This competition appears along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, encourage a wide range of changes in the world system, either directly or indirectly. In the business world such as the system changes, the system in trading, marketing, transaction and information delivery method will change. The existence of a sophisticated technology with the Internet network facilitates direct interaction between consumers and businesses. And along with the development of increasingly sophisticated internet and spacious, businesses are now choosing a marketing strategy by utilizing the Internet to communicate, provide information and promote their business to the public or consumers. Research aims to study whether there is influence of the Effect of Viral Marketing, Promotions, Discounts and Store Atmosphere Purchase Decision (Case Study on Shoes Holic Veteran Padang), The method of determining the planned sample in this research is purposive sampling and observation data obtained 200 as a sample. The data used are primary data Year 2018. Observation of this study using multiple linear regression. The population of this study were all employees of Universitas Negeri Padang who were civil servants with a total sample of 195 respondents. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that interpersonal justice and non-physical environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Then, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on deviant workplace behavior, and interpersonal justice has a significant negative effect on deviant workplace behavior, but the non-physical work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on deviant workplace behavior. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Branch of Padang. This research aimed to find:1) the influence of satisfaction on tangibles for the customer loyality, 2) the influence of satisfaction on reliability for the customer loyality, 3) the influence of satisfaction on responsiviness for the customer loyality, 4) the influence of satisfaction on assurance for the customer loyalty, 5) the influence of satisfaction on empathy for the customer loyality. This research is causative study with a population totally are 21.528 respondents. The withdraw of the sampling method is using Accidental Sampling method, with total of sample are 156 respondents. Primary data was collected through polls using Likert Scale model that has been tested validity and reliability. Data analysis technique that was used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of research are:1) there is a positive and significant impact of satisfaction on the tangibles for the customer loyality, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of satisfaction on the reliability for the customer loyality, 3) the satisfaction on the responsiviness has no significant effect for the customer loyalty, 4) the satisfaction on the assurance has no significant effect for the customer loyalty, 5) the satisfaction on the empathy has no significant effect for customers loyalty at PT Bank Bukopin, Tbk. This accounting computer module was purposed the students could learn independently. At this time, the students’ self-regulated learning was very low. The students were very dependent on the teacher. This research purposed to know how the effects of using the accounting computer module and self-regulated learning toward the students’ learning result and then, to know the interaction in using the accounting computer module with self-regulated learning. The method of this research was quasi experiment. This research aims to investigate the relationship between halal tourism (Islamic facilities, Halal, general Islamic morality, and alcohol and gambling free) and service quality towards the hotel brand image in Padang. The population in this study were tourists who visited the city of Padang and stayed at the hotel. This study used 75 respondents as the samples. The analysis was carried out by using SPSS software. The findings show that halal tourism has a significant influence on brand image of hotels in Padang. Service quality is also a significant antecedent of Brand image. The research instrument used in the form of a questionnaire. A type of the research is causative. The study population was all people at Padang city. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Total sample size of 300 people. The data used are primary and secondary obtained by distributing questionnaires to selected people. The analytical method used is descriptive and inductive structural equation modeling.
