of samples used in this study was 30 people. The results showed that based on the overall SWOT Analysis, Gapoktan institutional development was in Cell / Quadrant I. In that position the appropriate strategy was Growth Strategy, then the Grand Strategy could be formulated as follows: Formation of Pamelo Orange Cooperative, Pamelo orange agro-tourism development, Capital development farmer groups, and FOBIO development of Pamelo oranges.
