The travel experience stories of bloggers written through blogs contributed to the initial introduction and impact of other travel planning tours. It can also be used as a reference by tourism agents. However, the travel experience stories of these bloggers have not been structured as themes and memorable experiences. Whereas the core product of the tourism business is a memorable experience. In the perspective of narrative paradigm theory (NPT), a story or narrative is successful as a human communication capable of forming meaning, if it has coherence and truth. . Therefore, this study aims to reveal the narrative structure told by bloggers. So that the meaning and theme of the cultural tourism experience can be understood as a memorable experience. This study uses a qualitative approach with narrative paradigm theory (NPT). The research data as the unit of analysis was collected from the narrative stories of bloggers published on weblogs. Meanwhile, the principle of the grounded theory approach is aimed at uncovering the narrative themes of bloggers. The results of the study explain the narrative of bloggers in cultural tourism that is told through blog pages as narrative rationales because there is coherence and truth so that they form meaning as a positive, enjoyable, and satisfying experience. The category of cultural tourism that bloggers often visit is the category of cultural heritage, such as museums, temple sites, and old buildings, as well as local or traditional villages. The results of this study also found that a series of blogger narratives formed the theme of memorable experiences through cultural tourism, such as spirituality, intellectual national identity, and local uniqueness. Overall this research reveals, the rational structure of the narrative in the blogger's narrative explains the meaning of an impressive experience in cultural tourism as a positive, pleasant, and memorable view that tourists remember after visiting a destination that is categorized as cultural tourism, retold in the form of a story. Various studies explain the relationship of employee engagement with leadership and employee satisfaction factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and employee satisfaction on fostering employee engagement. The research instrument used questionnaires as a data-gathering tool. About 77 travel agency employees participated as respondents based on accidental sampling techniques. Data analysis used SEM-PLS with Smart PLS software. The results showed that leadership affects employee satisfaction and engagement. Leadership having fair behavior and being accommodative to the employees’ needs and interests will foster employee satisfaction, which ultimately affects employees engagement. In its development, the homestay business in West Sumatra has not yet achieved the best performance. The orientation of homestay owners to the market (consumers and competitors) and technology are aspects that are not yet clearly implemented, while these two aspects are needed in achieving business performance. This study aims to determine how market orientation and technology are applied by homestay owners. To achieve this goal, the perceptions of 104 homestay owners were collected through questionnaires distributed online and offline. The collected data was then analyzed descriptively. The results show that homestay owners in West Sumatra have implemented market orientation by making customer satisfaction the main goal of running a business and evaluating it regularly. Homestay owners in West Sumatra are also mutually supportive and responsive to competition. This research is using a quantitative approach with a survey questionnaire as a tool for data collection using a Likert scale to measure tourists’ perception of 5 aspects namely: attraction, amenities, accessibility, image, price, tourist satisfaction on the 5 priority tourist destinations in Kotabaru district. This research combine marketing and development strategy investigation by using demography and tourists’ perception analysis of those 5 aspects. Local gastronomy is one of the potentials that can be cultivated. Local cuisine has evolved into a driving force in enticing tourists to a destination. The goal of this research is to better understand the consumption habits of local food tourists. A food tourism framework is defined in this study, which includes culinary attribute, culinary experience, and culinary atmosphere. A total of 337 people who participated in a cuisine tour in Cirebon were surveyed to test the framework that has been built. Data was processed using descriptive statistical methods, followed by cross analysis using the Independent Sample T-Test on measurement results that had been adjusted to the respondents' attributes. The data demonstrate a strong response to culinary attribute, culinary experience, and culinary atmosphere. This research provides practitioners and stakeholders with a new perspective on what should be a concern in the development of culinary tourism in Cirebon. This purpose was set since the sustainability of tourism development is something important, so it requires support from the community. The data used are primary data collected through a survey in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were the people of Indonesia, while the sample was determined by using a simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is PLS-SEM considering the suitability of these techniques with research objectives. Keunggulan sector pariwisata, budaya, dan pertanian menjadi potensi untuk dikelola secara kolaborasi dengan konsep ekowisata di salah satu destinasi prioritas Kabupaten Tanggamus yang sudah cukup dikenal masyarakat umum yaitu Air Terjun Way Lalaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni-September di Kabupaten Tanggamus dengan metode observasi lapang, wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Selanjutnya analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dari data yang ada, jumlah kunjungan dalam kurun waktu 4 tahun (2016-2019) mengalami peningkatan namun masih jauh di bawah target, terlebih dengan adanya wabah covid-19 yang mempengaruhi minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung, sehingga dibutuhkan strategi untuk meningkatkan permintaan kunjungan ke Way Lalaan. Kawasan ini telah dikenal sejak zaman kerajaan, menciptakan kepercayaan, sejarah dan budaya turun-temurun yang dijaga oleh masyarakat sekitar, lalu menjadi daya tarik sendiri bagi destinasi ini. Potensi unggulan berupa 2 buah air terjun yang tidak pernah berhenti mengalir karena sekaligus sebagai sumber irigasi masyarakat dari mata air di pegunungan Tanggamus. Keseluruhan potensi ini mampu menjadi materi untuk disampaikan kepada wisatawan melalui Storynomic Tourism untuk meningkatkan minat wisatawan dengan keunikan konten destinasi melalui cerita adat, tradisi, kuliner, dan budaya. Desa ini diberi label sebagai “desa kebangsaan”. Label tersebut tidak muncul begitu saja. Wonorejo memiliki masyarakat yang sangat pluralistik. Di sana tinggal tiga agama, yaitu Islam, Kristen, dan Hindu. Karena telah mencerminkan “Bhinneka Tunggal Ika” Indonesia, mereka hidup di sana dengan rukun dan tingkat toleransi yang sangat tinggi. Wonorejo dengan demikian menjadi tujuan wisata reguler, terutama bagi orang-orang yang mencintai alam. Tapi, desa ini bukannya tanpa masalah. Ada beberapa kendala yang kami temukan adalah dalam pengelolaan pariwisata mereka. Menggunakan observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian kami menemukan celah yang ada ini. Masalah mereka terdiri dari kurangnya manajemen kolektif, pembangunan yang tidak merata, dan krisis kepemimpinan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan ABCD (asset-based community development), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memberikan alternatif solusi atas permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Hal ini menarik untuk diteliti terkait respon warganet lesehan Malioboro dan pengaruhnya terhadap pariwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan interpretasi netnografi. Peneliti membatasi pencarian tweet atau cuitan dengan keyword “lesehan Malioboro” dari tanggal 25 Mei 2021 sampai tanggal 25 Juni 2021. Menyebarnya berita terkait lesehan Malioboro membuat berita ini semakin ramai diperbincangkan dan mendapatkan berbagai respon baik itu respon positif maupun respon negative. Pemerintah kota DIY Paguyuban Pedagang Lesehan Malioboro meminta maaf terkait hal ini dan menindaklanjuti dengan menutup lesehan tersebut. Pengguna media sosial Twitter membenarkan bahwasanya makan di lesehan Malioboro mahal dan menyarankan untuk menghindari makan di lesehan Malioboro. Paguyuban membuat kesepakatan terkait harga makanan yang di jual di lesehan Malioboro. Dengan standar harga yang sudah disepakati, maka wisatawan tidak perlu khawatir untuk makan di lesehan Malioboro.
