The designed Fuzzy Logic Control model in the MATLAB concentrates on analysis of the external data, which are received from radar, Global Positioning System and various sensors. The purpose of the research is to reduce the amount of accidents due to aircraft landing assistance system and speed analysis of Boeing 747-100. To avoid an aviation accident, the landing speed of aircraft, the braking force, the rolling resistance, distance to obstacles and runway length are taken in to consideration. GPS-equipped buses can be considered as mobile sensors showing traffic flows on road surfaces. In this paper, we present an approach that predicts bus arrival time using historical bus GPS information and the real-time situation on the road. In this study, we divide bus arrival time into bus dwelling time at bus stops and bus travel time between stations and predict each of them separately. The clustering approach is used to predict the travel time between stations, and then for each cluster, we apply LSTM NN to predict walking time between stations. The latency at each bus stop we evaluate by historical dwelling time and using location analysis to find the importance of the bus stop as a point of interest during prediction time. It was found that for virtual currencies, in particular, for the cryptocurrency Bitcoin, there is a problem of uncontrolled money laundering. This is facilitated by pseudo-anonymization and the presence of illegal exchangers. In this paper, to solve this problem, the method of combining layers in convolutional neural networks is used, which is manifested in the stack layering.In CNN networks, convolutional and erecting layers are usually stacked in a stack, one above the other. The paper proposes a model of Bitcoin transaction analysis to identify anomalies related to money laundering. As such a model, it is proposed to take a combined method, which consists of the method of random forests, enhanced by information from the graph convolutional network, ie, embedded vertices. The list of tasks they solve includes actively monitoring blood glucose levels and monitoring physical activity, diet and insulin consumption. Recent advances in diabetes technology and self-management applications have made it easier for patients to access relevant data. In this paper, we analyze the congestion risks of Kazakhstani high-voltage transmission lines by applying the \"N-1 security\" assessment approach for peak annual consumption hour in the winter. The assessment is performed based on the power system model with detailed network topology assuming direct current load flow for optimal power flow approximation. The model is implemented in GAMS and serves as a core for iterative algorithms simulating potential failure of lines and corresponding topology changes. The results provide insights into possible outages up to maximum allowable permissible current in the transmission lines and criterion of the ability to maintain the stable operation of the power system in the event of a single line break. The proposed method provides the ability to find weak overloaded connections for decision-makers to reduce risks in critical areas and find preventive measures against cascading failures. It is an eye disease characterized by progressive loss of retinal ganglion cell (RGC) axons. Biomechanical factors are believed to play a central role in the RGC loss, whereas the specific mechanism remains unknown. Our goal is to propose a methodology to build patient specific ocular models to characterize the effect of intraocular (IOP) and intracranial pressure (ICP) on the optic nerve head (ONH). Optical coherence tomography (OCT) images of the eyes of six patients were obtained and three-dimensional models of the ONH region were reconstructed. These were further embedded into a generic cornea-scleral shell to create complete eye models. We used finite element analysis to determine the effects of elevated levels of IOP with varying levels of ICP on the ONH biomechanical environment. Maximum principal and shear strains were computed and used for assessing ONH damage. Therefore there is a need for tools that will help to overcome the problem of management and handling the Big Data in a quick manner. The primary goal of this work is to propose an efficient method for automatic text summarization by using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques. This research introduces an abrupt, easily understandable and uncomplicated implementation of this method via overusing Python programming language. Efficient performance is necessary in web search tasks where an enormous of unstructured data need to be summarized very quickly. The novelty of the work is that text summarization is implemented on Kazakh texts. Extractive summarization uses new, keywords focused, approach. Contribution of the work is manually created stop words used for text summarization specifically for Kazakh language and dataset constructed by scraping news from country’s largest international news portal www.inform.kz. The article defines the general requirements for the development of information technology to select potential partners for research and educational projects. Problems that need to be solved have also identified.
