Collaborative economy at the level of the European Union: State and perspectives 欧盟层面的合作经济:现状与前景

Given the strong influence on shaping future labor market policies, labor relations, education and training, as well as digitalization, there is no doubt that the collaborative economy is one of the hot topics on today's political agenda, not just in Europe, but worldwide. It could be freely said that the collaborative economy in the European Union is a very current topic and numerous discussion papers are circulating about it, which all point to the general conclusion that this new model has not been developed in a meaningful way in this part of the world. In that sense, the primary goal of this paper is to analyze the mechanism of functioning of the collaborative economy, with special emphasis on the possibilities and limitations of its development at the EU level, applying scientific methods of systematization and analysis. The paper shows that the collaborative economy has not yet experienced its full valorization at the EU level, and at the same time presents conclusions and recommendations regarding its development potential in this part of the world. The paper suggests that the European Union has a positive attitude towards the collaborative economy, considering it an opportunity, not a threat, although there is a huge space for further economic expansion of this business model (in terms of employment, growth, competitiveness, sustainability and transition to the circular economy), as well as for a substantial shift in the field of its regulation in order to avoid serious bifurcation. The purpose of this study is to determine the position of the company based on the SWOT results and the sequence of alternative strategies found on QSPM. The stages of this research were to make observations at PT.X to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the snail product. The results obtained by the company lie in quadrant II with a suitable strategy to increase resistance to reduce the danger that comes, while the order of the choice of method is first to strengthen cooperation with new collectors, second to improve quality better than competitors, third to plan delivery schedules if the volume of demand increases. It is an important unit to control coal supply. Recently, PLTU PJB UPJ O&M Paiton uses coal from many suppliers. That suppliers can be devided in two qualities based on they calorific values, which low rank and high rank. Multi supplier can affect instability of boiler performance if the coal supply to boiler didn’t managed properly. The blending process between high rank coal and low rank coal had been done to solve that problem, but unwanted mixing between supplier still can be happened if there is not proper management in the coal yard.The solution offered to solve the problem is by making design lost to district from actual system, So that, it is necessary to ascertain how the impact of lost to system in CHP. Simulation method is used to know that impact. Yudoko","doi":"10.21776/UB.JEMIS.2020.008.02.4","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21776/UB.JEMIS.2020.008.02.4","url":null,"abstract":"As the frequency, severity, and costs of safety risks continue to become a challenge for mining industry, the company understood that the existing safety analytic does not provide adequate information, as it has been relying predominantly on collecting and evaluating aggregated data of lagging indicators about past accidents. This method has been negatively driving the organization to carry out repetitive cycle of accident analysis and problem solving, and therefore, undertaking reactive responses. This paper investigated how statistical process control, in particular control charts, can be applied to hazards data, as the leading indicator of accidents, to detect statistically trends in safety process and safety behavior, aiming to control the safety process in real-time manner before the occurrence of accidents. The result showed that the latest iteration of control limits development in Phase 3 is suitable as the control chart for safety process in one of case study mine operation site. Tutuko","doi":"10.21776/UB.JEMIS.2020.008.02.1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21776/UB.JEMIS.2020.008.02.1","url":null,"abstract":"This study has reported the effects of different formulation ratio between recycled high density polyethylene (r-HDPE) and recycled polypropylene (r-PP) into the resulted mechanical, thermal and morphological properties of r-HDPE/r-PP polymeric blends. About five (5) different formulation ratio of r-HDPE/r-PP have been prepared and tested. The best combination ratio between r-HDPE and r-PP was determined in this work. It was found that the 70/30 wt.% of r-HDPE/r-PP blend possessed an outstanding mechanical and physical strength. About 59.80% and 2.30% of positive improvement in comparison to 0/100 wt.% of r-HDPE/r-PP was achieved for both of tensile strength and hardness, respectively. Interestingly, for 70/30 wt.% of r-HDPE/r-PP blend had also experienced major increased in their elongation at break up to 473%. The fracture morphological behavior of the tested samples that were observed via SEM observation, had established the interaction between the structure and properties of produced r-HDPE/r-PP blends, especially on the miscibility state between the r-HDPE and r-PP phases. Thermal evaluation by using the DSC had confirmed the partial miscibility state due to dominant peak shifting at 120 - 140°C and obvious melting peak reduction pattern. The need and ever-growing desire for refrigerator products is not just to condition food or drinks or other goods so that the condition remains fresh or controlled at a certain temperature. The method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) by capturing customer voice (VOC). With this method the consumer voice obtained is then translated into product technical requirement in the development of new products. In this study the products studied were 2-door refrigerator products types that were suitable for the needs of consumers with a small number of families with consumer routines activities. The results of the study it was found that, there are 3 big points of the 2-door refrigerator products that consumers want that rapid freezing time, low prices, and low electricity consumption. The main intention of repair welding is by providing a cure for existing welding defects during initial stages or weld deterioration during their services that can increase the service lives or performance of components. Repair welding is a better choice as compared to replacing the parts because it is a more economical, faster and reliable method to make a part come back to its services when failure of the parts is identified. In this study, the effect of welding parameters on tensile properties of AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel pipes was investigated. The best set of parameters was suggested by using Taguchi method as the design of experiment and analysis. Results showed that the optimum set of parameters for achieving highest ultimate tensile strength (UTS) values was when arc current, arc voltage and welding at 160 A, 22 V and 50 mm/min, respectively. On the other hand, the optimum set of parameters for achieving highest elongation percentage was when arc current, arc voltage and welding speed at 160 A, 22 V and 40 mm/min. Based on the optimum set of parameters, the repetitive welding to replicate a repairing process was performed. It was evidenced that the UTS showed an increasing trend up to the second repair (RW2) before decreased after the third repair (RW3). The highest value of UTS obtained at second repair (RW2) was 525.51 MPa. The repair welding has caused dynamic changed in the microstructure of the weldment. However, the efficiency of the organization can be easily assessed from the organization’s performance output compared to the set targets while other dimensions act as addon catalysts in maximizing productivity. Hence, the measurement of the overall output of the organization as well as all its departments in any organizational hierarchy becomes very critical. A novel quantitative measurement methodology of the organizational output combining mathematical and statistical modeling on the bottoms-up approach is developed and explained in this paper. It is expected that the use of dynamic and able-bodied work force can increase the quality of the industrial products and it is also necessary to strengthen the economy. More importantly, the contribution to labour force has a crucial importance for public welfare. At this stage, since the role of young women in the total labour force is not considered sufficiently, this study concentrates on the determination of the relative effect of women labour force. For this purpose, first the youth employment is considered as a complex quantity; along with the real component (young men), the contribution of young women is treated as the imaginary component. By using the data derived from 20 different domains (sectors), the problem is stated as a complex value problem and a measurement uncertainty analysis is utilized. The measurement uncertainty of the complex quantity (employment) is expressed by a region in the complex plane. Finally, a confidence ellipse at 95% confidence level is produced. (VI. 13.) - which was a final result of a 2-year-long teamwork on the overall preparation, resource management and other return analysis calculations. The construction began in 2017, after which the first phase was finished in 2018 - as it was previously planned - while the final date for development is scheduled for the end of 2020. The current paper will outline the future alternatives for the proving ground in the field of the possible operation and return on investment performance from the strategic side.
