Further, the concept of entrepreneurship has been argued as the important factor in overall economic growth. As youth unemployment rates are high both in developing and developed countries, improving the environment for entrepreneurial activities is a necessity as to increase youth entrepreneurship potential. In this paper, the results of ten-year research on youth entrepreneurship are reviewed. In this study 5670 participants – high school students, and university students from the Republic of Serbia, took part. Also, other literature sources were analyzed. The main goal of this paper was identify and determine the potential influence of students’ attitudes regarding entrepreneurship and their intention to start a business. The paper analyzes the existing body of literature in order to provide a thoroughly investigated and concisely presented “image” in the domain of youth entrepreneurship. Construction companies are experiencing large financial deficits because of managers failing to audit and monitor project risks. The purpose of this study was to examine whether the utilization of risk audit correlates with project success in construction projects. An electronic survey instrument was used to collect data from a sample of 50 construction project managers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas in the United States. Spearman's rho correlational analysis and simple logistic regressions were used to examine the relationship between risk audit and project success. The results of this study indicated that there is a positive and significant association between risk audit and project success in terms of schedule performance, cost performance, customer satisfaction, and business success. One of the recommendations presented in this study was to expand the study to developing countries to see whether the findings from the study remain the same. We highlight the features of those improvements clearly visible in the field of e-learning, and we also deal with the accepted fact that modern e-learning systems offer much wider functionality than those of previous years. We have examined the status of e-learning in Hungary on a number of occasions, and, on the basis of those projects, we conducted our most recent empirical research in 2017. Our experiences show that e-learning has still neither managed to spread widely nor become a frequently used tool in the country. One of the root causes might be the lack of motivation. Although, we did observe some progress, in comparison with our earlier studies, this was modest. Globalization, market growth, and industrialization lead to increasingly negative impacts on the natural environment. Socially responsible business is a concept of which the company pays attention to achieving growth and development, and also to cooperate with employees, locals, consumers, business associates, and society as a whole. This paper presents the results of a pilot study conducted on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, Autonomous Province Vojvodina. 53 companies, with over 250 employees, participated in the research. In the US, the Research & Development cost to revenue ratio averages 3.5% but reaches even higher levels of up to 40%. Research & Development applies scientific methods with iterative and cyclical processes through which information is constantly updated and replaced, using the Experimenting (Design of experiments, DOE). The experimenting is an empirical way to arbitrate competing models or hypotheses in order to test existing theories or new hypotheses. The experimenting not only contains the design as it is commonly thought but includes the sequential stages: creating designs, analyzing and constructing the plans of the experiments, optimizing the plans of the experiments and optimizing the response of the experiments. Experimental designs include different types, but today, factor designs, responsive surface designs, mixture design, and Taguchi designs are mostly used. Through their proper use, the desired level of quality can be achieved and then continuously improved. Kaizen implementation could be of particular significance. This paper covers a survey done at a large multinational company supply chain (sample size 200 companies) and analyses the application of Kaizen and contextual and performance variables using correlation analyses. Survey results showed that the implementation of Kaizen in the company increases performance indicators, especially in the area of quality. A t-test was applied to compare individual entrepreneurial orientation dimensions, achievement dimension, and theory of planned behaviour dimensions (including entrepreneurship intention dimension). The analysis also encompassed gender as the subject's control variable. The main conclusions are 1. Risk-taking dimension, Proactiveness, and Achievement have statistically significantly higher average values for employees than for students. Students have statistically significantly higher average values of the following dimensions: Personal attitude, Subjective norm, and Entrepreneurial intention. Dimensions Innovativeness and Perceived behavioural control are equally present in both students and employees. 2. Results for female students and female employees show identical results as for the total sample. Results for male students and male employees differentiate in that the male employees' attitudes toward entrepreneurship remain high even though they have a job. 3. The highest values for Personal attitude and Entrepreneurial intention dimensions are achieved by male students, and thereafter by female students, male employees, and the lowest by female employees. 4. Two additional control variables are introduced into the research: Gender and Age of the respondents. The survey included 265 respondents employed in organizations in Serbia (88.3%) and surrounding countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia). Remote employees show stronger organizational commitment and trust at work than conventional employees. This applies to the following four dimensions: organizational identification, faith in intentions of peers, confidence in actions of peers and confidence in actions of management. At the same time, the overall sample shows that the degree of engagement at work, as well as the degree of loyalty to the organization, does not depend on the way they work (conventionally or remotely). However, male teleworkers have a very low level of organizational loyalty and it will not be a problem for them to leave their current job if they are offered a better position at another organization. Older teleworkers exhibit statistically significantly greater confidence in management intentions than younger teleworkers. Leaders and managers in conventional organizations should be aware of the potential for employees to experience a decline in organizational identification and confidence in peers and managers.
