As a modern work practice, it became popular in recent years but abruptly developed in the last two years with the COVID 19 pandemic when a large number of companies were forced to perform remotely resulting in challenges. This research aims to examine how mental health can affect work performance in teleworking employees. The sample holds 134 respondents conventionally and remotely employed in Serbia who were interviewed using the CES-D self-assessment scale, with 20 questions measuring depressive symptomatology. This study demonstrates the connection between the methods of work and the mental state and their influence on work results. Teleworkers in Serbia show higher values of depression than conventional employees which can negatively affect their work performance. The modern business environment is characterized by the fourth industrial revolution - Industry 4.0. The role of technology is increasing, and the pandemic accelerated the application of information-communication technologies and the need for sustainable development and sustainable business. These changes and the global economic challenges point towards entrepreneurship as an important driver of technology development, innovation, and overall economic growth. Entrepreneurship and youth entrepreneurship can positively affect economic development. It reduces unemployment rates, increases the standard of living, and supports economic growth. In this paper, a youth entrepreneurship model for sustainable business growth is developed. The goal was to identify influencing factors on youth entrepreneurship development and sustainable business. The research approach included a thorough analysis of available data and analysis of the existing body of literature in the domain of entrepreneurship, youth entrepreneurship, sustainable development, Industry, and Industry 5.0. The findings indicate that youth entrepreneurship is influenced by a wide array of factors, most notably age, close social environment, attitudes, and awareness of incentive means. Furthermore, the developed model provides a significant insight into what major factors and sub-factors can affect youth entrepreneurship and sustainable business. It can be concluded that entrepreneurial education, a stimulating environment, and an entrepreneurial economy can significantly influence youth entrepreneurship and sustainable business growth. It is extremely important for young people to start saving for their future as soon as possible in the type of life insurance. The main objective of this paper is what proportion of young people already have insurance or are already thinking about it and why not. We were also interested in what the decisive factors are that make young people decide to buy insurance and why not. As techniques for comparison of entrepreneurs and employees are significant for analysis of positive correlations between the determinants, we used 36 independent samples and 210 individuals. The findings reveal that: (1) The results of the research confirmed the existence of a statistically significant positive correlation between the determinants of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on one hand, and the work of entrepreneurs, on the other; (2) The results of the survey compare the relationship between entrepreneurs and employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment, adding a significant increase in the importance of the construct; (3) Entrepreneurship has a relative correlation in relation to job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, and thus increases the scope of tasks and efficiency of entrepreneurs; (4) Entrepreneurs show dominance over employee satisfaction and organizational commitment, when they predict the success of a group or organization and organizational civic behavior. Taking into account the importance of performance measurement in business, management and accounting we have conducted a bibliometric analysis in this area in the Scopus database. Our analysis covers the first 1,000 journal published articles with most citations and the period is 42 years (1978-2019). We provide analysis and visualization on distribution of articles per year, top journals, most cited articles, top authors, country-co-authorship as well as in depth keywords co-occurrence analysis by mining the abstracts. Tutmez","doi":"10.5937/jemc2102115t","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/jemc2102115t","url":null,"abstract":"The focus was on the pollution problem in Serbia and the relationships between CO2 emitted into air from industries and air quality indicators such as particulate matters (PM2.5, PM10), nitrogen and sulfur oxides (NOx, SOx), and volatile organic compounds were analyzed. To identify the dependencies, both parametric and nonparametric statistical learning-based evaluation algorithms were taken into consideration. Both the model structures produced satisfactory estimations with high accuracy levels. As a result of the model interpretation, PM2.5 has been recorded as the main indicator to explore the variability in CO2 concentrations. The implementations exhibited that interpretable machine learning can provide meta-data and sufficient information for making blackbox air quality system more explainable. The most common option to overcome this situation is reengineering of existing software systems, which can be perform in different ways and with different outcomes. One of the recent most popular approaches is migration to microservices architectures, which makes distribution of software functionalities in small and independent units possible. Each unit, called microservice is self-contained and independent, which makes system manipulation and modification easier. Several methods for migration to microservice architecture have recently been proposed. This article presents a review of methods for migrating existing systems towards microservices. In addition, this article presents software artifacts affected by migration methods and used algorithms. However, in traditional engineering, only the quality of measuring instruments and the quality of completed processes (precision or accuracy indices PCI, PPI) can be successfully defined, while the quality of process results (semi-finished product, product, software, service) can only be described (has or does not have the required quality), good or bad quality, better or worse quality). In the modern consideration of quality, the quality of process results is now defined by the number of decibels [dB], according to the discovery of the genius Japanese scientist Genichi Taguchi (1924-2012), with the methods of Robust Technology Development and Standard Ratio (S/N). This question is the main motivator for writing this paper and conducting research on this topic. This paper describes a research that was conducted with the intention of examining the extent to which modern technologies can contribute to the success of IT projects. The research shows the extent to which modern technologies are applied in project management in the IT sector of Serbia, as well as the extent to which experts believe that these technologies have a positive impact on project success, analyzing the issue through their impact on success factors.
