Botu","doi":"10.52846/bihpt.v27i63.16","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52846/bihpt.v27i63.16","url":null,"abstract":"Research was carried out during 2020-2022 period at SCDVV Drăgăşani and at the Wine Analysis Laboratory within Sâmbureşti Domains. The cultivars analyzed and studied were 'Negru vârtos', 'Novac', 'Cârlogancă' and 'Bikaver 13', from the national germplasm collection of the Drăgăşani unit. The first three cultivars are considered autochthonous and even local, the fourth is a Hungarian cultivar. These cultivars are valuable, which lend themselves best to the eco-pedological conditions of the wine-growing area. The qualities of the wines obtained from these cultivars were valued, through physical-chemical analyzes and statistical calculations, using indices such as mean, variance (s2), standard deviation (s) and the coefficient of variation (CV%), the aim being to obtain wines of the DOC type and GI and their promotion on the national and international wine market. Therefore, the wines from Drăgăşani continue their traditional performance even today, that of being present on the market with their famous and very good wines. The determination of the presented descriptors was done according to the O.I.V. (Office International of Vine and Wine) regulations and consisted in the preparation of ampelographic sheets of the hybrid elite for table grapes, recently obtained at the National Research and Development Institute for Biotechnologies in Horticulture Stefanesti Arges. The distance of plantation is 3.5 x 0.8 m. The research was conducted during the period of 2020 year. The tested agent was Prohexadion - calcium (product Regalis Plus), which was sprayed in different period. The first application of Regalis Plus at 2.5 and 1.25 kg/ha was apply at the end of flowering, when terminal shoots are 2 to 5 cm in length. Apply a second application of 1.25 and 0.75 kg/ha after the first an interval of 3-4 weeks. The third treatment was executed 3 weeks after the previous one in dose of 0.5 kg/ha, depending on growth conditions. During the research, it was studied the degree of fruit setting, their number in the crown, mean fruit weight, yield, the number of fruits formation and theirs type. Nour","doi":"10.52846/bihpt.v27i63.37","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52846/bihpt.v27i63.37","url":null,"abstract":"They were determined the physical and chemical properties, antioxidant capacity and mineral content of tropical fruit respectively: : passion fruit (Passiflora edulis), carambola (Averrhoa carambola), sweet pepino (Solanum muricatum), guava (Psidium guajava), goldenberry (Physalis peruviana) and goji berries (Lycium chinense. Fruits were purchased on the market from imports. It was found a wide variability concerning fruits size and weight by species. The fruit size index ranged from 9.24 in goji berries to 75.78 in sweet pepino. The individual fruit weight ranged between 0.45 g in goji berries to 208.7 g in sweet pepino. The highest content of dry matter was found in passion fruit (27.59%) and the lowest value was recorded in sweet pepino (5.93%). Also, in goji berries and goldenberry we found high values of dry matter content. It is found that all analyzed species contain appreciable amounts of polyphenols, ranging from 26 201 mg/ l equiv gallic acid in goldenberry fruits and 141.966 mg / l gallic acid equiv in goji berries. The fungal treatments were done with concentrations of 1 × 105, 1 x 107 and 1 x 109 conidia ml-1.. Seven days after treatment application, both Beauveria isolates induced a Tuta absoluta mortality above 80%, the best results being registered in case of combination between the use of B. pseudobassiana isolate at a concentration of 1 x 107 conidia ml-1 and the predator Arma custos. In such study, irrigation ratio (IR), irrigation number (IN), irrigation interval (II), irrigation duration (ID), irrigation water amount (I), fresh root yield (FRY), seasonal electricity consumption (SEC), seasonal labor cost (SLC), and water productivity, WP, were researched. In results, IR was calculated as 100% in research sites. IN and II were found as 9-12, and 7-20 day, respectively depending on characteristics of the irrigation systems. ID for each irrigation event in period of maximum vegetation cover was 5-6 h. The I values in whole crop growth cycles was between 623 mm and 864 mm with an average of 761 mm depending on sprinkler system designs. Average FRY was found as 90 t/ ha. WP varied from 9.7 kg/m3 to 13 kg/m3. SEC was calculated as 290 USD/ha and SLC was found as about 176 USD/ha. Although installation cost was 10% higher in permanent system than portable or movable or semi-portable sprinkler irrigation system, irrigation labor cost was notable better in permanent sprinkler irrigation system over portable and semi-portable sprinkler irrigation systems. The study clearly showed that Irrigation cost was maximum share within whole production costs. The results showed a positive effect of Reglalg on seed germination and seedling growth parameters, which were affected by HS conditions. The use of Reglalg to treat the seeds of maize hybrids before expose to HS, had a beneficial effect on the formation of seedling biomass due to an increase in the mass of endosperm translocated from seeds to these processes under the conditions of stress. Cioloca","doi":"10.52846/bihpt.v27i63.7","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52846/bihpt.v27i63.7","url":null,"abstract":"In the agro-climatic conditions from Brasov area in the years 2014-2015, within the National Institute of Research and Development for Potato and Sugar Beet Brasov, were studied variants with NPK complex fertilizers applied for basic fertilization for potato crop by broadcast after furrow and at soil preparation before sowing at sugar beet crop. The basic fertilization was supplimented on all variants with a second fertilization with different forms of nitrogen. These fertilization technologies are adapted to the cultivation conditions in order to reach the maximum production potential in terms of quantity and quality and with guaranteed profitability for the two crops. In the case of sugar beet, the production on fertilization variants was analyzed qualitatively, the sugar content being strongly influenced by the fertilizer combinations used.
