In this regard, the natural desire of researchers to minimize measurement errors and noise is understandable. To solve this problem, when processing experimental data, it is necessary to use the approximation of the results, i.e. smoothing the curve data. This article provides a comparative analysis of some of the most effective smoothing algorithms based on data obtained experimentally using a laboratory benchmark with removable sensors MQ-135 and ME2-O2-F20. The mask is a 2D window sliding over the image and convolved with image fragments. We propose the model of a scalable 2D mask based on expanding smaller mask along its sides and edges. In this case, the submatrices remain unchanged, and the generation of new elements consists in repeating the elements of the submatrix, preserving the structure of the corner. To increase the efficiency of development, implementation and operation of such systems, the authors proposed to use a project management approach. Particular attention in the implementation of such projects is paid to the analysis of infocommunication interaction of the participants of such DIS. As a result of such analysis, large data sets were obtained, which required the use of modern methods of intelligent data processing.The structural scheme of interaction with the external environment at realization of infocommunication projects which is a conceptual model of research is offered. On the basis of this model and scheme the mathematical model for the analysis of the given parameters of interaction of participants of infocommunication projects at all stages of the begun project activity is offered. The algorithms developed by the authors ensured the modeling of the proposed models using software. The review includes methods of dynamic verification - testing and verification monitoring. Software verification support tools - jUnit (testing) and AppDynamics (monitoring) are analyzed. The classification of methods is based on the list of important features, such as functionality, performance, reliability, and ease of use. Colleges and universities are interested in prospective students, who can further acquire scholarships and other financial support from institutions and the government. Many factors allow admission committees to identify the applicants with better parameters, including student’s GPA, diplomas and exam results. The main and the most important exam for applicants in Kazakhstan the Unified National Testing (UNT), which is considered as the primary selection criteria for all national universities. Therefore, it is necessary for a student who takes a mock UNT exam to know in advance his chance to get admitted to universities. Prediction of the student’s enrollment is a critical topic for many applicants because it is not clear whether it is possible to be admitted to the university with certain results. The following work aims to utilize machine learning tools to statistically analyze the predictability of Kazakhstan student’s enrollment according to the different factors, including UNT results, GPA, research activity, and some other criteria. The main aim of the predictability of the student’s enrollment is to help students from Kazakhstan’s high schools to track the chance of being enrolled by national universities. Identifying the factors of competitiveness of construction companies can partially solve these problems. An important task for a company in the construction sector is to identify factors that will optimally allocate available resources, obtaining the maximum economic effect in the long run. Artificial intelligence and fuzzy logic can be useful for this type of problem. The article describes the problem statement, the scheme of its solution and the mathematical model of identifying the factors of strategic competitiveness of construction companies on the basis of data of construction contractors operating in the construction market of Ukraine. The article identifies the main factors that the company must pay special attention to if it wants to work successfully in the construction market.
