This research used quantitative and qualitative approach with descriptive method and rely on data collection technique from spreading questionnaire, observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis techniques used description analysis techniques. The population in this study were teachers who were given additional task as vice principal at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) 1 Serang, student and parents in class VIII as representative respondents. Processing and data analysis was done gradually, along with the emergence and development of information input from research subjects. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan ( field research ) dengan pendekatan kualitatif perspektif naturalistik ( naturalistic inquiry ). Penelitian ini berlangsung di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlotul Muslimin Undaan Kudus. Adapun pertimbangan untuk memilih lokasi ini, karena merupakan lembaga pendidikan swasta yang memiliki peserta didik yang relative stabil pada setiap tahun ajaran baru, juga karena kemudahan akses untuk melakukan penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga teknik, yaitu: (1) Wawancara mendalam (indepth inteview); (2) Observasi partisipan (participant observation); dan (3) Studi dokumentasi (study of documentation) . Dalam melakukan analisis data, peneliti melakukan analisis model interaktif yang dipelopori oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu: (1) Reduksi data, (2) Penyajian data, dan (3) Penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa manajemen strategik yang dilakukan adalah, pertama dalam kegiatan PPDB dilakukan secara bersama dengan Madrasah Tsanawiyah karena satu yayasan. Kedua , murid kelas IX diberi kemudahan apabila mau melanjutkan ke MA, seperti proses pendaftaran, peluang beasiswa dan lain-lain. The research method used is Action Research. The research subjects were obtained by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection was done through observation, in-depth interviews, field notes, and documents, as well as questionnaired.The data were analyzed by using  descriptive statistics which were presented in tables, percentages,and diagram. Nowadays, cognitive learning outcome of Astronomy is less satisfactory, it is caused by the incompability of learning models. The use of learning models is still conventional and not constructive. It produce passive learners and unable to build their own knowledge. Therefore, a constructive learning model in Astronomy is crucial. This research employs qualitative method with documentation technique by combining some sources of expert in the field constructivist learning models. The result of this study was to find an approprioriate learning model for Astronomy. The results reveal that Codacc Learning is a learning model intended to make learners that are able to develop their own understanding with discovery, active, cooperative, and contextual learning. The steps of implementing Codacc Learning are developed through some strategies. Altruisme ditandai dengan kesediaan untuk menolong orang lain tanpa mengharapkan imbalan. Altruisme perlu dibudayakan di kalangan siswa melalui penerapan iklim sekolah islami. Iklim sekolah  sendiri merupakan persepsi warga sekolah terhadap suasana yang terjadi di sekolah. Sejumlah penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim sekolah yang positif akan berkaitan dengan meningkatnya tingkah laku altruisme. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap sebuah sekolah setingkat SMA dengan metode kualitatif. Sebanyak tiga orang menjadi sumber informasi dari penelitian ini. In value education there are various approaches, one of which is the value analysis approach. Learning strategies of value analysis in the learning of Islamic Cultural History feature stories and stories. The research method used is experimental research. The results of this study indicate that the control class that does not use the learning strategy of value analysis can be seen from the mean value (average) which is 89.04, including the low category. Then, the experimental class that uses the learning strategy of value analysis can be seen from the mean (average) which is 112.57 including the medium category. The test results of the control class and experimental class can be seen from the value of sig. After conducting an interview with the school principal, it turns out that students experience and feel how a teacher is carrying out learning, Class V in MIN 10 Ciamis student grades are above the KKM as a whole with an average of 84.59. Therefore research is needed regarding the effect of teacher performance in the implementation of learning. The purpose of this study is: to determine the performance of teachers in the implementation of learning the subjects of Qur'an-Hadith class V at MIN 10 Ciamis, to determine student learning achievements in subjects Qur'an-Hadith class V at MIN 10 Camis, to find out the effect of teacher performance in the implementation of learning on student achievement in the subjects of the Koran class V in Hadith 10 Ciamis. To get the data of this study, the authors used a descriptive correlational method with a quantitative approach and used data collection techniques with observation, distributing questionnaires to 39 respondents, interviews and documentation studies.
