Calculation of the competitiveness factors of international educational programs of Shanghai Transport University and Weihai Vocational College

Abstract

Modeling principles used different combinations of the Petri net and cognitive modeling. The difficulty of choosing a strategic alternative in a dynamic situation is occurring during usage of the system dynamics method as the main tool in internal and external uncertainty.As a result of calculations - with a high level of teacher qualifications and a rating from Shanghai Transport University, the rise of tuition fee does not significantly affect the number of future students.The results suggest that in order to attract more funds for China's typical colleges by raising fees for educational services for joint international programs, it is first necessary to invest in the training of their professors, involve experts with an international name and work on improving the rating.
