Recently established Astana IT University (AITU) adopted the national development strategy \"Digital Kazakhstan\" to serve better the needs of future graduates. AITU strives to become one of the leaders in higher education, which leads to new economy of Central Asia region. University’s online courses with the use of modern teaching methodologies are helping to support the digital economy of our country. Digital transformation affects labor market by making some professions obsolete and creating new ones. University offers contemporary courses in IT industry that are competitive in new economy. 世界各地的高等教育都在经历数字化转型。COVID-19和对教育系统最佳做法的需求增加加速了这一变化。竞争格局要求转换未来的能力和教学方法。最近成立的阿斯塔纳信息技术大学(AITU)采用了“数字哈萨克斯坦”的国家发展战略，以更好地满足未来毕业生的需求。力争成为引领中亚地区新经济的高等教育领跑者之一。大学的在线课程采用现代教学方法，有助于支持我国的数字经济。数字化转型通过淘汰一些职业和创造新的职业来影响劳动力市场。大学提供在新经济中具有竞争力的IT行业的现代课程。本文以AITU为例，分析了该方法的实施情况。
