This research aims to analyse the attributes of yellow kepok banana that became analyse the attributes most considered by the consumers on the decisions to buy yellow kepok banana at traditional market in Surabaya City. The method of this research is case study. Data were collected by interview the respondents directly at tradisional market with the questionnaires. Descrptive analytic method was applied by implementing purposive sampling to get 100 consumets as respondents in this research. The attributes observed are the color of fruit, taste of fruit, size and flavour of fruit. Respondent characteristics and consumer behaviour are analysed by descriptive. Whereas yellow kepok banana preferences were analysed by using chi square. While most considered attributes shown by the calculation of chi square. Human resources in the agricultural sector has a very important to improve the agricultural sector in Indonesia. The agricultural sector in Indonesia is currently experiencing a phenomenon of the aging farmers that is not in balance with the regeneration of young farmers, So also many scholars agribusiness who work outside the agricultural sector. It is a serious problem for the agricultural sector in Indonesia. The purpose of this Study is to Analyze the Challenges and Prospects of Bachelor of Agribusiness in the future based on the Perceptions of Alumni of the department Agribusiness Four National University in East Java. Determination of the respondents using a Quota sampling technique by using Respondents from the Alumni of the department of Agribusiness Four National University in East Java. Four alumni of the university that made the respondents are Brawijaya University, Jember University, Trunojoyo University and National Development “Veteran” East Java University. Following analyzed data collected using analysis descriptive and presented in the form of a Table. The results of the Analysis showed that the Main Challenges Undergraduate Agribusiness is the Revolution of Industry 4.0 with the actual score 4,45 as well as the percentage of 89% and the Prospect of Bachelor of Agribusiness has an average score of 3,68 with the percentage of 73,62% to get into the good category. The research method was done intentionally (purposive) with a purposive sampling of 50 people. Research testing is done by studying the Structural Equation Model (SEM) software based on WarpPLS 5.0 Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show the characteristics of Kampoeng Anggrek Kediri Agro-tourism visitors based on gender that is equal between men and women, dominant visitors get 21-30 years obtained from Kediri. Education visitors gather high school status as students, and the level of income between Rp. 0-500,000. The first visit was to the Kampoeng Anggrek Kediri Agro-tourism and a personal visit using a type of motorcycle transportation. The word of mouth electronic variable (eWOM) (X1) has a positive effect on the visit decision variable. service quality variables were significantly positive for visit decision variables. The research was conducted in May - July 2018 with a total sample of 5 farmers using the Salibu system and 5 farmers using the conventional system. The data collected is primary data obtained through direct interviews with respondents and secondary data obtained from the local sub-district office and from related offices. Data analysis methods include analysis of costs, revenue and income of farming , as well as farm efficiency analysis with R / C ratio and analysis of farm financial feasibility with B / C ratio. The results showed that the fixed costs and variable costs of rice farming in the Salibu system were lower than the conventional system. The amount of revenue and income from the Salibu system of rice farming shows a higher value than the conventional system. Based on the calculation of R / C ratio and B / C ratio, it is shown that the salibu system is more efficient and more feasible to run than the conventional system. Testing through the T test proves that there is a significant difference between the income of rice farming in the Salibu system and the conventional system. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken directly from the research location of the agro-tourism area for agricultural education through direct observation at the site, and interviews. 46 respondents were selected including 10 agro-tourism structuralists and 36 agro-tourism visitors. Secondary data is data obtained through agencies related to this research. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the dominant strength factor was cheap ticket prices. The dominant weakness factor is post-harvest processing that is less than optimal. The dominant opportunity factor is agro-tourism as a place for learning outside the classroom so that it is not saturated in the classroom. The dominant threat factor is the change of seasons which reduces the aesthetic elements of the tourist attraction. The strategy that must be carried out is aggressive (Growth oriented strategy). Strategies that need to be optimized include, maximizing tourism with the concept of rural nature and education, utilizing low ticket prices as alternative tourism, optimizing tourism services with local institutions and communities, utilizing information technology to promote educational tourism as a place to learn outside the classroom. Similarly, melinjo chips home industries producer, some of whom have implemented digital marketing using their devices. This study aims to describe the marketing conditions of the melinjo chips and to determine the perceptions of melinjo chips producers towards the adoption of digital marketing. Data were collected through interviews with 63 producers of the melinjo chips selected using census method from all producers in Pandak District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. Descriptive analysis and 5-point Likert Scale were used to determine the producers’ perception of the adoption of digital marketing in the marketing of melinjo chips. The results showed that in general, the marketing of melinjo chips was mostly using conventional marketing, although some producers have implemented digital marketing. Moreover, the adoption of digital marketing was perceived in neutral category. The neutral perception was due to the fact that although the adoption of digital marketing has positive view such as benefits, and marketing efficiency, there were also obstacles in using it, not providing innovation and low trust in digital marketing technology. The research method uses the single index model to form a stock portfolio and the index of sharpe, treynor and jensen to measure its portfolio performance . The research uses secondary data of plantation companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange from July 2012 to June 2016. The results showed that there were two plantation company stocks categorized as portfolio candidates in the period before the crisis of world oil prices, namely PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. (AALI) and PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk. (TBLA), while in the period after the crisis of world oil prices portfolio stocks cannot be established. The stock portfolio of plantation companies in the period before the crisis of wortd oil prices have a higher rate of return and performance index compared to after the crisis of world oil prices. Investors who want to invest in the stock market are advised to make a selection and form an optimal stock portfolio. Investors should observe the movement of stock prices if occur a crisis situation in the national and global levels.
