Applications that can be created today were just a thought ten years ago and now they are becoming a reality. In the world of truly autonomous vehicles, UAVs should react on their own through some sort of external stimuli. It is through these external stimuli that the UAVs react and adjust their goal accordingly. These stimuli can be taken from various sensors on the craft but also can be given commands by a human. Coordination and cooperation in UAV groups also increasingly permit huge numbers of aircrafts to be processed by a single user. We are proposing the real-time algorithm that works possibly under communications, constraints, and other uncertainties and failures. On the basis of the microcontroller Arduino Uno developed an intelligent self-managing intelligent decision-making system, taking into account the basic parameters of the control system of the drone. In addition, in the modeling of the Arduino Uno microcontroller, an algorithm of inertial navigation systems based on the parameters of inclination, lateral and bending angles in flight was implemented and control codes were introduced. The theory of fuzzy logic was used to control the drone. A decision-making algorithm based on fuzzy logic has been developed, which allows real-time control of the drone's flight parameters. Intelligent drone control system has been developed the main elements of drone control have been presented in this paper. The program code is implemented for the Arduino UNO debug board and tested in the Proteus environment. The developed unmanned drone has the ability to quickly maneuver and avoid obstacles. Experiments with an unmanned drone were conducted in the summer. These experiments were carried out at extreme speeds of up to 100 km/h, on a windless day. In addition, the drone was equipped with a portable camera of 3 megapixels. The images were taken at an altitude of 300 meters. The system identifies the location of the mobile device by connecting INS (Inertial Navigation System) data with RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) data. The navigation system uses two types of data: the data obtained from the INS is more accurate over a short period of time, but the probability of error increases over time, at which point the RSSI based position area estimate is considered limited positioning accuracy. As a result, the Kalman filter has improved the accuracy of the system. The concept of building an indoor navigation system using data from a Wi-Fi wireless network is considered, the algorithms,mechanisms, and technological aspects of the system implementation are described, and the implementation of such a system is demonstrated. Algorithms of internal navigation systems are proposed. From the action-entropy concept, the specificity of the \"infodemic-pandemic\" systems is that each project forms a certain contribution to the formation and dynamics of action entropy. According to this concept, \"infodemic-pandemic\" is considered as a system that exchanges biological resources, action and information with the environment, which determines the presence of informational (structural) entropy and action entropy. Moreover, the latter is the result of the existing order in the organization which is determined by the structure and implementation of business processes. The action-entropy concept operates with such categories as \"action\", \"entropy\", \"free action\", \"dissipation\" and allows using action-entropy to assess the state and dynamics of the \"infodemic-pandemic\" systems. This study presents the universal formalization of action entropy for various organizations and its expression for project-oriented organizations. The action entropy of organizations is determined by information entropy, total action and the ratio of the achieved level of action efficiency to the \"ideal\" level. The relationship between action entropy and informational (structural) entropy of project-oriented organizations is established. It is determined that when adding a new project to the current totality, the organization must ensure a balance between the growth of uncertainty (information entropy) and action efficiency. The method of \"decomposition\" of the total action entropy of the \"infodemic-pandemic\" systems is presented in the form of the sum of local action entropy for projects and programs. The effect of adding a new project to the structure of the \"infodemic-pandemic\" systems on its integrated action entropy is investigated. The results obtained represent a mathematically sound scientific judgment that expresses the future state of the studied indicator. Calculated calculations are based on the algorithm for finding estimates of the coefficients of the regression equation. Methods of statistical analysis of the obtained regression equation are applied. The mathematical analysis of calculations of possible trajectories of development of the factor attribute for the mid-term period of the lead is carried out.
