Therefore, this paper, based on the multiliteracy theory, aims to explore the teaching framework in the academic writing class. After the description of each teaching procedure in details including situated practice, overt instruction, critical framing and transformed practice, this study reveals that the use of multiliteracies pedagogy helps to solve many problems such as students’ lack of the abilities of critical thinking and innovation. Additionally, the application of multiliteracies pedagogy conduces to cultivate students’ multiliteracy abilities, especially the language literacy, culture literacy, critical thinking literacy and technique literacy. The use of this theory in class also adapts to Ecology of Education. In addition, the most important approaches, which is called the total quality management approaches, would be identified in the quality management in universities. This paper proceeded with studies of famous Chinese scenic area Wuyishan City in order to analyze the present development of tourism in Wuyishan, in particular the advantages of B&B development from the perspective of local traffic condition, natural environment and historical background, as well as the actuality of B&B development and existing issues in Wuyishan from the perspective of infrastructure, management and environment, putting forward opinions and suggestions on B&B development in Wuyishan in terms of management, demand, marketing and pricing. The development of B&B tourism in Wuyishan, as part of lodging industry, helps create new tourism products for its tourism development. However, the alternation and development of Wuyishan B&B are still beset with lots of problems, which need to be jointly resolved by the Wuyishan government and B&B operators. As for what does matter to B&B development in Wuyishan, it is imperative to develop a set of B&B management measures and put forward opinions on infrastructure improvement, combine Wuyishan B&B with the local tourism resources and historical cultural characteristics, and develop uniquely attractive high-quality B&B products. Besides, widespread propaganda could be conducted on the strength of new media, to enable Wuyishan B&B, as a highlight of travel in Wuyishan, to help further raise the profile of Wuyishan. Taking the professional course of the civil engineering for example, some critical teaching problems existed in the modern Chinese higher education class were analyzed deeply, such as interaction between students and teacher, evaluation methods of the professional course, optimization of course contents, and cultivation of students’ creative thinking. This paper selects \"HuiYi ZhiXuan\" series of structured wealth management products issued by HSBC as a case to study its pricing and risks. In terms of pricing, introducing time-varying volatility, using the GARCH(1,1) model to describe the price fluctuations of the underlying asset, and through the Monte Carlo simulation method on the basis of discounted cash flow, it is found that the product has a certain degree of pricing deviation; In terms of risk, the VaR method is used to quantify the market risk of the product and it is found that the product has higher risk, rational investors should choose carefully.
