This research used quasi-experimental as a research method with a single group pretest-posttest research design. The observation was made twice in this research design that are done before the treatment and after the treatment. The observation that took before the treatment (O) is called pretest (initial test) and the observation that took after the observation is called post-test (final test). The difference or gai between initial test and final test are assumed to be the influence of the treatment. The result of this study suggest that inquiry learning based worksheet has an effect to improve the understading of science concepts with 0.68 N-Gain (Medium Category). It is important, therefore, to run a parenting program in integrating the perception of both school staffs and parents about the children. This paper aims to describe implementation of the program, an improving learning quality effort, and impact of the program on the learning quality in the Kingergarten At-Taufiqiyah, Bluto, Madura. This research indicates that the program works well in improving both learning quality and childrens‟ achievement mainly through the program of nurturing and guarding consisting of the physical-motorical, cognitive, moral-religiousity, emotional and social one. The improvement of learnig quality is performed through developing teachers capacity, providing sufficient learning facilities, enganging parents in the learning activity and understanding principles of early children learning. The research was conducted in the neighborhood of TK Mutiara Bangsa Surabaya with a population of 36 children and a sample of 20 children aged 4-5 years old. The sample technique was carried out through purposive sampling based on considerations that were already known by the researcher and the characteristics of the children that were known beforehand. The data collection of this research used the observation test instrument which was analyzed using statistical analysis with 2 designs: Pre-test and post-test and without the comparison/control group. The results of this research indicated that learning activeness after treatment or treatment with playing method, there was an effect of learning activeness with an average score of -9.50000. Also, based on the results of the t-test testing, it was known that the value of -26.456 with a significance of 0.000 (p l0.05) which means that there was a very significant effect between the method of playing on the learning activeness children aged 4-5 years old in TK Mutiara Bangsa Surabaya. There was a positive effect between playing method on learning activities of children aged 4-5 years old. Playing is the part of the child's soul without any compulsion. The active child does anything because of great curiosity, information, experience experimenting from playing and the teacher as facilitator. Through playing, it will be easier to optimize all aspects of child’s development, creating the next generation who are ready for changing times. This research use R&D research method that is supported by qualitative method. The result of this research is the development of Chilatic learning strategy. Chilatic learning strategy is the learning strategy that gives chance to children for getting the learning accompaniment individually by teacher. Syntax of Chilatic learning strategy starts from beginning activity, main activity , and ending activity, in this activity this strategy appear with pattern : 1) Giving explanation about activity , 2) learning contract with student , 3) giving permission to the student for free playing and calling one child for being accompanied individually  in doing the task , 4) if the  child who is being accompanied finish, child is being permitted for playing and call the other children until the end. Respondents in this study were 18 children from the group B PAUD Alfani in2017. The research method used is a model of Kemmis & Taggart spiral action research consisting of: (a) planning, (b) action and observation, and (c) reflection. Instruments used in this study are field notes, interviews, and documentation. Scores of understanding data on economic concepts in children are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The result of the data shows that the concept of learning in children increases from pre-cycle to first cycle and second cycle. Based on the observation of the action that has been done on the data given at the incidence rate 40.09%, and in the first cycle to 59.41% and then increased in the second cycle of 85.61%. This Interactive Multimedia is aimed for Kindergarten throughout West Sumatera. The used research type is so-called Research and Development (R & D). This developmental research used a model of Interactive Multimedia (IMM) development or those had been developed by Rob Philips (1997). This model consists of five steps those are analysis, design, development, evaluation, and implementation. It had resulted in the researcher to know more in terms of efforts in order that those children will change those with more polite language such as words of sorry, excuse me, thank, please help me and others according to situation and condition faced by them.
